I recently went to the Bethlehem Union Blvd location for an inspection. The service was qreat. While sitting in the lobby while my car was being inspected, a couple customers came in that were having troubles with there cars. I was very impressed listening to the manager talk to them. He seemed extremely knowledgeable while explaining to the customers what some of the possible issues could be. These issues had nothing to do with Mufflers or Brakes which I always thought was the core business for Monro. I would not hesitate recommending this place to anyone.

Absolutely the best auto mechanic experience i have had to date and can not imagine one that might potentially surpass it. Was greeted warmly by John who assured me that they would fit me in that day. A couple hours later my car was fixed by Marcus and because the issue turned out to be something minimal they didnt even charge me. I will absolutely be a returning customer as well as recommending this location every chance i get.

I did not catch the name of the two guys working. I had a nail in my tire these guys took care of it and patched it up within a few minutes. They were very honest, provided me a couple tire options and pricing sheets. I will continue to use this shop because of the great service I received last night. Thank you both.

Staff was very friendly and were focused on making sure me and my car were taken care of. will be going back for most of my car repair needs in the coming years for sure! highly recommend if you want a shop that will take care of your problem and not try to upsell you every time you walk in the doors.

Not good they did brakes and rotors did a oil change and broke my oil stick and said it was already cracked it was not broken when I brought it there IAM filing a complaint apparently they didnt know how to open it. I will not be going there again for any other services

Chris takes the time to explain our car issues and repairs it once and done. My first visit there was about a year ago and I knew what was wrong with my car but I needed to be sure this place can be trusted and sure enough they were. I went to Monro Muffler Brake and Tires on Union Blvd today to get a oil change on my Pickup. The tech that worked on my truck pointed out items that were going bad on my truck. I didnt have the money right now to get it fixed, due to Christmas being last week. I will definitely be back to have them fix my truck in the next few weeks. The manager on duty was very polite and explained all the repairs to me in detail. Great Place to get your car worked on.

I recently had my muffler replaced by another location. I went back to the place to have it looked at since it did not sound right at all, they did nothing. I decided to go to Monro Union Blvd location since they did excellent work for me before. They took my car in right away and took care of the issue. I will no longer pick another place over Monro Union Blvd location. You guys rock! Thanks for your great work.

If someone comes in the same time of me and says they dont have an appointment and I do, why do they get their serviced for the exact same thing as mine, and their car is brought in ahead of mine and I have to wait one hour and 15 minutes?

Chris was so accommodating, helpful and prompt in helping me give my tires some love. The prices and services are phenomenal and this is a place that you can TRUST to be reliable, knowledgeable and there for you. I am so thankful for their help even when I showed up 30 minutes to closing. I will be back. If you have any apprehension, dismiss it because this is BY FAR the best servicing experience I have had the pleasure of being a patron for.

Went here just the other day to get my inspection done and get two new front tires. Not only was it all done efficiently it was also done well. The guy at the desk that helped us (I think his name is chris) was super nice and informative of what was being done on my car and broke down the cost of everything. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a good, trustworthy shop to go to.

Store manager was ignorant about company policy refused coupon I had to call the district manager to inform the policy of Monroe the store manage was not professional and beard off his face on the other hand the mechanics Were very professional and would go back if didnt have to deal with the manager

I have been using this store for all of my car services for almost 4 years now. They are honest, very auto savvy and helping people. I recently had to toe my Odyssey for the problems I was having with my battery. My battery was not holding charge and keep dieing, I recently had my battery replaced at Sams Club, and while I was driving airport to fly to California, I got a call from my wife that our Odyssey died again. I felt very helpless because my wife cant handle such situations. I immediately called Mark at Monro he not only took care of it but also fixed the problem, while I was attending an important training in California. The problem was a hard one to find but he and his colleagues found and fixed the problem with my A/C relay system. On top of that they did not charge me an arm and a leg I just could not believe that there are still such good auto shops around. This is not the only time that they had showed their knowledge and honesty, they are always very helpful and the best part would not tell you to have unnecessary services done. I am one of those guys who always keep their cars fully maintained and take my cars to service mostly on time, I need these kinds of good people whom I can trust without any doubts in my mind. Honest, Knowledge, Reasonable Price and Fantastic Service thats all you need.

Had an appointment for oil change today at 8-30. Took 2and a half hrs. I was told its first come first served, except that I was the second car there. Why take appointments? Bring in more help.

Mark and the crew are all very friendly n accommodating. They do very good work. Ive been going to this shop since 2002 and I plan on staying here as long as these guys are running the shop. Ive witnessed mark dealing with a customer in front of me. The guy was giving him a very hard time about something that had nothing to do with Monro. Mark handled it extremely professionally, not once did he make a face or retaliate. I was next and Mark didnt carry over any frustration from the previous customer. Thats A+ customer service. Thats not easy to find.

The mechanics at this Monro are always honest, reliable, and sensitive. Cars cost a lot of money, but these guys are always looking out to do the best job possible and keep the cost in check. Mark and his staff have been repairing my vehicles for many years. They provide fair and honest service. I just had repairs done to my truck. The job was done on time and for the price quoted when I brought it in. I recommend them to anyone needing service or repairs.

Needed work on brakes, an oil change, and replacement of a gasket. They gave an estimate, and when all the work was done the total was exactly what they estimated. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and everyone at the shop was very friendly. We will definitely be going back there for any work we need done. John and Chris were great to work with.

Ive been taking my truck to Monro for a few months now, the guys there are always up front about any issues and cost. Although they consistantly seem to be short staffed, the work is always quality and reliable. I feel bad for these guys sometimes with all they have to deal with, but they are always courteous and apologize for any delays.

Sooooo. I had an appointment set for 8 am. Parts were supposed to be order and everything was set up so I could get my inspection state sticker ASAP. My car wasn’t even looked at until 12:30 today. Why make an appointment if your gonna push my car off till you feel it’s necessary

We moved to Nazareth last year & we still are going to Monro because of Mark.. More places should have honest workers like him ... My recent visit to Monro Muffler Brake & Service was a very pleasant one. I realized I was due for an oil change. My work schedule is very unpredictable making it hard for me to make and keep appointments for almost anything. I showed up with no appointment and although they had no slots available until Friday which was 2 days away, they squeezed me in. They took the time to explain my options and were courteous throughout my visit. The manager Mark and I were speaking about a recent incident were someone side swiped my car and broke my side view mirror leaving an ugly streak alongside my driver side. Mark asked me if I would allow him to see if he could remove the streak by buffing it out, I agreed and 5 minutes later the streak was gone. These guys went above and beyond for me and I left there feeling glad I chose Monro.
