My wife and I moved out to bethel about 18 months. After coming to this particular auto zone since that time I will never go to any other auto supply Establishments. They go above and beyond the job title and the customer service is the best in that industry. If I could give 2000 stars I would!! George and every employee there is a top tier professional. Having worked in sales most of my adult life I relize the most important part of any business is customer service and being well educated in the products you are selling. Here you get both. They not only sale a product but know everything about it .

Greg W. went the extra mile and helped me figure out the right pin for my rear hatch. The problem was the rust accumulated I’m over the years and he got some rust remover and scrapped the rust off to make it fit for me and all with a smile on his face! Refreshing during these crazy times he made my day!

The service at bethel park autozone is five star***** I had a failed windshield sprayer nosal and associate Carson helped me out 100% he was awesome .Manager at location, please make sure he is acknowledged for superior sevice!

Great friendly service in comparison to their competitors. Would have been 5 stars but when I asked about competitor price matching I got the cold shoulder and they didnt even ask to run my rewards card being they were more interested in getting me out before I asked again about matching a competitors price being lower on the same product. Too bad being they have quite a few competitors within a very short distance th their store.

I love this place. If your check engine light comes on. Go there. For free they will hook up their lil computer gadget to your car. Then inside on their computer they can let you know whats wrong. Its great. Theyll print out a copy of whats wrong and you can do it yourself. or take it to your mechanic. Sometimes they might even be able to help you. Its great.

Ken tested my failing battery...tried to charge it...did lots of analysis but the battery was almost deadGreat work Ken! All under an hour . good battery price.

I bought a re-manufactured Alternator here and installed it in my truck. (Even then the people were not very nice) Straight away I had all kinds of problems that were not present with my old alternator. I figured, it cant be this new alternator! After changing the voltage regulator twice and practically re-wiring my whole truck, there was still a short. I traced the short to inside the alternator and decided to take it back and hopefully exchange it for a new one. As soon as I walked in, they yet again treated me like I have no idea what Im talking about and put my alternator on their tester. The tester said it passed but I explained to them how it still charges the battery just fine, but there is a definite short in the terminals that lead to the voltage regulator that kills my battery if I let my truck sit. They could not care less and pretty much told me to get lost. I will definitely not be going here again. If you want a quality auto parts store with nice, helpful people, go up the street to Kozels Napa. They are way better and actually know what theyre talking about.

Auto Zone is typically a pretty decent place to find things like car cleaning products and simple items, but the rude and unknowledgeable staff mixed with the difficulty of finding something you need without having exact specifications of every aspect of what youre looking for is why I give Auto Zone 2 stars.

Ive always had good experience professional people just this one time today they gave me the wrong brake pads. It held me up for a while had to take them back and get the other ones
