George helped me and he was absolutely outstanding. Changed my dead battery on a busy Sunday. Extremely positive, professional, knowledgeable, and handled a very busy store with grace and fun. This man should be compensated for his excellence.

The Staff is not friendly, only 2 people working, one answering phone calls and the other trying to figure out what year car a battery belongs to while the line is out the door... something has to be done about this place, its gone down hill

As Ive been a dedicated auto zone customer for almost 20 years, they have an excellent selection and if they do not have the part in the store, they normally can have it sent in or tell you another store you can go to get it. They are excellent with their warranty. Their store brand items are excellent. Where auto zone lacks is, all customers must form 1 line. When you get up to the register, the person helping you not only can ring you up, but provides assistance and gets parts. Sometimes this person will check your check engine light if needed. The issue with that is, there are so many of these positions and if a few customers get there that really need help, it makes your wait terribly long, especially if you dont need their help. Ive had some issues with warranties as employees dont put the warranty under the correct name or account. Ive had issues exchanging due to this as well as having vehicles under my name that Ive never owned. This can really become an issue when its a high ticket item like a battery which may still be under warranty. Ive learned to keep my receipts as the employees are not reliable enough to put your information into their main frame.

If they dont want to be at work they shouldnt be there. He couldnt be bothered to help with oil filters.

Happy they honored my battery warranty and gave me another with no problem at all they also have the best brake rotors black teflon coating makes brakes stop quicker and last 3 times longer

I went to auto zone in Bethpage to buy a spark plug for my lawn mower. I placed the old spark plug on the counter and asked the manager if I could have this numbered spark plug. He looked it up on the computer then asked another employee to take over the register and he walked away. The employee asked him ‘are you going to get the spark plug and he replied ‘yep’ and kept waking. I assumed he had to go to the back room and get the spark plug. The employee began to help other customers and ten minutes went by and the manager never returned. Another employee asked to help me I told him what I needed he looked it up on the computer took it off a shelf behind the counter and gave it to me. The disrespect the manager showed me was unbelievable. There are a lot of other auto stores I can go to and believe me auto zone in Bethpage is not one of them.

Each time I visit this location its an enjoyable experience. My most recent visit was another great example of the exemplary customer service offered at this location. I was greeted upon entering, asked if I needed any assistance, and was quickly helped with my purchase. The gentlemen even retrieved my merchandise for me. The other gentleman working that evening (I believe his name is William) rang up my purchase and even brought my items to my vehicle for me. Both team members were kind, courteous, friendly, and helpful. I definitely recommend this AutoZone location.

Everytime i show up in the store in levittown the fat guy behind the counter destroys the expirience...he hates working and just hung up on me on the phone over a sensor. H

I would give this location 5 stars. I stopped by because the check engine of my car lit up and so I went here to get the free computer check. The staff at the front was attentive and helpful. The only hiccup was that after finding what was the problem, the store didnt have the part in stock. However, they did find another autozone nearby that did have it and so I went there to get it. Quick and easy

Walked into the store all employees were playing with their phones I had to get their attention by raising my voice saying I was a paying customer please help me unless they change people working at the store I will not come back

Needed rear brake pads quickly for a 2018 Infiniti Q50S. In stock and picked up in 10 min on a Sunday. Cant get better than that.

Manager at this store was rude. Told me, did not ask ,me to put on a mask while I was trying to read a part number. My glasses were fogged up and he did not care. There was only one person in the store and he was about 40 feet away. If he would have asked politely instead of saying Sir, put your mask on it would have been fine. I went to Pep Boys and got the part that I needed.

They have all the parts

Went there to get a new car battery, tipped the guy $5 and he made a comment saying he usually gets much more. Its all the physical cash I had on me but i thought it was fine considering it took him maybe a minute to do. What is the standard amount? Go anywhere else, even during a pandemic they arent grateful for a tip for something that took almost no time at all when the store was empty. Part of their thing is that they do the installation for free. Seriously, dont support this place, they dont appreciate their customers at all. Just look at all the bad reviews they have.

Always have what I need and more

Needed my car battery replaced and stopped here after finally getting my car started. Walked in hoping someone could help me. The manager was the only one up front and was the most rude and least helpful person I’ve ever encountered behind a retail desk. Couldn’t even tell me a good time to come by the following days and literally just kept repeating “any time during business hours”... I’m sorry but APPARENTLY NOT. Do yourself a favor, drive 5 minutes up the road to Advanced.

William was a big help when I was stranded with battery issues. Thank you

William was extremely helpful on the phone prior to my visit. When I arrived he immediatley remembered me. He was knowledgeable and so was the manager. Quick service and great recommendations were provided. It was my first experience and will definitely go back. I felt they were honest and guided me in the right direction.

AutoZone always has what I need

They never have the parts or tools you require. Plus on top of not having sufficient inventory, they send you to the wrong store to collect what you need. The three times I went there they claimed that the Levittown store had what I was looking for. And I went to the Levittown store only to find out they didn’t have it either. The Levittown store then complained that the autozone in Bethpage always do that and get them in trouble with customers. Honestly I think they should just shut this store down and keep the ones in east Meadow and Levittown open. As this store always says “sorry we are out of stock but go to this place” and the other place also does not have it!

Quick and clean!

Went in found what I needed and was out quickly....but spent more than I wanted to .SEEMS LIKE AFTER COVID-19 EVERYTHING IS MORE EXPENSIVE.....

The employees always take care of their customers with respect and dignity. I unfortunately had an issue that I bought a defective charger and they warned me my issue could have been the amps I was connecting to it, second time it worked perfectly. Their patience was a virtue.

I am appalled by the way I was just treated! I stopped into return something for my husband. I was unable to lift the two boxes because they were heavy and I had my 2 year old son with me. When it was my turn I walked up to the Register and said I had to return something and if someone can just help me carry the boxes in from my car. The old man with the ponytail told me I was gonna have to wait then. He then proceeded to help everyone else on line before me. He then helped another customer at the other register that was having trouble with a sale price. He continued to ignore me and take other people before me. I said excuse me but is someone going to help and he very rudely said MA’m your gonna have to wait. I cannot believe you would employ someone that Is that rude towards a woman who cannot lift a box. Ridiculous.

The uniformed clerk had a bad attitude. Some customers came and ignored them. They were playing on their mobile phones while the goods were returned.

The atmosphere is honestly pretty nice and it was comfortably cool when it was 95° outside but the staff really should be more educated on the products brands and even what certain basic things like I needed from since my AC was starting g to get really weak and the guy was like follow me and took me to where the bottles of antifreeze were and I was I couldnt tell if he was serious or messing with me but he had no idea how what or where the AC coolant or freon was

Good place to go for the things if you want and can fix with your car. Pretty decent service. The only thing is that sometimes the part numbers online for your selected store does not always match the store.

I had ordered a part from the Levittown store last night. I was told my part would be here this AM at 9am I came into the store at about 10 15am. I was told that the hub never came. One of the Managers called over to find out what’s going on. He was told that the hub skipped your store this am and would be there on the last Run. I am a Commerical customer with Autozone and I can not have my parts being hung up on some truck. The part isn’t cheap I spent $206.00. The Mananger Mike was able to find out where the part was and said he could have it here within a half hour. I shop at the Bethpage store often and this isn’t the first time this is happening. I’ll give the Levittown store one more shot. After that it’s on to Amazon they actually deliver parts when they gaireentee them. Good thing Amazon is taking over the auto industry maybe I’ll get my parts when they say they will be at my house.

Only 1 person working while 3 others in the back doing nothing. Took 15 minutes to be rung up for 2 items. A manager finally came to the register to ring me up. Very unpleasant. No thank you no nothing. Its a shame used to be a good store. Go to Advanced auto parts where they are extremely helpful and courteous.

Good size parking lot. Employees are very helpful, however the lay out of the store makes checkout confusing. I was waiting on what seemed to be a line, but it was only for parts look up. I was also a bit upset that tge store was out of stock of deicing windshield washer fluid since it is winter and we have been seeing freezing temperatures.

This AutoZone is the worst!!! the employees are rude and always have an attitude when you ask them a question. They dont greet you when you come into the store they barely look up....Customer service is horrible, whenever I go in there I always say Hi how are you I never get a response from any of them the manager is just as rude as the employees are. This is the last time I go to this store. Ill go out of my way just so I dont have to come to this store. No stars is what this store deserves...

Prices not bad but do some research before you go not to pay to much. Otherwise they are helpful in finding what size part your car needs.

Came here to have a tail light replaced. The guys at Bethpage Auto Zone are lazy and they wouldnt help me. I went to the Massapequa store and they couldnt have been happier to help out.
