Mike was very helpful. He had my mower fixed in two days at a reasonable price. He also gave me information to help keep my mower in good condition. I would definitely go back there.

I said I wanted an oil change. Charged me 99 dollars. They did not do an oil change. Same exact same black oil.

If there was an option for a negative star rating, I would have chosen that as an option. I called this establishment to ask questions regarding a mower that I do not own, but was trying to help out a family member with maintenance of the mower. The gentlemen who I spoke with on the phone was extremely short and rude when addressing my questions. After giving him the model number for the mower, I asked for the specific information, so that I could relay that information to my family member. After-all, the directive given by Briggs and Stratton on their website is to contact your local dealer. Not knowing where the mower was initially purchased, I looked up the dealer closest to me. He asked where the family member lived, and upon hearing the answer, said thats nowhere near me, and hung up. A point of note here, the family member lives 15 minutes away from his location. I called back to speak with a manager, only to receive the same individual on the phone again, who told me that he was the manager/owner, and hung up on me again. All of this, because I asked for the type of oil filter, and amount of oil for the motor in question. Needless to say I wont be dealing with this lack-of-class establishment, and advise against anyone looking for assistance. Stay clear.

I originally called to have a ride on serviced. Guy was not friendly all. He quickly became rude as he rushed me off the phone saying he would not service the mower because he didn’t have the time. This behavior and attitude are unacceptable when working in any customer service field. I would have not mind making an appointment, waiting and paying for service but he had no customer service skills whatsoever and he didn’t even give me a chance to express my other questions which was inquiring about buying a commercial mower. It’s sad that people can’t treat people with the bare minimum of respect. But again it’s his lost. He didn’t let me be a first time customer, let alone a repeat customer. SMH! Stay away!!
