There’s one employee who is always very nice, kind, and helpful, although I recently encountered, through my most recent visit, an experience that made my blood boil, literally. I cannot fathom my emotional distress after a brief second in the store. I walked back to the ten dollar section, excited to see my options for a future event. I worked tirelessly, and wanted something to take the edge off, which was going to be by possibly purchasing merchandise from your store to be worn at my next big event... and I mean BIG baby. To be told momentarily that I had one minute to browse the selection of attire. I was rudely told ,they were trying to close, when there were many people in the store. It ruined my day and I hope this ruins yours.xoxo, your ex paying customer😘
I ordered something online about a month ago and it still has yet to come. I keep checking on updates and a week and a half later my package is still in Illinois?? What is taking so long?? I dont think Ill ever order anything from this store again this is ridiculous.

Customer service tried to rip me off on my return. I bought a full price item and they told me now it’s on sale so they will refund me the sale price.
My daughter is a freshman in high school experiencing her first homecoming dance. I wanted this experience to be memorable for her. Well it will be thanks to the rude people at Windsor in Bethel Park. The lady who walked around acting like the manager was so rude and very unhelpful as was the rest of the staff. No one greeted you when you walked in or even acknowledged you were there. We found the dress my daughter fell in love with. Sadly some of the gems on the waistline belt were broken and there was a small snag in the side of the dress. I asked if we bought the dress and were not able to get it repaired could I return it as the dress is not available on their website. She stated,NO, all sales are final. She did give us $20 off the $100 dress for our inconvenience. REALLY!!!! Luckily my mom is very handy and I believe will be able to fix the dress so we bought it. She proceeded to write NON RETURNABLE across my receipt. Josy was so rude that I guarantee I will never spend another dime in this store. I was so frustrated by the time I left that store I could have spit nails. BUYER BEWARE.
Don’t shop here. Period. Aside from the appeal of cheaply made clothing, the staff is abrupt and rude, if they even appear to try and help.Their return policy is archaic and troublesome. The staff looks for reasons NOT to accept a return. Read the policy carefully and be persistent.So mAny other places to shop....don’t choose this one.
I have went there multiple times especially durin and after my pregnancy since I was switching sizes like crazy. The ladies there are all so helpful and helped me with bringing suggested pants and accessories that would fit me well. It is hard getting a new wardrobe when you change sizes and they made it so much less stressful.
Beautiful shop. If you cant find an outfit, your not looking close enough.
Called yesterday morning to put a shirt on hold, they told me they had one and that it would be held under my name. I drove over an hour to pick up the shirt only for them to say “sorry we didn’t actually have it”. They told me they had one without even making sure it was in the store.

Rudest employees ive ever experienced. Everyone here is miserable and Ive never wrote a review but this place was so horrible i had to.
Manager is extremely unhelpful and rude. When returning an item, she proceeded to disregard my return and help the person behind me. When I said I didn’t have all day to wait and asked for my item back, she just looked at me. Will be returning my item at an alternate location and not returning to this store.
