Ive shopped with this brand for years and had various levels of service. This time it I thought it would be smooth sailing since I went in to exchange 2 products. 1 was a straight across color of 1 brand for a different color of the same brand. The other was for 1 brand to another. Because they couldnt verify the purchase of brand to brand I was initially refused. The other was more of a challenge since I recd a promo price and wanted the same promo. All the while this was taking place I was on the phone with their customer service and was told by the rep that they are separate from the building and have no control over the system. I dont return very often and I left as goodwill gesture they accommodate me since I am one of their highest level customers, which means I spend at least $1000 in a calendar year. In the end the manager was able to complete the transaction and for that I am grateful.

Sephora is always such a magical experience for my daughter and I! I love mommy daughter glam day, we got makeovers and bought her favorite products to make her feel like a princess. Great selection and we always have so much fun!

There was so many nice people but at the counter I took the mask down for a second to drink some water caused I had walk a mile to the store and she looked at me and said put your mask back on I literally was swollening the water ,how rude as if I was dirty I felt I was treated badly by her she couldnt even smile when she said put your mask back on but every one else was very nice very helpful especially the young lady with darker skin and long blonde hair she was very nice and helpful .

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.I had a color or makeup specialist who everything I asked for something she’d respond: “I guess I can find it, I guess I can help you”. We let the cashier know about the uncomfortable and awful experience in hopes of a better customer service. We understand we are under a pandemia and trust me if I know my job is customer service during this awful situation, I’d be triple careful to let my customers know how much I appreciate to have a job and let them know how special they are. I have been blessed to work in the same position under different companies and I never expressed or treated someone poorly because my day went bad.

Everyone was so nice and helpful today and love the diversity of the employees it was so refreshing .

This is what i call a successful customer service. I needed something and was in rush; the store was packed. I really did not expect to get the attention. BUT i talked to a nice lady who was greeting customers at the door. I was out with what i needed 10 min later. Is this just Sephora of Beverly Hills? Will see.

Its very huge and the quality for most make-up items can be hit or miss. The same goes for skincare products, read labels, and check ingredients for the best quality items.

The staff is always rude at this one...just go to a different location...the other locations like the grove and century are not only bigger but the staff is so much nicer and more helpful. The few times I’ve been in here the staff seems really clueless. I think it comes down to bad management.

Had everything I needed and very helpful staff. I like Sephoras rewards program (last time I redeemed my points I got a new makeup, light up mirror, and full size Vitamin C moisturizer and eye cream). When I went in this time, they gave me a big sample of a face wash and night cream because it was my birthday recently! The store is easy to navigate and everything is clearly signed.

Absolutely horrible. My good buddy Paul had stopped in to do some shopping casually, and he walked past a lady who had dropped her wallet among other items, and he proceeded to help her and pick it up, and was then reported to the police because he supposedly stole her credit card, and hes now BANNED. Disgusting.

I don’t usually write reviews but someone seems to be trolling this store HARD with fake reviews.My experience was great. Walked in, an employee helped me find my Kiehls and my Bumble n Bumble and I was out the door in 5 minutes. I can’t speak to anyone else’s experience but mine was perfect!

Would rate 0 if I could. I saw this particular store on the internet ban a man for helping a customer. The customer proceeded to lie about the situation and got the cops involved banning the man from the store. Don’t come here if you are a decent human being.

Terrible service. My good friend went to this store just to have a look around and try on some makeup.. He sees a woman drop some makeup and being the nice man that he is, went to help her out. Not even 5 mins later he is being escorted out by police 🚔 and is then banned from the store for no reason while the woman he tried to help ran off with makeup and brushes that she clearly did not pay for.

One of my preferred go to Sephora. They choose the staff here wisely, since they are really eager to assist you, and don’t make you feel as if they are doing you a favor. Good one, I recommend it.

I was at the store yesterday and got accused from stealing their stuff when I just bought it. My friend Paul also got in trouble the other day only because of a woman that obviously stole on his live recording. She stole some goods and made my friend lose a reservation. I am much sad to see this great store fall so low. I give it 1 star because of the customer support sucks so hard, does not really deserve anymore customers and really should get shut down because of that incident with my friend.

Sephora is my favourite go-to shop for all of my skincare needs, not just make-up. Love my Caudalie, Drunk Elephant, Too Faced, Lancome, Josie Maran, Dior, and Fresh items! Very nice and upscale place..

I am shocked at the way this place is ran, male staff members were rubbing their testicles in the sample kits left out for customers and the females were spitting in them. When I tried to report this to the manager she grabbed my private area and tried to kiss me, as I was leaving I saw her attempt to do this to another man as well. Disgusting.

I was shopping here and my 3 year old had to go #1. When we asked if she could use the bathroom we were immediatly called free loading Hippies and were kicked out of the store. The staff is very rude even though I do $1,000 worth of business here per month (Im a make-up artist for an independent film company). I strongly recommend the people of Beverly Hills avoid this particular location. Also, I notice a lot of negativity in the prior reviews. Terell is great at customer service however some blonde girl that worked there wasnt. She was constantly taking the money out of the register and tossing it in the air while singing Lil Pump lyrics.

Extremely rude staff,took a about 20 minutes before somebody tried to help me. Even then they basically dismissed and ignored everything that I asked for. I then had to wait another 10 minutes before someone else tried to help me and again the same reaction . highly disappointed in the staff would never visit any Sephora store ever again.

Love everything about the store, the location, and specially the costumer service, I went to get a foundation and there was that employee her name was Reeva , she matched with a perfect shade of foundation and also consealer, but she also recommended a foundation primer which I never used before and Im in LOVE WITH IT!!!!
