Like the company claims, a good quality product starts with the water. Good water , good Ice. They have great Ice! Good packaging and their customer base is constantly growing. I have talked with some of the small gas and food locations. They state, If we call in time and tell them what we need they follow through. But like any business, things happen and trucks break down or other people hit their trucks and that may cause a delay. These are the exceptions not the rule. So take some of the posted negative feedback with a grain of salt. My Pelican Ice Chests prefer Home City Ice.

I work at TJS Deli Mart in McDonald Pa and when we are out of ice it is very hard to get a hold of anybody in the company to order more we have been out of ice since the 4th of July but when I call all the phone does is ring and I have called since the Sunday after the 4th.

Don’t buy ice from this company if you need deliveries in a reasonable manner. Called Tuesday, ran outta ice Tuesday night. Went all of the 4th with no ice for our customers. Finally showed up Friday. Will probably switch companies.
