I first shopped at ShopRite in Jersey, where I lived until 2002. It was great when the Bethlehem store opened. It is clean, well-lit, lots of parking, helpful staff and great prices.

Always find food items I havent had since I was a kid. Reasonably priced and great customer service. I come to the store at least three times a week.

The workers are nice and helpful. The store is clean and tidy. Everything is easy to find. There isn’t an overflow of people in the aisles either.

Clean and stocked shelves, it took longer than expected to get our deli orders but overall not a bad experience 😀 .

Ive been shopping here for years, The meat and produce are generally pretty good. There are areas where the selection can be better, for instance offering more than one brand of chili beans. The deli is an issue in a few ways. You look at things on sale and want to try them to see if you like it. They dont allow that anymore. Ive tried getting a 1/4 lb to try it and too often found it a mistake so I dont think Ill be trying new things at the deli anymore. Also the computer screens dont work for me literally no matter how much I press on them. Also there have been issues getting meats and cheeses sliced the way I like. Things were better when the service was personal and you could interact with the people behind the counter. Ive turned to the Wegmans deli for those needs now. Theyre not even 10 min away from the Bethlehem store. Oh, also some things in produce arent being refrigerated the way they should be. ie organic ginger. It shortens the life and potency of the ginger. Sometimes their produce stocking should be better.

I LOVE THIS STORE!! They have everything!! I eat here for lunch mostly. I do some shopping here as well. Always clean and stocked!

Beautiful store. The isles are actually very decently spaced and great cashiers.

My rating of ShopRite was a 5... Then they added several more self checkout areas and they dont seem to have the same cashiers as before half of the time. (I am seeing some of the best cashiers around the store doing rather random seeming tasks- why arent they on the handful of open registers (rather than kids who dont seem to know how to bag groceries)? I shop with the expectation that all of my groceries will be bagged securely by someone being paid to do so. Maybe thats old fashioned, but Im the customer. (For now, anyway...I feel like that could easily change in the future.) On top of adding an absurd amount of self-checkouts, they seem to be getting sponsored order separators... Not a problem if its small and just printed on the standard size order dividers... but these are obnoxious. I understand that these things (self-checkouts, order dividers) help cut costs- particularly the self-checkouts- however, I started shopping here because I liked the experience. Now I need to wait longer for poorer service. I can get that elsewhere, thanks.

Love this place. The staff were very friendly with my toddler and offered him a balloon when he became fussy. The store also has good bargain prices going on. Bought 3 packs of water 24 bottles for $7.99.This is my first time visiting this Shoprite and I liked the fact that the store is well stocked. There are a lot of varieties too. Will visit there again when else Im in Bethlehem 😊

The lady at self check out is extremely rude.. Screamed for me to get in the line for 5 ppl to jump in front of me.. Then it was my turn again and when I proceeded to go to the next available reg she yells once again for me to get in line I told her no I was next and the next person who walked up she asked politely are you next without ever yelling for her to get in line and left her be and she never stood in line she just walked up.. The difference between me and her was our shade of skin.. She bully and she will never treat me that way again..

Nice location with a diverse variety of other unique stores and places to eat around. This ShopRite is clean everytime we visit and employees are good and helpful sometimes and sometimes not.Huge variety of produce and other products available at this location.Easy to get in and out of the parking lot and there is always lots of parking spots available.

This place is newly built and has upscale but modern vibe. although smaller then other ShopRite’s I’ve been to. this location has everything you’ll need to complete your grocery list. Also, the meats and the fruits and vegetables are the freshest Compared to other grocery stores

I have benefited from their delivery service in so many ways! Every item is picked by a private shopper as though I had picked them myself ~ and everything is packaged perfectly (produce here; cans there; meats & seafood there; household cleaners there; etc.) And then ~ the delivery is amazing! Shop Rite of Bethlehem is the Flagship Store of America. It was built in the 21st Century and is testimony to Shop Rites Pride what all Shop Rites should look like and be. Clean, beautiful, organized, A-1 employess,and well managed. I personally have been in many Shop Rite Stores in several states, this is a standout. The Aisles are always well stocked,the Pharmacy is well stocked and managed by Peter an amazing man who is never busy enough to step from behind the counter to help with anything or answer a question. The Restrooms are well maintained and cleaned and checked almost hourly. The store is a fine tuned machine. The bakery, fresh foods, the way the butcher dept works is amazing because all the meats are presented in the packaging so beautifully and professionally done it is a testimony to the management and the staff here. They hire and train the Best of the Best here. To whoever the Store Manager is I Salute You. Job well done. You manage in my opinion the best Shop Rite in America. Shop Rite Corporate owes you a debt of gratitude and a Raise to you and its Employees.PS Push Cart Guys you are the real heroes. You deserve a Big Thank You from us Shoppers. Ive been doing ShopRite from home for almost 2 years. Love it!!! Never got a bad piece of produce or meat. All the employees I have come in contact have been professional, kind and courteous.

Wonderful place to shop.

The workers in the deli department was talking to each other while operated the cutting mashing without wearing a face mask, which I worried that it will contaminate the foodd on the machine.

One of my favorite places to go they are always clean they have a lot of variety the cashiers and the workers are very pleasant I really do like their shopping at home it is a little pricey sometimes but their customer service is great I love that they let you request things I think its the only store that lets me customize my deli meats in cheeses and if they run out of something that you have on your order they call and tell you and ask you if you would like to substitute something else my last order at Walmart I didnt even know that they were out of certain things and that I did not get everything in my order until I unpacked it and then looked at the receipt very well ShopRite is my favorites

Very close to home shopping with good selection of quality items. We stop here often as it is close to pickup milk, eggs and other grocery items that run out quickly. We also normally do our bimonthly grocery shopping here. They have a good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables and they have good deli selections. They also carry most other items we require. It is very crowded on Sundays, but other days you can get in and out in a reasonable timeframe.Realized they have a dining area upstairs. It is pretty nice but has no outside views.

Prices are a bit high, but quality is good and usually well staffed. The produce is great and a lot of choices for gluten free products a long with allergy friendly foods that are hard to find! Which with a toddler that has a lot of food allergies and intollerances its a plus. I recommend the Gluten Free, dairy free Alphabet fries!

DONT EVER SHOP HERE! If you buy the wrong thing by mistake and try and go back and return it, they tell you no.Wasted my damn money on food that I literally had to throw out. Ill now go from spending over $700 a month with this grocery store to spending it literally anywhere else.Find a better store that will actually let you return things.

They should stop the food service as half the time there is no one to make it, n half the time they dont have it n make u wait for 10 to tell u or wait 25 mins to cook it.The managers were not there when called by an associate. Was waiting for 10 minutes to speak to the manager who kept me as a customer waiting, till I walked off to get back to work. Let me remind them its all about customer service n this was a failure.

Very nice, clean, well supplied and organized supermarket. Great prices, fresh bakery, prepared foods, fresh fish and basically anything you would expect from a grocery store and much more in a very nice setting. I really love how clean it is.

It was eventful 👍.There was security, due to covid. They were very disciplined in making sure we wipe our cart down even though they do it for us when a costumer returns it. People were kind and compliant to the structure even on the day before Thanksgiving 😊.Over all, a very latest back and stress-free environment for me. I do continue to give praise and prompts to our fellow neighbors and others about our hand sanitizing and masks😷 on our faces. The ShopRite I went to definitely followed those protocols☺️.Again, a⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐rating.

Always well stocked with fresh food. Seafood, Produce, Bakery always have an amazing selection. The Chef who creates the prepared food is fantastic. The selection is always great and the food is consistently delicious!

They have now eliminated the interaction between the customer and employees at the Deli counter with kiosks. Might as well just stay home and order on line from someone who delivers. Myself, I will just seek out other options.

Shopping in the Freemansburg Ave, Bethlehem Shoprite last week, I was approached by the store manager, one **, and told I had to wear a mask. I told him I have a medical exemption and offered to show him my inhaler (which should not have been necessary). I was also nowhere near any other customers. There was no one else in the aisle I was in, so social distance was being more than maintained. He would hear nothing. Either I put on a mask or I leave the store. I told him the mask mandate is unconstitutional and therefore illegal and he condescendingly agreed. Shoprite is treading into dangerous territory if it thinks it has right to enforce an illegal mandate, especially against a person who is harmed by that mandate! A mandate IS NOT A LAW!I also told him I had been shopping there for months and was never stopped before. He said he was sorry about that. He continued to insist I mask up or leave the store immediately. He told me to go home and shop for food on-line. That was not a solution that was going to get me any dinner for today! Plus it is more expensive, with service charges and tips. I believe this is DISCRIMINATION against a person with a disability, completely devoid of any accommodation, and lacking in good judgement, common sense and courtesy. My dinner that night was a can of soup, because Mr. ** is apparently incapable of independent thought and/or discernment.

Beautiful store. Lots of fresh produce, organic items and awesome cupcakes! Everything is well lit, clean, and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful too! I had to purchase a variety of candy to send to friends in the UK - they had a nice selection. I will make it a point to travel a little further from home to come back to this Shop Rite more often.

Normally dont shop here due to highest prices of all grocery stores in town. Was craving Good & Plenty. Usually, get them at other grocery stores for $1.00 or less. Shop-Rite price was $1.25. Did pick up Manager Special on Chicken Thighs. Just realize, overall youll pay more for food and other groceries here.

ShopRite has ALL the good stuff. They have house brand Sweet Pickle Mix and it is the bees knees. If you like cauliflower, peppers, and sweet gherkin pickles, YOU NEED THIS IN YOUR LIFE! and its only available at this fine establishment.

I really like this Shoprite. Such a great variety of products, always clean, shelves stocked, employees are professional and friendly. I like that they have alcohol section which is next to non-existent in North NJ where I usually shop. Every time we come to the Dutch Springs we shop here.

This location is mask crazy. They would not allow me to purchase anything because I didnt have a mask. If you have a medical condition and are exempt from wearing a mask, you will be told to leave even though there isnt a mandate. They will tell you there is a government mandate but we all know this isnt true. They are unconstitutional and will never step foot in this store ever again.

Best supermarket Ive ever shopped at. Wide aisles, courteous employees, most things in stock.

We ordered items for pick up, and the girl who came out to help us was so lovely. They were having a hard time finding my order because it was under my boyfriends name, but she kept searching. No reason to have one way aisles when no one is following the guidance. Not all deli items are on the app or menu board. Originally started shopping here because the cashiers bagged groceries but over the last year and a half it seems expected thst the customer do that. If I wanted to bag my own I would go to self checkout or continued shopping at Giant

I was at the Bethlehem location last week doing some quick shopping and the cashier I had was super super friendly, helpful and attentive. Her name was Gina. Keep being you girl!

It has been difficult for people with mobility issues to have the one way in, one way out. I understand the need for caution during this pandemic, but the handicapped parking is at each entrance and either coming or going it’s a great distance to walk. When I asked about it, they said, “everyone is doing it.” Well guess what? They are not to the extent ShopRite is!
