Great service and management. My truck was falling apart, grinding and smoking. They replaced my truck front bearings, sensors, brakes, rotors, fluid and spark plugs at a reasonable price. In 4 hours I was able to get back work.

Very fast service and courteous employees -- I went on a Sunday afternoon and the 2 employees were great and professional.

Went to pull into an open oil change stall and was greeted by 2 employees. I was told they were busy working on another vehicle (points to pick up with 4 employees standing around it) says it would be at least a few hours before they could change my oil, haha. Probably wouldnt of even stopped if I would of read these previous reviews anyway. Left and went to a locally owned shop and was in and out in 10 minutes. Lesson learned.

I called ahead on my way home from work for a state inspection and 4 new tires for my car. They told me to stop by and they could get both things done. I was in and out in about an hour. Friendly and professional staff. The manager Heather was very professional and customer service oriented. Would recommend this business to others. Very pleased. Keep up the good work!

It was ok... Tried to upsell me on at least 6-8 items... I know the vehicle as it has 244k miles on it... Not gonna spend money on the recomendations of Jiffy Lube... I just wanted a quick oil change... thats it..

(((Look at all recent reviews!))) there terrible for a reason Went in for a state inspection guy at counter asks me to take a seat while another customer is infront of me I said no problem two other people walk in and he helps them and tells me I have to wait in line again. “They don’t make appointments” apparently first come first serve and I just got pushed back by 2 people in line. Meanwhile there one and only mechanic is txting and laughing while changing someone’s oil leaning on there car. Terrible customer service. very lazy employees. Would not put my life or my kids in the hands of someone that has absolutely no qualifications or motivation to do this job.

The new manager Seth was amazing. He helped us out so much with my Nissan. They made sure that our brakes were good and changed the oil in record timing. He also helped us look into tires that we will need this October and showed us where we could get the best prices. Super helpful and great customer service. Zero Stars. Like being in a personal garage. “They’ll bees a getin to it” whenever they feel like it. Come with a male companion, men get reliably prompt courteous attention. I felt like there was a woman of color issue. I definitely felt like I was being made to wait for no reason other than my color and sex.

Great place for oil change. They are very effecient and corteous. I have been consistently taking my cars here for years and I have never had anything but positive experiences. They do not take appointments so if they are really busy you may have to wait a while, so that is why Im giving 4 stars and not 5.

Usually always come here with my kids car and recommend people to come here. But today I felt pressured by them. They kept asking me for a tire rotation. After me telling them no twice they still tried to give me a free one. When a customer says no that means no. Not keep asking them. I noticed they did this to a couple other customers and they all seemed pretty annoyed about it just like me. That makes me feel uncomfortable and pressured to do something I don’t wanna do and something I have a garage that does it for me.

Great experience. Seth, Evan and Megan were extremely professional, thorough and took the time to educate me on proper wear and tear involving my high mileage vehicle. They changed the brakes without any concerns of my own and again very professional. I will definitely be back. Thank you all!

So impressed with the honest and friendly customer service.I called before going in with a few questions. Seth answered all of my questions with great patience and honesty. He even advised me on the appropriate Groupon to get. I just thought that was so nice, not in his job description and yet he did it so nicely.It’s clear to me Seth loves the work he does and takes pride in making sure you and your car are taken care of.

Had them price me up 2, studded, snow tires. Much more than a regular tire shop but said could be in next day. Asked again if would be studded. Tires came next day. Went in and asked again if they would be studded. Was told yes. After waiting an hour they said they needed a special tiger tool for van rims and it was on its way from other store. 2 hours later, tires on, but surprise! No studs! Left with 2 brand new, unstudded snow tires.

As always going to Jiffy Lube has been absolutely nothing but positive! From the first greeting to short wait, to the sufficient waiting room and professional staff, Seth was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Thanks so much to the crew!

I work in hospice and my tire was leaking air asked monroe muffler if they could change my tire it was 5 min before closing and told them I was on my way to see a client they explain to me all they can do is put air on my tires said they cant do nothing we are closing you would think they would help a nurse out nope but Jiffy Lube was closing they helped me out I called told them my situation and they said we will take care it, yup they stay late to replace my tire knowing what I do is very important during this covid event and the staff was very nice and patient so yes awesome experience and saved my day so I could still go to my shift. We need to work together and they understood how important it was for me to get to work. Big thank you to the staff for helping me. Made my day.

Left two people working not a good experience

My other garage couldnt get me in until a week from yesterday. We went there to get brakes changed on my truck,which were done right away. Didnt have it wait long. Seth was so nice, he had us in and out in about 45 minutes. The prices were reasonable. Would I reccomend this place?, If I could give it ten stars I would. They listened to what I had to say and answered all my questions. I felt like I was cared for. After going to various places, and having bad experiences. I came here to give them a chance they were so worth it. I would reccomend them to anyone. They have great customer service,. You dont feel pressured to buy more then what you go in there for. I will be going back to do more business with them from here on out. They also have great coupons which saved me so much money.

They are prompt and reasonable. In addition, stopped back in a week after oil change because vehicle was making a noise and we were going away the next day. Totally above their job, they diagnosed it in 5 minutes as an AC door that was stuck. Gave us piece of mind that we werent going to break down. Appreciate them!

On the way home from work, I decided to stop by Bethel Park Jiffy Lube. I requested a routine oil change and Ryan F. (store manager) was assisting me. While getting squared away with my oil change Ryan suggested for me to get a tire rotation. I agreed. As Ryan was doing the tire rotation he discovered that one of my tire studs was stripped. Concerned, Ryan made his way to the waiting room to explain to me what was discovered; he questioned me to where I last got my tires rotated. I explained to Ryan that my last service was conducted at the Sinking Spring Jiffy Lube location. Disappointed in the last service that I received, Ryan told me that he would make the repairs free of charge.Ryan mentioned that they did not have the part in inventory and he took the time to call all of the surrounding part stores until he found the correct part. This took several minutes. While waiting for the parts driver to show, Ryan made sure that I was comfortable. He offered me coupons to a near by restaurant and made sure that fresh coffee was made. Although I was stuck at the Jiffy Lube in Bethel Park for a couple of hours, Ryan and his team shown great work ethic and customer service. They made sure that my car got the best care and was safe to drive. I will be forever grateful for the customer service that I received from this particular location and I plan to get all of my services done by Ryan and his team.

I’m a busy working mom and I’m never really sure where to take my car for stuff. Dave took care of me form the moment I drove up. I needed a lot done - oil change, inspection, brakes. I was in and out in 2 hours and that’s while they had lots of other people coming in. Above all though, he was incredibly courteous. He was training a new guy and you could tell customer service was the top thing he was trying to drive home with him. Dave mentioned he just took over as manager in April and is trying to make some changes for the positive there. I have to say they’re off to a great start because I’m really happy with everything they did for me today.

This was my first time at this location and one of the worst experiences Ive had at a Jiffy Lube. This location was significantly understaffed and slow. It appeared that there were only 3 people working at the time. The staff was bouncing back and forth between my car and the car next to mine. Not only did this take longer for me and the other customer, but not focusing on one task at a time is a recipe for error. Most importantly the staff had a total disregard for social distancing and basic infection control during this time of COIVD-19.An older male employee repeatedly came closer than 6 feet to me when there was no need to. None of the employees were wearing masks. There was no effort to wipe down the interior parts of my car they touched before or after service.While I saw 1 bottle of hand sanitizer on the front desk none of the employees used it during my time there.

Thank you to Matt and India for being so polite and patient to someone that dont know cars very well! I had some issues with my vehicle and they told me what it was with no question! They were right! I took my car in to South Park Juffy lube for an oil change and after I left the car began hesitating as soon as I pulled out. I drove a short distance and then returned where they discovered that I suddenly had no transmission fluid . They could not explain how this happened and then told me that they did not have the proper transmission fluid to correct the problem. I asked why they would have marked that the transmission fluid was checked and yet it was suddenly empty- the manager responded that they do not check the level in Subaru’s even though they mark it checked - but when I returned they checked it??It is thought that they most likely removed the wrong plug which drained the transmission fluid , but they never took responsibility for their mistake . My car drove fine when I arrived and horrible when I left . I will never return and I will never recommend them to anyone ! If a mistake was made , then accept responsibility !!

I went in today to get an oil change and inquire about a brake replacement. They were very welcoming and accomodating and helped me with pricing as well. They ensured that I could take care of everything today and even informed me of a couple of things that could go wrong in the near future. Excellent place to go and they truly care for their clientele. Have been getting my oil changed here since I got my car, now I will likely use them for all of the services they provide going forward.

I had a very poor customer service experience with the Jiffy Lube Bethel Park location. I called last week asking about car inspections. The person I spoke with told me they did not have anyone available to do inspections that day, but that they would be doing inspections the next day. I arrived the next morning only to be told that they would not be doing inspections that day, either. I called the store again a few days later and asked if they were doing car inspections. The man on phone simply said, “no.” He offered no additional information and was very short with me, which I did not appreciate. I asked if he knew the next day they would be offering inspections and he said, “I have no clue when we will have someone in here to do inspections.” Again, his tone was quite rude. If the store is not equipped to handle car inspections, perhaps they should not offer that particular service. The way employees speak to people is also important if you are running a business. 🤷🏻‍♀️👎🏻

Brought my brand new fleet vehicle here for an oil change not long ago. Yesterday I got a check engine light and the vehicle went into low power mode. Dealer discovered the oil filter was left loose and the car lost multiple quarts of oil. Pretty awful mistake for a place that specializes in oil changes.

30 min oil change and tire plug on friday at lunch time... yes please. The manager knew his stuff. Highly recommend going here.

Not happy with my experience here. Came here for a basic oil change prior to a long road trip. It took them 45 minutes to even start working on my car after pulling in to the bay. While I was sitting there I made a couple of observations. The employees working on the cars seemed pissed off and careless. I also witnessed them improperly draining oil out of a vehicle (plug reinstalled with a steady stream still coming from the car to the collector).After observing that I stood outside of the bay where my car was to ensure that they properly drained ALL of the oil.I will never come back to this location and will seriously evaluate ever visiting a Jiffy Lube ever again.Oil changing shops are everywhere, no need to take the risk of visiting this location.Edit: I will not be contacting the customer service line for Jiffy Lube to discuss this issue further. I dont typically like to make assumptions, but based on the customer service I have already received at Jiffy Lube, I will pass. I have told you everything about my experience at your shop, ball is in your court now. Management and leadership at that location need to do some serious work. Good luck, I will be going up the road to Sears from now on.

Thankful for your kindness in conversation, however the service was poor, paid for full service and no fluids were topped off. Called beck next day and Seth, manager was rude to me over phone . Now I have to call the corporate office as he belittled me and rushed me off the phone. Horrible service, didnt even get a vacuum out as it was part of service, although on paperwork all fluids were checked and vacuum was performed and that was not true! Sorry do not reccomend to anyone and this was my 2nd time giving them another chance for better service!

Do Not Go Here!!! Unless you want to throw your money away!!! Brand new car! All I wanted was an oil change and I had said that to the attendant. It cost me $81.99! I am going to tell everyone I know not to go there! I will give one star for being Jiffy!

Had a great experience bringing the car in here for regular maintenance. Im used to waiting close to an hour for service, but this only took about 10 or 15 minutes. Even squeegeed the windshield and vacuumed the interior. Friendly staff as well.

I was visiting family in Pittsburgh, coming from North Carolina. On my way back, I stopped by the ATM for cash for the tolls on the turnpike, when white smoke soon covered my car.As a former graduate of that area, I remembered the Jiffy Lube and stopped by to see if they could identify the source of the oil leaks.Jeffrey and India, of Jiffy Lube in South Park, identified the oil filter reservoir cap was loose and spilled oil on the serpentine belt, causing it to derail from its track and begging to shred.I chose an oil change since I was there and was recommended to a local European specialist mechanic. I made it home safe because of Jeff and India.Prices and service were that of a premier luxury establishment. Highly recommend.

Awful customer service,Bought oil change tire pressure adjustment and tire rotation, carpet cleaning, only oil is changed rest is not completed, this happened multiple time already with Jiffy Lube.

For $100 the car came back with an oil leak, and after having the oil changed again at a South Park mitsubishi they found the seal ring on the drain plug was missing and the oil filter had never been changed. Guess you dont get much for $100.

Stopped in for two headlight replacements and one highball, as well as an oil change. The service was a bit sluggish but they did have quite a few cars. It took them a while to figure out what bulbs needed replaced and didnt quite remember what I told them when I first got there. Had to do brakes as well, and it took another 15 min to get them from the auto parts store up the road. The girl who checked us out was very nice and I made a point to give her a good review. She saved me money at checkout by applying all these coupon codes etc... Why dont they just skip the high price to begin with and give you the discount price off the bat? I will continue to come here, I just have to take the time to gather my coupon book and online discount code everything.

Upcharge, upcharge, upcharge. Tried telling me I needed synthetic oil because my car maker recommends it. I have gotten 10 other oil changes including the dealer and never had anyone said that before. You will make more money from repeat business than trying to upcharge. Never will I go there again.

Went for tire problem. They used to inspect, but talked about stopping, oil changes ok--ask for discounts. Heard they may go out of business?

No line, used a coupon to get a fair deal! Good staff, that also topped off fluids, and made it a quick trip.

Amazing service

Great and friendly staff with quick service.

Just downright bad service. They tried to tell me my tires didnt need rotated and they did. They didnt even attempt to vacuum out the inside of my car until I said something after my oil change. And to top it off they put the wrong sticker on my windows which makes me worry that they could have put the wrong oil in my car.

The employees were very kind, very helpful, and genuinely care about you and your vehicles! I will go there again!
