Ourisman Collision Center is amazing. I had a dent so I took it in and they repaired it like if nothing happened. The customer service is excellent they took care of me and made sure I was satisfied with the job. I highly recommend them they are great!

Very friendly and fast service. Im very happy with the work done on my car. Please see attached before and after photos. (Note: It rained before I took the pictures hence the water marks). The paint job to get rid of my scratches matched perfectly with the color of the rest of my car and its so shiny and brand new looking now!They also washed and vacuumed my car afterwards. The General Manager Randy was so nice and I had a lot of help and advice particularly from Jason (cost estimator) and Jeffrey (one of the shop guys).The price was very reasonable. And free if you use Geico insurance. Its conveniently located right near Montgomery Mall. Plus there is an Enterprise right next to it (almost connected) so you can rent a car for the days your car is getting fixed. With the discount you get from Oursman Collision Center the price for renting a car comes to around $25 a day to rent a car which isnt bad (or free through Geico insurance).Highly Recommend!

It felt like I had a personal concierge through out the whole experience. Randy went above and beyond my expectations, took care of every little detail. If you are looking for a body shop, this is the place. They also have Enterprise rental next door if you need to rent a car, very convenient.

Can’t find a phone number. We were in the middle of the crosswalk at the neighboring property at Montgomery Mall. A man driving the Ourisman Courtesy Car nearly hit us after not stopping at the stop sign and then yelled obscenities at a family with a young child. I can understand why he was coming from the collision center; not sure if he works there or not but Ourisman, you’ve got trouble on your hands.

Excellent serviceFrom the minute I walked into the office until I got my car back, everything was explained, I was kept informed, and the result was perfect. Could not have asked for better.

Very pushy service team. I came in asking for an estimate from an accident based on Geicos request. Over five times I was asked why I wasnt leaving my car there for repairs. It was a shock that I wanted a price estimate and statement if work before signing an agreement.It took them seven hours to provide an estimate; the estimate only included visible damage aka they would mask the cosmetic damage but not fix the damaged frame. The estimator even confirmed with me the frame was damaged but failed to include that in their report back.Disappointing results and unprofessional customer service.Its also against the law to have a collision center ask you more than once to have your repairs done after you say no....

Do not take your car here, even if your insurance tells you.And if you do ask about liability about your car you might never see it againWhile they were doing repairs I received a call about one week later to informed my car had been stolen from the lot,only my car with keys, When I arrived to talk to them at shop they gave me different story of how car was stolen, and would take me what a great care they were taken of my car but they were not responsible and they had call my insurance.And the best part only my car , with my keys was stolen this STINGSTo make a long and sad story, longer my car was reported stolen on a tuesday night, how ever the previous Sunday my car was involve in a hit an run in DC NE, and they were going to issued a warrant for my arrest, and still this people keep insisting is not their fall, even when the dont even know when car was stole, still claim no responsibility.This is still going on but think car is total, and they dont seem to want to do anything

Terrible..!! Had truck vandalized that sustained a broken mirror. They did more damage to my vehicle that the vandal. Window rattles now, not to mention the scarring on my window sheild.
