ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR NEW FLOORS! Mark, our flooring consultant, was great from start to finish. The installer, too, did a phenomenal job. He was respectful and tidy; organized his equipment and materials nicely at the end of each day so our house was never in shambles. The quality of work is unmatched. Our home was built in the 1920s but FCC Inc. navigated every bump and divot with ease. Would HIGHLY recommend this company and will certainly be going to back to them when it is time to redo our kitchen floors.

Recently we had Mark install custom made doors and windows to an outside area. The work is excellent. Mark understood everything that we requested and he also had great additional suggestions. Choosing hardwood for a 100 year old stone home with all natural woodwork was not easy. Mark was able to show us options. There was never a point where it felt like a sales pitch.He was able to project how all of the choices that we made would look. And, then he came to the house to look around and measure. This is where his skills really shined as he pointed things out to us.Everything that would be done was covered in a contract. Everything in that contract was handled to perfection, and then some.Mark and Thai arrived with 4,000 pounds of hardwood and all of the trims and tools to do three large rooms, hallways, closets, and steps. As imagined, there were some challenges with an underlying 100 year old floor, but none of them were not addressed and each was taken care of to perfection.Thai was an incredible workhorse. After making sure that the hardwood had as much of a level base as possible, he began installation. His skills and work habits are second to none.This has dramatically changed the look of our home for the better. The look of the hardwood is magnificent, and even better than I thought it would.I cannot say enough about the efforts of Mark and Thai in making this happen. Each of them was a pleasure and a joy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.
