Good food, fast service.

My wife and I love this place!

Didnt really enjoy it. Maybe it was the stress of my mom being in Walter Reed hospital, but the cheeseburger wasnt great but the fries were pretty good. Coffee wasnt hot at all, but lots of other drinks to choose from.

Good food, clean place, fast, quiet calm and made in front of you. Id put this up against any cool hole in the wall deli in New York or Chicago with the only difference being that its not loud, it has some subtle Asian influences and for me was a wonderfully calm place to have a meal. I will admit that deli dine-in food served on a real plate with soothing asian music playing was initially odd, but the longer I sat the more it matched the ambiance and turned out to be a tranquil place to enjoy a meal.

Simply the best deli in the whole area. Breakfast served all day long!

Just a great neighborhood place to get an unfussy breakfast or a good sandwich. Fair prices. Really nice people.

The employees who work here always remember my order and ask how things are going, it makes the whole experience better. They have great sandwiches, it gets really busy around lunch so call to order ahead!

So excited that I can still get sandwiches from here while working from home! The Bethesda Chicken is my favorite! I also love how theres such a wide range of drinks and snacks available, all the good junk food AND healthier options so Im set no matter what my mood. Plus the owner is the sweetest and truly cares about her customers. If you want to support a wonderful local business during this crazy time, I highly recommend getting a sandwich and all your munchies from here!

Great deli! I am a vegetarian, and my boyfriend is not. It’s often a challenge to find a sandwich place that accommodates us both - until finding Woodmont Deli :) They serve the most delicious veggie pita sandwich, and the employees are very nice and patient. I know this place will become a regular stop for me - I crave that sandwich weekly!

Was driving by and stopped here. Sandwiches were excellent and the woman working here was so friendly. Definitely coming back!

First I would like to say Thank you to the owner of Woodmont Deli for being awesome.This is my first review on Yelp and may be my last - I worked in the restaurant and catering industry for a decade - Ive bartended and been a server - Ive worked all over DC and Virginia and seen many types of extravagant foods and parties.Im new to Bethesda - the other day went to Woodmont deli for a BLT. I noticed Bulgogi platter on the specials and it was $10.99, after already ordering my BLT - I asked her how the Bulgogi was - she replied Homemade - the best . I looked at her and realized she was 100% telling the truth and then she asked me want to try the homemade Kimchi I replied absolutely!.I eat ALOT of Korean food and have been for years - its my favorite foods to eat. When I got home - my fiance and I both tried it and We are blown away by how good it is.I went back and ordered the same thing 2 days later and will be going back every week until I cant make it because Ive moved to far away.Feel free to believe it or not but for $10.99 - the portion, quality , Service and love thats put into this meal - you wouldnt believe it. It is the best Value and meal I have had in 9 months of being in Bethesda. It may be the best meal and value Ive had - period.Please go support a local and family owned restaurant if you are able to - even if its for no other reason than to get one of the best that you have had - at an unbeatable price.Ask the lady behind the counter - hows the Bulgogi and Kimchi? just like I did - prepare to be WOWd.This is a 100% honest and Non-bias review.

Ordered turkey club. Turkey is really wet and there’s no texture to it. My guess is that it’s processed turkey probably mostly filler, not anything I would buy or feed to my family. People behind the counter were nice. I’m not going to eat cheap processed food tho

A staple store in this community. Great food; the owner is friendly and knows you by name. Everybody wants to go to place where they know your name! They cater as well. Great place; dont pass it up!

Can not say enough positive things about this mom and pop café, Woodmont Deli. The food is always delicious – I recommend the Woodmont BLT or the Woodmont Chicken - and the service is always quick and friendly. Call ahead for pickup to skip the line.On separate note, I would head over there for lunch to study for my licensing exams. The owner and owner’s husband would always have positive and encouraging words to say about me studying and even kept track of when my exams were. How adorable!We need more positive people like them in this world.

Fantastic lunch here. The staff is small but very friendly. The only problem I’ve ever had is it sometimes gets disorganized during high rush periods and it’s hit or miss who gets their food first. For a small place it’s got a pretty big footprint in the community. Check it out if you’re in need of a quick bite

Super friendly service from this local Bethesda deli. I had locally roasted coffee and a bagel with lox with an old high school friend. Perfect east coast deli experience, with a South Korean flair.

Really good food but prices are much higher than expected

Was a long time customer but the owner started changing up the prices on the items everyday. I would pay then be asked to pay again then get charged a higher price than originally charged. I tried to be patient but it happens almost every time I go so I can’t trust the price I’m being asked to pay. I got charged for food and never received it after stating that I paid. I ended up leaving without my food but being charged. I will not return again.

Cant say anything bad about this place. Clean, convenient and has very extensive inventory. FANTASTIC make to order food!!!!

Absolutely amazing. I order delivery from them all the time (From Uber Eats) and I am a pain in the butt often but these guys are the true heroes because I have NEVER had an issue and their food is always top notch! This place is slow but they make really good food. I stop when Im in the area but always locals how long theyve been waiting before I check out the menu. Last time I popped in, someone had been waiting 20 minutes, I walked out. Its a deli, not fine dining; for a tasty hole in the wall, if youre local, you might want to call ahead for pick up.

My wife is here for business at the NIH. We found this small deli near by a d decided to try it out. We have been here everyday for lunch. The portions are large we split a sandwich with a side of fries. So far we have tried the rubin (#4 and #5), chicken wrap (#1), and the steak and cheese. The steak and cheese is our favorite so far but all sandwiches are excellent. I would highly recommend. You know its good when you see the same locals there every day. There isnt a lot of room on the inside, but we get there around 12:30 and have no issues. Best restaurant in town. The little old ladies work their butts off and the wait time is very minimal.

If you eat at this place be careful they use the same oil to fry fish chicken everything and the dam oil was black nasty do better.

BLT, club, ham, you cant go wrong incredibly fast, efficient, and inexpensive. They get you in and get you fed. Great feel reminds me of New York.

I ordered some delivery by Uber Eats the food got here in properly wrapped packages not necessarily hot enough if you want it warming up is easy to do in the packaging it comes in

I really enjoy their sandwiches. Also, they deliver to the NIH - when they are in charge of delivery then service is awesome. Unfortunately when Ubereats does the delivery then its unreliable because Ubereats is terrible. Ive had issues with Ubereats in the past but the woman who runs thia deli is always so lovely on the phone and helpful to make things right even when Ubereats is the issue

Nice quick service and usually not very busy. Process are better then most places you will find nearby.

Woodmont deli is a gem of bethesda!

My friend that I had breakfast delivered buy Uber Eats which serves Woodmont Deli to your home. In my case that meant 30 minutes and the food came packaged properly by Woodmont. Even the egg omelet were perfectly warm enough to eat without reheating and their French toast was so eggy my friend was surprised she didnt ask for it over cooked and dried out the way she usually gets her eggs. Yuck. The date the bacon was perfectly crisp and the omelets were prepared to order just the way we asked like sitting down in a good restaurant. Yes, the food was better than Dennys. hah

Their tofu sandwich is delicious. Their salads are very fresh. Their is a wonderful variety of food from Steak and Cheese to Reubens to Kimchee and Bulgogi, and it all tastes great.
