Amazing photo development. Its an owner run operation and they are very patient w kids. Great passport development of photos. The mall area has some construction but there is lots of parking. Come early or late .

I come here to develop film, it’s a little pricy but that’s to be expected. They scan your film and email pics, which you can choose to print. Also have the option to keep the negatives. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Excellent, professional, same day service for passport and visa photos. Beware: Not all passport and visa photos are the same. Many counties have specialized dimensions and the folks at MotoPhoto know their stuff and will take good care of you.

Very happy customer on my first visit to MotoPhoto. Over the years Ive been using another photo lab in Bethesda, yet on this occasion I noticed some defects like horizontal bands of uniform color in areas of an image for example like the sky with less texture variation. Minor defects at first glance, I had to look at the print real close to notice, and which might have done the job just fine for casual presentation... but I had a customer who was paying hundreds of dollars for signed Limited Edition prints.Needless to say I didnt want my customer to complain, so I reached out to MotoPhoto hoping they could deliver better print quality. That they did! For the last minute pressure of shipping these 2 images out, I was also delighted they could handle my order within 24 hours. Very friendly staff too :-)

Really appreciated the care and sensitivity with which the MotoPhoto team handled my order. I called in the afternoon with a large order (about 700 photos) for my sisters memorial service the next day -- no one else I had contacted was going to be able to fulfill the order in time, but the guys at MotoPhoto were gungho. They stayed late, and I could tell that they had checked each picture to make sure that the print was as lovely as possible. It made a difference during a really hard time, and Im grateful for their kindness and dedication. Thanks guys.

Overall a good experience. As advertised. I needed passport photos for a Canadian passport, they were a bit pricey but they knew what they were doing. I had gone to CVS prior, had the photos taken, mailed my application for renewal to Canada and received a call that my photos were not up to standard requirements. Thus went to Motophoto to have it done correctly.

I made a photobook on a Saturday and was promised it would be ready the following Friday, in time for the bridal shower I was having for my sons fiancee. It is now 9 days later - still no book. Their products may be good (havent seen it) but give yourself plenty of time before ordering something.

Great place to get visa photos as very few places do anything other than passport photos. Great customer service as well.

This is the best photo studio in the tri-state area. Ive been to a couple of others in the area but nobody comes close to the level of quality that this place has to offer. They are extremely fast and their print quality is insanely good. Ive had the pleasure of working with several people here most notably Jazz and Eric (hopefully spelled their names right) who have unparalleled customer service skills. Theyre extremely knowledgeable about photography and have great insight on film. I cannot see myself going to any other place to develope my photos. If youre looking for a place you can trust to print your photos professionally and quickly, this is the place for you.

I used MotoPhoto serices on several occasions lately and was always fully satisfied with the quality of their work both in video conversion and in photo related services. MotoPhoto customer service is excellent which is becoming more difficult to find nowdays.

Tk and Eric are fast and really know passport photos. They were courteous and super pleasant and so gentle and patient with the kids and Baby.The price is worth the product you get.You really get what you pay for.They are highly recommended.TK is the manager and Eric is the assistant manager.They work well together and can process your pic in 15 mins.Went to get some more photos.Erick was great and super patient.As usual amazing passport photos and they got it done in 15 minutes.There are lots of little stores in this area that are good to wait for your photos and kids stores to eat too.Eric is very good.Just used them this weekend.The quality of pictures is excellent!!!Great for international passport photos!!!They are very knowledgeable which saves redoing the passport packages!They continue to be great. Hands down, this is the best place for passport photos. My friend needed Canadian passport photos (which are very specific). She had them produced at several other places and the photos were rejected. So we contacted the Canadian embassy they suggested we go to this Moto Photo store. They knew what we needed. They had all the specs. We got her photo in 20 minutes! If you are looking for Canadian passport/visa photos this is the right place!

A place that is probably beyond its prime. It is very crowded with display items and frankly places like CVS that now offer passport photos make places like this obsolete.
