“Deli” means “crazy” in Turkish. This deli is crazy good. It is so good we go here at least twice a week. A few of my favorites are the spicy Italian sub, Johnny Blue sandwich, turkey breast with cranberry sauce sandwich, egg salad (which is superb), the unbelievable artichoke and hearts of palm vinaigrette salad, the curry chicken salad which carries me away. The one disappointment was the rare delicacy, beef tongue. I love beef tongue but their version was a bit dry. Chef, I highly recommend you create some kind of sauce or spicy chutney to enhance it. The staff is incredible, helpful, accommodating and professional. And let’s not forget the ladies at the checkout counter. They are extremely friendly and kind. Happy New Year, see you tomorrow.

The food is good, but the ordering process is so outmoded. There’s just one line for ordering AND picking up. I’m sure the “older” customers are okay with it because they aren’t used to smoother processes, but 2021 should have a faster flow for ordering sandwiches.

I feel like I havent come across a good, classic deli/sandwich shop in such a long time, but then discovered Bradleys and that changed! Sandwiches are delicious (Annies Favorite is my favorite). This shop also has a small bakery in the back and sells wine, beer, chips, snacks, etc. Recommend coming here if you want a good sub.

Great deli! I love the no nonesense, straightforward attitude of the guys behind the counter. What some people consider rude, I find charming. Those guys are busy. You order a sandwich (a delicious sandwich), you get a sandwich. Next! I love it. I have been here many times and love the vibrant, quirky atmosphere. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. If you are not a pretentious jackass, they will bend over backwards to make sure that you are happy.

Everything we have had to eat here has been so tasty! Highly recommend the italian cold cut sub, and the sausage egg & cheese croissant breakfast sandwich. This place has everything and is a hidden gem! Its always busy and thats because their food is to good!! Check it out!

This store is densely packed with an abundance of food: Deli salads, baked goods, wines, kambucha and more. A bit pricey.

Bradleys is a wonderful local place that has some of the best food and beer selection that I have found anywhere in the world. Matzah ball soup and a corned beef sandwich will make your day better.

BEST. DAMN. FOOD. AROUND!! I work down the street and I have had a little bit of everything they offer and I have NOT found something I didnt call my new favorite. So damn good

The food can be quite good but the staff behind the counter are very hit or miss. Case in point, carefully ordered four sandwiches. Only two were correct. One had the wrong condiments and one was completely wrong but was correct on the receipt. Its too expensive charging $35 for 4 sandwiches and chips and blowing the order that badly. There are so many better places to go for a good sandwich.

Staff behind sandwich counter is so rude it almost defies description. I stood for 10 minutes (no others in line at first) waiting for some acknowledgement by the three people slowly building sandwiches (or something) behind the counter. No eye contact, no well be right with you, nothing. Finally after there were seven or eight in line, one worker approached and grunted out Next. I placed my order. Thats it? was the reply. When the order was ready it was tossed on the counter without a word. No thank you, nothing. Just a sullen Next for the next person in line. I swore this place off a few years ago for exactly these reasons and regret trying again. Some places foster a culture of customer service. Some dont care. This ones in the latter camp.

The best sandwich shop in Bethesda. With snacks, gifts and a great craft beer and wine selection. The Italian Combo is my favorite and the fact that they per make a basket full of these for the lunch rush also says a lot. The Light Tuna and Matzoh Ball are my wifes favorites.

Incredible corn beef sandwiches. Across-the-board a great selection and friendly and competent staff. If you need a sandwich in Bethesda this is the place to go

This is an odd unknown gem of a market /Deli. Meats, cheeses and sandwiches freshly prepared. Decent selection of wines and beers with some groceries.

I have been getting my sandwiches from Bradley Food & Beverage since 1985 and they have never disappointed me in the quality and taste of the food. My favorite is the chicken salad sandwich! Its a bit out of the way for me to travel, but so worth it! This place is a gem, and I hope it doesnt close anytime soon.👍

They have an excellent selection. Go to the deli and ask about the special meat in the back. Extra cuts of meat for cheaper!

Terrible experience. I work next door and used to visit.This morning, deli couldnt bother to say hello, let alone take a simple order. Settled for stale muffin. Three hours later, they cant bother to make the order I phoned in!Theres a bakery two stores down that is pleasant.

5/11/19 @ 1215 pm i Was waiting in line to place my sandwich order i was trying to give him my order when the order taker (african american , same as me) looked beyond me to motion the white guy behind me to ask for his order and then proceeded to call the guy around me. It was clear that I was in front of the guy. I stood there in disbelief waiting for the next order taker, i did not make a scene although i felt so offend. I decided they did not deserve my business and turned around and was walking out. I spoke to another employee of what had occurred and that I would take my business somewhere where they was more respectful employees

I would give this quality deli five stars if it werent for the overpriced alcohol. The food does not disappoint and that keeps me going back.

I’ve been here a couple times and had a good experience, went in today and asked for just a croissant with turkey and cheese, get to the register and price is 10 dollars. There are literally sandwiches on the menu pilled high for two dollars less they said they charge extra for cheese. Elderly white man who must be the owner talks down to me and said I should’ve read the menu WHICH I DID! So rude to the customer will not be going back also asked for no pickle and they still put one in my sand which bag, but yet I’m being condemned as a customer. Save your money and go to an actual restaurant where the small business owner would actually appreciate your business.
