Hardly anyone to help you with purchasing furniture. Had to wait in line just to ask for help. The couch we wanted wasnt available so we had to drive 30 minutes away to get the one we wanted. The person that helped us finally was very nice though.

It might sound funny, but this is actually a good place to get furniture. They have lots of decent quality sofas and chairs for great prices.You can get just about anything here, from household items to groceries, health and beauty, toys, clothes and more.A fun place to shop!

Walk in and the floors are dirty. Seems unorganized and crammed compared to other Big Lots. Drove out of my way to get a pool that might not even work. For some reason I could not load my 20% coupon but you could see the email that I was sent stating I had one. The cashier was going to give me my service % off but would not give me the 20% w/o coupon. Mgr. Suggested I go home print it out and come back. NO I was an hr away. Then he suggested I buy it at reg price and take it to another store once I printed out my coupon and see if they would give me the % off. Too much if a hassle for a product that may or may not work. Not sure why it couldnt have been manually entered. Wont be going out of my way for that store again.

It appears they are between seasons right now. Some summer still around, but no Fall decor yet. They are carrying some casual clothes now so check those out.

Hit and miss for stock but thats the nature of stores like this. Prices are good, though.

Their attitude seems very stale except for the guy in the furniture section he was very nice to me

I was helped right away. The person at the register brought my chairs out to my car and put them in. I also bought a table which another person pit the table into my vehicle. Great service! In and out in less than 20 minutes!

I havent been in Big Lots in over a year. The layout is completely changed, I like the more open concept. Enjoyed walking up and down the aisles checking out the really low low prices!!

Employees were very helpful and respectful and got me out fast with a new gazebo

Clean and well kept through the pandemic. Stock was healthy on all essential supplies.

Smaller Big Lots but nice selection and clean store.

Has to use the woman 🚻 and I walked in there and it had toilet paper on. The floor and toilets that hadnt been flushed in a few days so they want you to wear a mask and yet the public restrooms are dirty that is shameful..

I was looking for a mattress for my bedroom and the staff here had no care in the world to help me... Thanks to YouTube I was able to choose the right mattress. If your coming to big lots for furniture, make sure you just order online for pick up

Good prices on some name brand items. Furniture is great for starters that are on a budget. Can get everything you need for an apartment for a good price. Quality might be lacking but the pricea are right for what you get.

Employees stocking shelves are very rude and dont even say excuse me when they are plowing into you.

I visit Big Lots on my lunch break at work when I need a couple of items but usually buy more than I intend to 😆

Worst experience everyone had an attitude I will never shop here again I went to pick up an on line order it was a patio set the guy brings it out, it was just me and my sister loading the item into the car he didn’t offer to help put it in the car or help us load it just stood there staring. I had never had no other problems with any other big lots they are helpful and friendly.

This Big Lots is a good store. A little small but they have good prices here.

Well organized, Bethlehem has a larger in store furniture selection than Whitehall location

I was just here for the very first time. My almost ninety year old grandmother didn’t put something back in the correct spot. She’s 4’9 and she’s mobile but obviously considering her age she doesn’t move very well all the time. The worker walked over to pick up the item and didn’t even wait until we walked away to start having a temper tantrum to her coworker. I heard every word they said and so did my grandmother. I would’ve asked for a manager to complain but clearly this place is very unprofessional so I figured it was a waste of time. First and LAST time I will ever shop at this big lots. Zero class. If this is how they conduct themselves AT WORK I can only imagine how they are off the clock lol. Pathetic.

Love all there items. Lots of food and snacks. You be surprised what hime items you find.

A good store lots if different things there. No complaints I would go they have beds couches house things pet supplies gazebos. Like I said lots of stuff

Love this store. They have a variety of items from food to garden supplies and furniture. Good quality products and the store is always well stocked. Employees are friendly and helpful and the store is clean and well managed. I visit at least once every two weeks, not with anything in mind and I always find several items that I needed.

You can buy anything and everything for a deal. Get into it!

Great store! Its big. The store is clean and well stocked. My daughter loves to get books here. Prices are unbeatable! You can see it from the high ways. Parking is free and the parking lot is very spacy. You never know what you will find here! If you do see something you like buy it! Dont wait they never keep items on the shelf long. Employees are friendly and very helpful.

Where Just in Big lots today 8/18/19They just start remodellings the store moved all the furniture today front of the store just as you walk into the store.They have moved the rest of the stuff to the back of the store in their remodeled everything by the pictures you can see theres gonna be redoing the floors and have furniture after its finish.They also took out customer service desk and just put assignee as you see by the picture that says hello.They have new registers in.Everything in the store has put On new shelving.Its looking really good in there.The store is clean the aisles are filled with products on their shelves. The associates are friendly and helpful. The selection of products is large its a big store.
