These guys to great work!! I love the conceptualization process. We had fun coming up with the designs that would become reality and boy did they turn out great! Even when one of the designs didnt quite turn out as hoped, Riverbend Signworks jumped on it and corrected the issue and ended up making it one of the coolest signs Ive seen around!

Matt and team are high quality. They helped us with the design, logo, and branding of Venus Medical Spa. They went above and beyond to make our branding cohesive, and their craftsmanship on our signage in the office is exactly what we were hoping for and more! We recently moved our two businesses into a new to us building, we needed exterior and interior signage. Riverbend came on site, took a look around, snapped some photos and provided us with designs that were just perfect. The proof images were simulated to look like they were actually in/on our building. We were so impressed with the designs we ended up ordering more signage for other areas of our building. We have received numerous compliments on our signs. The quality of the signs and the expertise of the installation all you could hope for. The staff was courteous, polite and a pleasure to work with. We will be needing more signage as we grow and Riverbend will be our only option! Reviews are a tool to help assess a companys prior services right? Well, I have come to learn the hard way that one can not trust that a company will always live up to their reviews. As this was my experience with Riverbend Signworks. I chose Riverbend Signworks based off reviews, to do what they are supposed to be good at, which is to design and install signage. This was a mistake.One seasoned employee being fired, two reinstalls of window wrap, waiting on third corrective window wrap install to fix prior mistakes, plus a cracked window later and the job/project is still a mess. Instead of owning up to an accident they insisted that the crack in the window was already there, which it was clearly not as I have before and after pictures. Plus the owner of the building just had a glass company come to replace a broken window a couple of days prior to this wrap being installed. Lets think about it, if you was to have two windows that needed replacing you would not just replace one of them, especially if you are working on getting someone to lease your building. Most people at least the intelligent ones have a thorough walk through to inspect the building they are about to sign a lease for.The owner and employees at Riverbend Signworks continue to insist that the possibilities of an accident from a fairly new employee is impossible, really? There has been instances where highly trained surgeons have made the mistake of operating on the wrong leg. I also asked, what about the multiple mistakes that have happened from the seasoned employees such as the leader in production allowing window wraps with noticeable flaws in them to make it to site for installation, this happened twice. Lets think this through, would it not be possible for a recently hired young person with a family of two little ones to be somewhat hesitant to admit to a pricey accident (about $1000 to replace window) being that they just witnessed a fellow seasoned employee recently losing there job for mistakes? With all of this happening very close to the holidays on top of it. Imagine the pressure on this young persons shoulders.This job/project was supposed to be completed late this Summer/early September and still I am dealing with issues from what I thought was a stand up company. Finally, I just decided that it is no longer worth my time and peace of mind to deal with this horrible experience and told the owner to stay away from Wellness Essentials and that I will leave the shoddy work the way it is so that others could see what can possibly happen when you entrust your dream with a company such as Riverbend Signworks.People who know me, know that I am a very patient and understanding person. I mean, how much more patient can one be? I patiently waited a month just to receive an email from the owner stating that he is out of state and that they are not responsible for the cracked window, he stated that he was told that it was impossible for windows to be cracked during the installation process. Were talking aluminum latters, tools, and glass. It doesnt take much, its glass. Am I upset with my experience with this company, of course I am, who would not be upset. However, the point of this review was to share my experiences and perhaps give the next potential client/customer a clearer view of what this company can do when they miss the mark. Hopefully, I will be the last to experience this type of business interaction from such a highly regarded and respected company.-Dr. Xai
