My recent experience at Sherwin Williams Bethesda couldnt have been better. Jennifer was helpful, friendly and efficient. She looked up my previous orders in the computer, assisted me in selecting the appropriate sheen for my project, and without rushing, kept the pace moving to make sure waiting customers were quickly served.That was the bonus - the paint itself is great!

Sherwin Williams has the formulas for other companys colors. Makes it easier to get a sample rather than going to say Benjamin Moore which is further away.

The wallpaper selection is the better than many other stores. Their discount is great! Very helpful personnel.

Tried to match and gave me the only paint with high sheen. I went into match my existing paint. I explained to Nelly that I knew the color and the at it was flat, but not the base. After I tried the paint they sold me, it turns out it was the only Flat paint with a sheen that they sell. All of the other base paints have the same flatter sheen. I told her what I was trying to match and she recommended the only paint that had a sheen level of 5. All other flat paints they sell have a sheen of 3. I expected more from a premium paint seller.Unless you have to, I would go somewhere else.

Guy behind the counter was a bit of a know it all and liked to hear himself talk too much. I just wanted to read one of their product labels but couldnt cause he was pointing out words on the label and running his mouth so much about the meanings of the words that I could barely concentrate.
