But I cant believe how much they charge for a glob of cream cheese... The prices for the cream cheese are not displayed anywhere.. and they couldnt print me a receipt. Feeling swindled!The $9.95 sandwich came with a pickle and a side. Macaroni salad was bomb, and the sandwich was solid as well. Pricing there seemed fair.Would recommend at least posting the prices for bagel with cream cheese so your customers know what to expect. Most places charge $3 for the same thing.

Best breakfast sandwich in the valley: they are a pricey but you get what you pay for. Never had a bad experience here. Always super busy.

Throughout the pandemic, I tried to make it a point to get to Bagel Basket at least once a week. Theyve been a staple to the community for some time and it would be wrong to let such amazing people get slammed with anything but love. They all work so hard and have changed and adapted with the times, yet their food has never suffered. I love these guys to bits!

This establishment is a must visit on your bucket list! This scrumptious breakfast sandwich was out of this world. I had them make me a Cheddar Jalapeno Bagel with egg, cheese, and bacon.. Its out of this world delicious, every single bite was filled with joy. If you have never experienced this wonderful creation, I would consider adding this to your list of foods to try!

Sandwiches were great, but the bagels didnt quite meet our NJ bagel standards (more like a regular roll and minimal selection - admittedly, it was lunchtime on a weekday when we went). Would come again, but probably stick with a regular sandwich next time.

Great food and friendly service! I’ve had a couple of my own party’s catered the party trays are packed generously and done to perfection! I would definitely recommend trying them out for all of your needs from a bagel and coffee to catering your next party.

So the food is good but twice now I have called and placed an order was told 20min I got there maybe 25-30min and my food wasnt done nor was it found. My order was never placed apparently. Then oh I can make it but its gonna be like 20-30min again like really I get your busy but the fact that my order wasnt even in the system thats a problem.

Always acceptable, but nothing all that creative or interesting (that I know of). They could use some more creative flavoring like aioli or even garlic oil brushed buns. Otherwise, the coffee is fine and the bagels are decent, etc. It is good to support local shops.

Foods great, That alone is 5 stars. Service is good... thats another 5 stars. Their ability to give you the correct food? Almost Zero stars for me. Ive had to stop ordering the sandwich I like because Ive now received my sandwich incorrect more than I have correctly.

Cozy place for a sumptuous snack.

Came in to order 2 sandwiches, a number 1 combo and a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. The combo 1 was a fresh mozz, roasted pepper and sundried tomato sandwich which is a cold sandwich. Did not seem that they were that busy as there were 3 orders placed in the line yet somehow took 10 mins after getting the bacon egg and cheese sandwich was made to get the combo 1 made, meanwhile another customer placed a order and got their order made prior to mine being finished. There was a total of 9 staffed employees and yet the cold item took that long to make; the sandwich also said had a dressing included and I asked for oil and vinegar which it did not come with. Very unimpressed with the amount of staffing and time that it took for a cold 3 item sandwich and how the hot item was made in I would say 30 seconds. First time experience here and probably will not be returning.

Ordered a salad with items purposely omitted and had the salad made with those items included. The photo is what I had to omit to make my food edible for me.

Ordered a turkey bacon , egg, cheese on an everything Bagel with extra meat. I received Pork bacon, egg and cheese with what seemed to be an entire pressed turkey, on what resembled a salt bagle that might have fallen into the everything bin. Cant call to fix it so I threw out the sandwich and left a review.

I’m from out of town and I stopped here on a whim. Loved it. Great food. Loved all the options you could add to your coffee. And mostly, the staff was fantastic. Very kind and able to handle a lot of chaos at once.

These folks are great. I was on a long hike and thirsty & hungry and they were about to close. The manager was so awesome and took care of me anyway, same with another family that showed up. Loved the bagel and such great customer service!

We placed a holiday bagel order a week ahead of time. Gave the date and time we wanted it ready. My husband went to pick up the order but it wasnt ready. He was told to come back an hour later so they could get it ready so he came home, waited then went back. It still wasnt ready. Luckily we were gathering at my sisters who lives in town but other family doesnt. They didnt offer a discount. I was disappointed in the service. It was our first time so unfortunately I dont have anything to compare from previous times.

Went in and got 2 bagels with CC and a Snapple and it was over $10. The bagels seemed like they were just regular Thomas bagels that I can buy at the store for $3 for a full pack. The girl working the front her boyfriend must work there as well because as I walked in they were almost making out right out in the open and when I told her what I wanted to order the boyfriend grabbed 2 bagels out of the basket with no gloves and the girl told him to throw them away and that she will take care of it and she was wearing gloves. Other than that it’s a nice place.

Go where the locals go most, this place is always popping :) this is my favorite place to go to get a breakfast sandwich and coffee. The staff is very friendly, and its good and substantial quality for what you pay. Definitely worth the 5-10minute wait during their busy times. their coffee is really smooth and tasteful too! and I am really picky when it comes to getting coffee out. try this place at least one and youll be hooked.

Good place to eat. They have bagel sandwiches for breakfast and then they have lunch sandwiches and hoagies. Never had there soup but someone said they are good. Most of the workers are college kids. Sometimes service is slow.

This place is awesome. They are very accommodating for individual or group orders. They also seamlessly adapt with new menu items while keeping the current favorites availble.

Well organized and clean. Entering, you get a wonderful smell of the food cooking in the back. The decorations make you feel welcomed and excited to order - especially the chalk menu. All foods on display look delicious and appetizing and people are always there to take your order. There is a lot of effort poured into the food and you can certainly taste it. I would recommend this place to a friend.

If youre in the area and dont stop here youre missing out. Anna Energy bagel is the best. Wish it was closer to home or more convenient in my travels.

They have a wide variety of really good bagels, and their flavored cream cheeses are amazing. The scallion is a favorite in our house, and so is the the vanilla walnut. Look forward to trying some of their other foods.

Actually I rented a U-Haul from Glass Dr. behind the bagel shop. Again the person that ran the store Steve I believe waited for us to get there even though they closed at 5pm.. He was wonderful, he gave us directions and everything went smooth. it was a very easy pickup and a very easy return and the explanation he gave us explained everything to us took a step by step to have no hard time at all.

Visited for the first time this morning and the staff was cheery and welcoming. And on such a morning it was a most welcome experience!Dec. 17th: I’ve come to this place a few times and generally they are quick, friendly and the food is great. This morning was a flop though. Kaiser roll tasted like it was microwaved, chewy. And it took roughly five minutes just to have my order taken. This was 7:15am when there was only one other customer. I wouldn’t say this is a hit or miss place but this morning was a flop. Hoping for a better sandwich with speedy workday morning service next time.I’ve been a somewhat regular to BB, I can say that this place strives to make every customer happy. Since the post on the flop I have consistently had amazing breakfast sandwiches and had a couple delicious lunches here as well.

On a trip to visit a friend in PA I happened to make an unscheduled stop at a place called the Bagel Basket. I went in for a simple cup of coffee and a bagel with a schmear... Well this place made life pretty hard as the choices of bagels and cream cheese was so remarkable it ended up taking me an hour to have a cup of soup that the soup Nazi would have been proud of along with an incredible jalapeno/cheddar bagel with scallion cream cheese! I actually ended up taking a dozen back to the bagel capital of the world, that being NYC along with a wide variety of cream cheese! At work, the bagels and cream cheese all were devoured in less than an hour! Now, the Bagel basket is a regular stop on my frequent trips to the Keystone State! If you partake, ask for Sunny, tell him John from New York sent you!

My wife and I have been going here since moving to the hood in 2013. Best bagel sandwiches as they take pride in their cooking and prep. Bagels are fresh and the eggs for the sandwiches are not nuked like other places. Good selection of coffees, muffins and friendly staff. Areas for improvement, fresh squeezed OJ offering and the ability to save your custom orders by name so repeat orders can be brought up easily, ( yes, were one of those that order complicated sandwiches). Love it here.

I have visited this business twice, once for a sandwich and again for bagels and a tempting looking turnover. Very clean and pleasant looking business with good service. They deserve an A for effort. The Sandwich was good but not worth going out of the way to purchase.The Everything Bagel tasted more like a Kaiser Roll then a bagel but this may be because it was not baked long enough. The turnover had very little apple filling.

Best bagel in town, they customize the sandwiches according to your taste too. Really excellent food and amazing staff.

This place is one of the best breakfast spots Ive ever been to - fantastic housemade bagels, a menu thats a great size, and wonderful coffee thats always piping hot. Just get here early on a Sunday!

Gets very busy on a Saturday morning, which is the only time I’ve ever been. They’re quick though so the wait isn’t bad. A fair amount of choice plus indoor and outdoor seating makes this a nice place to meet up with friends.

Great what i would call a deli. Pleasent staff good service. Coffee hot and wide choice and goid. My egg sandwich was very good. Living in NY for most of my life Bagel Basket has good bagels and closest deli type store i have been to in this area.
