I had the slice of pepperoni pizza and it was good, the mozzarella sticks were awesome!! the manicotti was good but nothing to brag about, however, salad that came with the manicotti was awesome, it was fresh and delicious!The cheesesteak was just ok, I thought it was lacking in cheese and sauce and meat as the ends of the bread were empty.

This should be no stars!!! We just got some disgusting food from here. So much garlic it was inedible. The lady on the phone(who used to be really nice,)was not friendly and we could tell she didnt want to do anything for us...needless to say I still have the nasty food and no dinner . Zero stars !!! So sad ,the food used to be so good. I do not recommend this place.

They gave me the wrong order for delivery. I asked for 2 burgers, fries & 2 drinks and they gave me a taco pizza and a margarita pizza. Safe to say I won’t order from here anymore

Ordered via the Slice app at 6:06pm. Not a large order; just two pies and 30 wings. App told me it would arrive between 7:06-7:21pm. Fair delivery time. At 7:30, I called the restaurant because I hadn’t received my order nor gotten any updates. They told me they were waiting on the delivery driver to come back to the store. I asked if the order was ready or if it was still being made. They told me it was still being prepared. This was crazy to me because after 1.5 hours, the order should at the very least be ready. I was very frustrated because I had friends arrive at 6:30pm to hang out and eat dinner. I asked the lady on the phone how much longer she believes it would be until the order arrived. She told me 15 minutes, which while I doubted, I didn’t say anything but accepted her word. 40 minutes later and the order still didn’t arrive. At this point, it’s been 2 hours and 10 minutes since I placed the initial order. Keep in mind, I live about 5 miles away—still in Bethlehem. I called the restaurant two more times at this point; both times, the line made a out of order ring at the end. So I couldn’t connect to anybody. Finally, I called the Slice app to try and cancel my order. While I was on hold with them as they were trying to reach the store, my order finally arrived—2 hours and 15 minutes later. I expressed my frustrations in a mild mannered way and the store “offered its sincere apologies”. They didn’t offer any kind of remedy to the situation except that I can “call and ask for Amber to give me 10% off my next order”. A useless offer as I’ll never be ordering from here again. Absolutely terrible experience. And I know it’s not the Slice app because I’ve ordered pizza from Drake’s Pizza in Bethlehem over a dozen times for parties, as well as from Villa Grande in Bath. All those experiences have been on time, with great food, deals, and customer service. Can’t express my frustrations enough with this service. Will never recommend this place to anybody

I ordered the cheese steak salad it was delicious! I would definitely order again. I also got a pizza, the slices definitely werent cut the same and the cheese was a a little salty.I ordered for pick up.

The quality of the pizza is not there anymore. Just got a few pies and the dough is not the same. Seems like it was old dough.

Just had a terrible experience. I ordered online through slice at 3:39PM said my order would be delivered around 4:35-4:45. At 4:19 I receive a text saying my food is on the way. At 4:51 I call te restaurant and ask for the status of my order, I am told the drive just left and it would be here shortly. At 5:15, still nothing. I call again and am told by the drive that he just left it outside about 10 minutes ago and tried to call and text as well as knocked at the door. Told me that since it was a no contact delivery that that was the reason we didn’t come out. I understand the whole no contact delivery but the least he could do is rang the door bell at least. I also did not receive any texts or calls. It was simply left at the front door in the rain. On top of that I received plain wings instead of hot ones that were ordered. First and last time ordering.

A sleeper in the Bethlehem area. Had a few times and the pizza is very solid. Their sauce is definitely the best part and it is delicious!

Ordered a pizza at 7:15, didnt arrive for over an hour and a half. Never again from this place, terrible service. Read all the other bad reviews and think twice before you order, a waste of money.

I have been ordering from broad st pizza over a year now never had any complaits till last night i was missing to things i ordered and when i called to ask about it the manager was Combative and basically calling me a liar Telling me that the driver did hand me two bags when he did not it was only $6 worth of food i have no need to lie about that they must need that six dollars more them me there Customer service skillsAre very badThey need to go for some trainingTo learn how to deal with customers and issues that come up Instead of the customers always right there model is Broad Street Pizza is always right

Good food, decent prices

Convenient and generally good food. Only complaint is their wings. Fatty and a little overcooked. But excellent subs and pizzas. Open a little later than other local places so gets our late evening business.

I ordered a margherita pizza, I got a cheese pizza they are 2 different styles, I called to get it corrected and the female manager hung up on me. I am disappointed I had hi hopes but was let down.

I normally order from this Pizzeria at least once a week normally good service a few times had to call about sloppy Pizza tonight I order two large pies the pizza delivery came and good time and it look good I put my pizza in the kitchen called my son down to have dinner I started a load of laundry and it came up and he was just eating the cheese and I asked whats the problem he said the pizza was burnt took a look at the pizza and smelled it and it is burnt called Broad Street Pizza spoke to a woman who was speaking to a man and the Man in the background seem to be annoyed so unfortunately because of this reaction they should have just gave me a refund or made me new pizzas but nothing was done about it so I will not be ordering from them again I should not have to pay for burnt pizzas very disappointed

1) Contactless delivery means CONTACTLESS. I wrote very detailed instructions to call or text upon delivery, but instead, their driver shows up to my door, knocks MASKLESS and seemed confused when I told him just to set it on the porch.2) The delivery did not include a can of soda which we paid for, but by that point, I didnt want it since that might mean exposing myself to COVID from their maskless delivery driver for a second time.3) I messaged this business on Facebook TWICE, they read both of my messages and never replied.Its a shame, because Ive ordered from here multiple times in my 5 years in Bethlehem and their food is good, but its not worth the aggravation. Never again.

Has had a few different pies on different occasions from this location. In a town where there is a pizzeria on every other block, this is definitely one to check out! I love an extra crispy pie, and they delivered without burning.

Great food. Was in town for a week and ate here 2 times and then grabbed some before we left to take home with us.

Their pizza is great, but their service/delivery are terrible. Ordered a couple of times: once delivered to the wrong place, then got our order wrong (said they would give us credit in the app and never did, and then they cancelled our order on UberEats with no explanation after it was being picked up. Wont be ordering from here again.

Broad St has been our go to pizza place for a long while now. Weve never had any issues until recently. The quality of the food is excellent but twice this past month we have had delivery issues. One time the order was lost and tonight it took over 2.5 hours for our order to arrive. During that time we called over a dozen times to check the status but it was continuously busy.Dont get me wrong, the food is great. Their cheese pizza is the best around in my opinion but that doesnt matter if delivery is unreliable.If it werent for the recent delivery issues Id give them 5 stars.

In the past we have ordered food from this Pizzeria and picked it up on our own and have always been satisfied with the results. Last night was the first time we ordered food and had it delivered. We ordered the food at 7:23 PM and the restaurant stated that they received our order at 7:27. The app that we ordered it through told us we would get our food around 8:10 PM. We ordered a small pizza with half bacon. That’s it. We live 0.8 miles from the pizzeria. Google maps tells me it would take 3 minutes by car and 16 minutes to walk from there to my house. We got our food at 9:05 PM. Over one and a half hours after our original order time. It was cold when we got it. The delivery guy laughed when I mentioned how long it took and told me I was the third customer to complain that night. Not acceptable!

I ordered delivery and got both the wrong pizza and salad. They were both good even though not what I ordered, but the manager was combative when I called to tell them the order was wrong. He failed to take any responsibility for the mistake and refused to give even the slightest of refunds/replacements, even just an admittance of fault or apology would have been enough for me. Probably wont go back

I had my first visit here today. I just searched local pizzerias near me. I ordered a tossed salad & grilled chicken wrap. Food was perfect!! Fresh and delicious. Came with a side of garlic knots. They were just as good!! Will definitely be going back!!

Ordered 40 dollars in pizza cheese burger subs fries and motz sticks. food was delivered cold. Called them and the lady argued with me that the food was hot when the guy delivered it. Dont get me wrong food tastes great but the service sucks.

Best Italian food ever had the angel hair pasta w/vodka sauce with side sausage best place in PA my opinion!!! Delivery driver so pleasant!!! Everything was the best!!!! Regularly good food. Today was spot on! At first a little disappointed that I had to substitute stuffed shells for manicotti, however that manicotti was sooo worth it! I have a new favorite lol. Having ordered a few times, it’s not always perfect and sometimes the delivery is rough and that’s why I gave 4 stars. Overall the food always tastes fresh and good. You have my business!

There is an issue either with the restaurant or Uber Eats..placed my order was being prepared then was delayed. watched on my app that the driver arrived to pick it up and then a minute later it got canceled by Uber Eats...so not sure whos is at fault but my credit card was charged roght after the cancellation..now i will have to see if it will get reversed

I have ordered from the place many times. The food is always hot and as expected. Ive tried the pizza, burgers, ff, onion rings and chicken tenders. The delivery is fast and the drivers are always nice.

Their food is always so good. Their chicken ceasar salad is one of my favorite things to get as well as their pizza and pepperoni garlic knots. They are always so nice in person and over the phone when ordering.

Best Pizza in Bethlehem. This is real NY style pizza. Awesome fresh toppings a nice thin crust to die for. Staff is friendly and quick. Not to be missed.

**Update!** This place is still amazing. Its our go-to for pizza & buffalo wings. Lady on the phone is still a sweetheart and the food is still great! ♡♡♡(7 months ago) There was a hiccup/I messed up, but the woman who answered the phone was so sweet & understanding. The food came quickly, it was hot, and amazing. This was my first time with this place, and well definitely be customers again. Thank you! :)

I can’t rate the food because I didn’t get any and I’m sure it’s good but I just went to order over the phone and the lady that answered was extremely rude, she wasn’t paying attention and had to ask what my order was at least 5 times. What really threw it over the top was she got so rude to the point were she commented “I’m about to hang up on them”, I’m not saying don’t eat here because I don’t know how the food is but the service is horrible and uncalled for.

If there was an option for zero stars, I would have chosen it. Called for delivery, was told they do deliver to Allentown, called back to place the order, got an attitude from the delivery boy, then proceeded to be hung up on twice...once from a young boy, once from a young girl. I asked to speak to the owner and was told that the delivery boy was the owner!....news flash....owners do NOT hang up on customers...especially when their order was coming close to $50.00, if not more! I would suggest trying delivery from a different restaurant as the kids who work there are unprofessional and rude!!!! I dont care how good the food is, how many stars the place gets....the kids who answer the phone are the first and most important employees cause they greet the customer and write the orders. If they cannot handle their jobs...what will your delivey look like when it arrives?...is it worth it?

I ordered hot wings and they delivered bbq wings, when I called to let them know they sent me the wrong order the lady who answered the phone went back and forth with me that they were hot wings. I knew this was false bc I always get there hot wings. They eventually sent more wings out which were hot wings and let us keep both orders. It worked out in the end but it got me upset that the lady tried to tell me they they didn’t mess up the order.

Ive ordered from this place, have had only semi ok food and food was always cold. Also tried to order with a friend and the owner and his staff were completely rude and disrespectful, cursing and talking rudely to my friend while trying to place an order. They hung up 3 different times and were beyond unprofessional. Ive worked as a manager and a server in the food industry for over 20 years and have never felt so disrespected.

Constantly getting orders wrong, received my antipasto salad with only lettuce, tomatoes meat and cheese, when called to request rest of toppings gentlemen on the phone was extremely rude, stating you should learn how to order right then asked the gentlemen to give me his name and that no more service will be requested he then responded good! we dont want your business anyways Im the owner and hung up. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

Ordered chicken parm sandwich , I cant Identify what part of the chicken they used , removed some breading and found a section of chicken with red meat?!! I was hungry and stopped eating . fries were good , sauce on mystery meat also very good.

Pizza is good, but their hot hoagies are too small and overpriced. The chicken parmesan was very dry. The chicken tasted and looked like microwave chicken tenders. Another time I ordered a meatball parmesan and just got some premade meatballs with very little sauce. With so much competition in the area, they really need to do better.
