I had an overall pleasant experience with this company. Although hesitant to buy at first because of the waiting time I figured I could wait anyways as my downstairs apartment had been having work done to it before I could officially move in. The catch is if you can wait, you can get it cheaper. I couldnt complain, even though furniture got here in 2 weeks than 2 months the sectional sofa was custom ordered to fit in the exact size of my living room, another thing this company can do for you at a relative price increase. If youre serious about your decor, they can do custom built furniture to fit in any space big or small. The customer sales representative kept in touch to let me know the process of my order the delay occurred. The delivery was not brought in my home otherwise it would have cost extra. You will most likely need help with such heavy items like a bed or sofa if you order.
