1st class staff, Shop is very nice and loads of inventory, They helped me with a charity project and donated parts to repair bikes for underprivileged kids, Hats off to them for their support!

Well, good or bad, at this location the customer is not always right. We were informed that they had bikes from $500 to 12,000 in the store. There was about 5 traditional type bikes and the remainder of the adult bikes were all electric. Not only was the store empty, but the sales person sucked. I asked what makes these bikes better than other brands out there and he started to state how many stores they have across the country. I said, lets say thats not a consideration to the quality of the bikes. Then he said that they are all high quality bikes with top name parts. When he listed the components, it was the same brand name parts found on a lot of low budget bikes. He sounded like he was reading a brochure, and he had no real answers to any of my questions. Just vague responses I could have found while reading posters on a window.

Absolutely wonderful experience! We purchased our first bike from this store back in 2014. The staff were all super helpful and very knowledgeable. We just purchased our 2nd bike here this past week and again the staff was exceptional! Everyone is very kind and accommodating and helped us with all of our questions. We dropped off our first bike for service and it was ready to go in less than 48 hours. We will continue to purchase all of our future bikes and bike needs from this store!!

Great experience at this shop. Was in the market for a new Mt Bike after many years of not riding and Dave was very helpful and gave me a good education on the bikes available. Listened to what my needs were and made a few suggestions. Landed on a Trek Top Fuel 9.8 GX. Great customer experience, highly recommend them!

This was the first time in for service on my 20 year old Trek MTB. Such a pleasant process from drop off to pickup. I had the Level 2 service performed and my bike feels like a new bike after the service. Everything is so clean, smooth and quiet. What impressed me most was the ability to true a slightly bent rear rim. Thanks again for a great service experience!

A Trek corporate store right here in Bethlehem! Great staff! Bikes, parts, cycling clothing, shoes and accessories. Forget online shopping. Buy from your local bike shop. Its all about the shopping experience and the camaraderie.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I didnt get the feeling like I didnt belong there (being judged on my appearance), which I have gotten from other bike shops.

I purchased a new smart trainer and needed to change out the cassette to fit my bike. I bought the need part and did not have the know how or tools to complete the install myself(rookie cyclist) so after going back into the store to see if they had the tools needed it was suggested that I bring the trainer in and they would take care of it for me. Problem solved! Will be back to purchase a new ride for next season! A+ for following safety guidelines and doing their part to keep the community as safe as possible also! Its tough working in a mask all day!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff! You dont get this level of service and expertise at a big box sporting good store. Added bonus, after thinking i wouldnt see a new bike before the fall, thankfully when one came in matching my wish list, they called immediately. Super excited to ride again, all thanks to Mark and the trek team!

The store and company is great. The quality of my bike for its value is great. Josh is super helpful, but I have to give 4 stars because the financing options are just terrible. The credit card company took 4 weeks to respond to me, and even then, didnt give me any information about my application or approval despite having called them 5 times. Comenity was no help to me as a financer for my bike, and I would strongly reccomend staying away from a bank that sees its customer as a statistic.I wont hold that against this Trek store, though. They did a great job and were patient and understanding, and held the bike for me for weeks while I dealt with the bank (after making a down payment, ofcourse). Service is super helpful, and they have good resources beyond just biking. Totally reccomend the shop but not the card!

Very lucky to find my bike in stock at Trek Bicycle Bethlehem, given the pandemic and the shortage. I took the 80+ mile trip from Delaware to pick it up. Great product (Dual Sport 2) and excellent customer service!

Although the shop was closed due to Covid19 I was able to get a hold of Mark... an awesome guy by the way who answered all my questions and told me any current/special ongoing sales. He asked me to give him a buzz should anymore questions come up. There was no pressure to make you buy anything right away, something I liked a lot about Mark. Definitely getting my new bicycle from this location.

I loved the ease of getting the tire tube i needed and the helpfulness as well as willing to help and respectful tone the associate had. Very pleasant and will come back, was informative of other services as well so i will be back to use those as well considering i didnt know they were available.

Managed to score the mountain bike I wanted in way sooner time than I would of imagined. Store is clean and organized. Customer service was awesome. All around 10/10 experience. Will be back soon

Every single time I have brought a bike in for servicing or a repair I am told that my bike isnt worth fixing or that there isnt a problem. They try and talk you into buying a new bike every chance they get. I wouldnt recommend.

Just a simple phone call, 2 hrs later my new bike was in my trunk. Great sales experience, excellent sales representative.

I gave this location 5 stars as I was just in there recently after over a year NOT going back as the last manager Big John was awful at taking care of customers but it was glad to see the other John and and a very freindly and knowledgeable mechanic.I bought 2 bikes originally here and Big John failed to add what he promised.We wanted the bikes badly so just went ahead with the deal.It got way worse after that and I never went back until recently as I continued to get coupons from this location.I was pleased to see that he is gone,no loss for Trek.He was a good guy it seems but sucked at running a store. I left there happy with some new parts and would gladly recommend this location and now have no problems in going back.

I bought two Trek bikes in the last few years when Bikeline was still around - one to replace an old Trek, and a new one for my girlfriend. Im happy to see some of the same familiar faces at the new Trek stores, and Im happy that Trek honors the service plans I purchased previously too. The Trek shop gets my stuff fixed and serviced promptly, and I know they know what theyre doing. I know my current bike is only 3 years old...but maybe its time to get a new Trek? Or just add another one.

I recently stopped at Trek Bicycle Bethlehem with questions about purchasing a new road bike. The manager Jeff was super friendly and happy to help. I look forward to purchasing my bike for the spring.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The salesman walked us to what we were looking for, gave us time to look around and make a decision. He checked in with us to see if we had questions and then was ready to help when we needed to check out. It was a very good experience!

I went for a tube repair. I was greeted as soon as I entered. The young gentleman at the front desk took my bike and within 10 minutes I was done. I would definitely recommend this place to all.

I went in with a freewheel problem and lots of questions and everyone was super helpful and friendly.

Needed an emergency inner tube for a flat and they installed it right on site in just a few seconds. I believe the techs name was Justin and he was very honest about recommending what to do, when to get new tires, and the current condition theyre in. I absolutely will be back as Im new to the area and need a great LBS for all my repair needs. In and out in maybe 5 mins tops! Will be back!

A few weeks back I bought a 2013 trek wahoo 29er gary fisher edition. I needed help finding the correct kickstand for my bike, I took my bike over so they could take a look at it and tell me what I needed. They told me sure bring it inside and well throw one on for you, 5 mind later I was being rung up and was out the door a happy customer. I would recommend this bike shop to all trek bike owners as that is what they sell and deal with everyday. Very accommodating and they did it all with a smile.
