Dan and Lenny were extremely helpful. They walked us through the process of getting our digital fingeprints done for volunteer clearances with smiles on their faces. They both seem to really enjoy their jobs! Great place and it was nice to meet Gizmo the dog also. Highly recommended!

Here, I got high-quality passport photos that I needed, way much better than the ones I obtained from chain stores like CVS, Walgreens, Walmart. Back Office Plus is a great place to go for any of your office needs. I had a very positive experience there. I needed to mail several awkward pieces of computer equipment, and Back Office Plus took care of everything for me. Don and Jeanne were so kind and caring when I arrived all flustered because an undelivered UPS package had been rerouted to their store. They turned everything around, for which I was most grateful. Before I left I took advantage of some of their easy add-on services, and got a Milky Way, a book of Forever Stamps, and new passport photos. I was out the door smiling in six minutes. I have found the best store for sending packages out plus there is so much more that they offer. I can count on Dan to find the best price and carrier to send my package. I am so happy that I found them. Back Office Plus is the only place that I will go to send out my packages.

They always work hard to find the most adorable packaging solution. $3 for a reused cardboard box is a bit steep, but it best me having no idea what box would be cheapest.

My husband and I have been here a few times. The owner is exceptionally good at what he does. We had passport photos taken today...it was a one stop shop. Had photos done and mailed everything right from the store. I went in for a Identogo fingerprint card as a walk-in. It did take a while to get seen, but I expected that as a walk-in when there were others in front of me that scheduled appointments. Both men that were working (one behind the front desk and the other completing the fingerprints) were extremely kind and helpful not only to me, but to all of the other customers I watched them interact with while I waited. I would highly recommend their services for getting fingerprints done.

Researched the best notary services in USC / Bethel Park area and this one stood out. I went for notary service about an hour before closing and they efficiently and pleasantly went through my job, and USPS priority mailed my paperwork. If they had busy it would not have been as quick and efficient, but my experience was excellent during this visit.

I came here for fingerprinting services. It was a very efficient process. I was a little concerned because I had young kids in tow with me. The man that fingerprinted me not only made me feel welcome but helped me with entertaining the kids and preventing a meltdown during the procedure. Its not always a guarantee that businesses are pleasant when youre bringing in kids. Its an even less common occurrence to see someone being outright helpful and welcoming in the same scenario. I returned a week later to have something faxed and received the same level of service. I will definitely be returning in the future the next time I need their services.

This business should make its customers aware that when sending to FPO/APO that there are special reduced rates set by US Post office to send packages to our Military overseas... Or the business could have called and got prices from the Post Office. A friend was over charged by 10.00 to send a package that still takes 2 weeks to be received. Customer Service was not there in this case. It was mentioned this package was being sent to Military Deployed Young Man serving USA. Shamefull:(

STAY AWAY. I visited this location on May 30th for my girlfriend’s Identogo Appointment at 10:00AM. We arrived at 9:44AM and went to the counter to ask where to go for the Identogo as we have a 10:00 appointment and have arrived a little early for it. The woman at the desk seemed bothered to have to answer any questions but told us that we couldn’t go early for it cause there’s other people here but if we have an appointment we need to sign in and wait for her turn. This turned into us waiting 50 MINUTES and sitting through multiple WALK INS who went ahead of our booked appointment. At 10:30 my girlfriend was then FINALLY called into the room with the elderly woman and older man who were doing the appointments and was out in 5 minutes. Waiting 50 minutes for a scheduled appointment is absolutely ridiculous and the customer service here is non-existent.

I went there for my girlfriend Fingerprint appointment on Oct 31 as a walk-in and wait so long and they called us and the old lady inside who do the fingerprint I told her she need 2 fingerprints and she said that’s okey and in middle of fingerprints she walk away and said oh appointment people came in and I need you to wait we already had wait an hour to be called and she told us that and the old man and front desk lady were really rude that they don’t even want to listen if they have to finish appointments first why should they called walk-in people in-between no customers service at all...
