We just bought a house with a pool, but never having owned a pool before, I found them helpful and courteous. After analyzing a water sample, they were able to tell me what I needed, and how much to put in! Next year we will take advantage of their pool school, where we will learn how to take care of the pool!

I came in to get some clarifier as I had plenty of left overs of everything else from last year and she said the water report was $16 unless I bought ALL the chemicals the report said I needed. I told her that I didnt need all the chemicals on the list just the clarifier. I declined to pay for the report and she started cussing at me and complaining about how people use the internet to buy their chemicals and not buy extra stuff I dont need from the store.

I was disappointed to find out he doesnt come out as far as I live but he was still extremely helpful and willing to give me suggestions. He was probably one of the nicest most helpful people I had spoken with and would have considered him if he did come out this far.

My wife and I had a smaller budget for an inground pool. We spoke with The Pool and Spa Place , set up a meeting and explained what we were looking to do in our small backyard. Awful! Treated us so poorly. Never were honest about pricing. Replaced a liner for us. It wrinkled in a couple months. Fixed it last summer. Another big mess. The liner was pulled away again when we opened it last night. They told us sometimes this happens. Pretty indifferent. They refuse to take responsibility that they did not put liner in correctly the first time. I wish I never did business with them.

Superbly wonderful people with incredible knowledge. Honestly the best pool store in the South Hills and surrounding area. Their construction team goes above and beyond contracted agreements every time.

Everyone was awesome... I got a great pool in a timely fashion for a pretty decent price. I would recommend them to all.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Was never told what was included and I told her I’ve never owned a pool. The lady was nasty to me after trying to pick up my pool. She was so disrespectful. Do not buy your pool from them.
