I called and had a leak repaired the same day. Leahy has been my go to for a number of years and sometimes it takes a day but the wait is always worth it and they have never sent someone that was not up for the job. Highly recommend if you are located in the Bethesda area.

Not bad service for guys who just started out. Although I don’t think I would let them handle big tasks , but never say no , you might be surprised. These guys are however prompt and friendly. Would definitely use their services again

I have used Leahy a few times over the years and they have always been great. Technicians r always on time and friendly and competent. Two times they came and it turned out to b something small and they charged me less. One time they came out for a job they couldn’t handle (sewer backup) and they gave me a great referral. I had some problems a while back reaching them, but it turned out that I was leaving messages on the wrong number.

We had a really great experience with Leahy plumbing. We had them install a new sump pump last week. The two technicians came exactly on time, were professional, polite and knowledgable. They answered all of our questions and the price was totally reasonable. We are extremely satisfied and recommend them very highly.

Owner run operation, has been in business a long time. He answers phone calls himself (which was refreshing) I had just moved to a new place, had no water at all available, so he expedited service to me, which I appreciated! Wonderful to work with! We had a cast iron waste pipe burst in our basement. The team came out within an hour to replace a portion of our pipe. They were professional, efficient and the price was fair.

While they did clear an 8 foot deep clog, they also dumped gallons of brown water into my living room ceiling. When I called them about it, they took my number and said they would call me back. Two minutes later I got an alert that my check had been cashed, but shockingly, I have yet to receive that return call more than a week later.

They are great! They come promptly and work efficiently ‼️

Dealt with a plugged-up main sewer line at my in-laws. Not a pretty situation. They came promptly when they said they would, took care of everything, cleaned up, and charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys.

Leahy Plumbing rocks! We were faced at the last minute with a situation at our rental property when replacing the floor found the pipes leaking to the toilet. This of course meant the tile wall would be disrupted to replace the pipes. Faced with the decision to repair or simply replace pretty worn tile as well as a tenant moving into the property the next day, Leahy scrambled a tile team and one of his plumbers to make it happen! What usually would take at least a week to complete, both worked together seamlessly to complete major work in record breaking time! We have had Leahy do all of our plumbing over the years and they rock!

The owner of this company is a prick. We got an appointment made by our renter with the time window 9-11am. By 12 pm my boyfriend called the company and got yelled at because they apparently never give a 2 hour window. Leahy hanged up on him twice. I got a call from Leahy and he yelled at me “ you don’t need to tell me when your appointment is”. A plumber finally arrived but I was speechless! If this is how they handle their customers how are they in business ??!!! No respect for my time, no “sorry we are late”, yelling and hang up phone calls is what Leahy does. If you want to be treated with respect do not call Leahy Plumbing & Heating Inc.

The company is disorganized and poorly run, consequently, they loose invoices, fail to return calls, and are unable to track warranty orders, the owner is discourteous and dishonest. Two of the three technicians I used are incompetent. They are very good at providing exuses as to why things are not done and mixed-up. Avoid this company at all costs.
