Ive checked out a few different storage places and this location has the best service and pricing. Julia W. was on point and so accommodating. She got me the info I needed and helped set me up. James was a good look too in pointing out some things and offering to walk me to whatever units. Great location and service.

I use this location to store materials for work... and the service and facilities are FANTASTIC. I rented after the space had transitioned to new ownership (the current Public Storage), but even with the training of new employees and improvements associated with transitioning (like painted, signage, etc), weve had nothing but excellent service. Upgrading to a larger unit went without a hitch, and weve never had problems accessing our unit. I wish they had slightly longer hours for access (like 5am to 10pm), but that extra hour on each end would benefit a very small portion of their clients, and there may be issues with the residential building adjacent. All the carts are in good working order, the one elevator is ENORMOUS, and the numerous roll-up doors make access very easy.

I recently called them to explore my storage options and Fatima and Julia W. were great. Great pricing. Great communication. Great service. I would recommend them to anyone. Moving and storing things are stressful enough. They made it easier.

I rented a storage unit in April 2021, when the property was owned by a different company. When the business became Public Storage (May 2021), a glitch occurred in my billing account which Tiara, one of the office associates, quickly resolved. I appreciated the excellent and professional service she provided. I also want to say that the property is very well maintained and spotlessly clean! Access to the units is easy and there are many carts to help load and unload. Convenient and well run!

Most customer service at storage facilities is trash, but Julia W. and Fatima were the gold standard. They made this a smooth process and even gave me some tips on how to proceed. I appreciate their help through this whole thing.

I recently was looking for storage space in the area and came across this location and by far the best customer service I have experienced. The managers that was at the location was very helpful. I didn’t get a unit but I made several purchases and was satisfied with service.

Small things make a big difference. Fatima was polite, knowledgeable, professional and eager to help. From the moment I arrived, she made the process easy. They were EZ storage Bethesda and they were acquired by Public Storage, it has been a mess! Public Storage has been terrible at communicating with customers about the transition, they have hidden fees, and bad customer services at the cooperate level! Everyone who works in the store is so nice you cant help but feel bad for them about this transition.

Ive had this storage for almost a year and havent had any issues. The facility is always clean and the employees are always helpful. It has a garage-like door that allows easy access which is genius. Being military, Ive had many storage units in my life but this is by far the best.

Beware: the initial rate is often actually a teaser rate. Expect to soon be paying more!After 5 months I received a notice that that ezStorage was raising the rent 15% - no honest explanation given. The letter gave the vague statement We periodically review our rental rates... I did some research, and it turns out, this is more true than the average customer knows, in fact, its a central part of the companys sneaky business model. After 5 months, a computer algorithm at headquarters (not the local branch) pretty much automatically raises rates if you started at a discounted price. Subsequently, a rate review (read very possible rent increase) is conducted annually. This informal schedule is not mentioned in the contract, which only stipulates that the rent is month-to-month and can be raised upon 30 day notice. But it doesnt tell you to expect an increase within a few months.When I contacted a manager of my storage facility (who surmised what my concern was before I even told him; apparently for him this is a routine conversation he has with customers), the only defense he offered was that such rent increases were headquarters controlled and were consistent with industry practice.This is truly a lousy way for a business to treat its customers.

This was my first experience with self-storage, and this place is great! Everything was very simply and swiftly explained, and I was packing up my unit very quickly!The location itself is easy to miss the first time, but other than that, access and moving your stuff is very easy and simple as well.

This was the best moving experience I’ve ever had. The facility is clean, well lit, easy to access, and the garage door access to move things in and out is a big plus. We’ve used EZ Storage for the last 3 years. They’ve been a port in the storm while selling our place, during renovations, and as we settled on the furniture for our forever place. The staff here are friendly and very helpful and the location is accessible and well lit. Our furniture looks as great as the day we stored it.

Extremely safe and secure. Always smells nice and they have stellar bathroom facilities. Cant get any better for a storage facility!

Cleanest & Most Helpful Staff in DC Area! I have had storage units in Silver Spring, Alexandria, Kensington, and Bethesda, and EZStorage on Westbard is hands down the best. The facility is so clean, and clean every single day, its like they have night elves -- including their parking lot and trash area. I never feel like Im in some place where people are doing a dump & run with junk. The staff there actually offers customer service, which is almost a lost art. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and have never kept me waiting or feeling like they are too busy to answer questions.They have a ton of carts, and Ive never had to wait to get one, and the carts are all in excellent condition. No broken or filthy carts.The only thing that would make it perfect would be if after hours access was later than 9:00 pm.Ive had multiple units due to an antique business and then the sale of my and my mothers home. And Ive put my money where my mouth is, and moved out of all my other storage facilities.

Ezstorage in Bethesda is kept very clean. It is in a convenient location, bordering DC. The rates are fair and you can take care of everything online. My favorite part of Ezstorage is the staff!
