Its Home Depot. Honestly Im just reviewing it for the points! Big box hardware store. It is what it is. We still get a lot of stuff from here.

This Home Depot, in comparison to the one in Bridgeville, is much smaller with less to offer. Their lumber section has minimal options to choose from, which is a bummer. Their paint section is great, however! The staff is always more than willing to assist you in finding whatever it is that you’re looking for.

Good selection, congenial staff and always well stocked. Convenient location.

I can usually find whatever I need at this Home Depot at Village Square Mall. It is easy enough to get in and out of the parking lot and there is sufficient parking near the entrance. I dont understand why every specialty group needs to have premium parking spaces set aside for them. The first 10 spaces in each row are set aside for handicapped, contractors, veterans, pregnant shoppers, etc. Maybe charming 50 year old women need special spaces too.Staff is friendly, although not always useful. I will ask for help and will just be dismissed with some vague answer or someone will walk with me to the product, then tell me what I already told them and not offer anything new that I did not already read on the sign or product.Overall a good store that I use frequently. Some of the younger staff are real go-getters and have great personalities. This makes check out fun and makes me want to go back.

I love to Come here for all of my outdoor gardening and lawn needs! They have a great selection of plants both outdoor and indoor. They have a whole section dedicated just for the succulents which are also very healthy and vibrant looking. You can get anything you need for a home project from paint and tools to getting you’re key copied they can serve lots of needs. Electrical and plumbing bathroom and kitchen and front doors they cover all areas!

Customer Service with Linda Peternick was confrontational and rude. Linda needs to keep her opinions to herself whether I wear a mask or not. There is no reason why an employee should make one feel on the defensive.

The people who work there have always been nice and extremely helpful with my questions, but their stock tends to be lacking and it seems that every trip there will result in me leaving without one or two items due to an empty shelf. Also some things sit on the shelves for very long periods of time, so check to make sure that your hand tools are not damaged before buying them; I have ended up with more than one rusted shovel or garden tool straight out of the store. They are good with returns/exchanges, but it is still unnecessary trouble.

My go to box store, surprisingly good inventory considering its not a full size store.

Its hit or miss finding items or knowledgeable help 🤔 as well as clean uncluttered isles. But go to their pro desk inorder to save time hunting for the right items and for a better understanding of how they work. Forget about even calling ahead to confirm items inventoried can be time consuming and frustrating.

This is the smallest Home Depot I have been in, but they had everything I needed. i did encounter a strange clerk when checking out but with COVID on who knows.....

18 months of hell. We purchased a standard door and screen door and a large French door with sidelights for a window to door conversion. 4 doors and 18 months later, because they couldnt MEASURE and did not know how to install, we finally settled and got an outside installer. 18 months, through 0 degree winter weather, we had a 107 x 82 hole in our house. All while we were making monthly payments! Then the Bridgeville managers would not extend the 24 month 0% interest promo so that we could pay them off without interest. Pics are AFTER installation by HD Bridgeville. Clearly no idea how to frame in a new pre-hung door into a rough opening. BUYER BEWARE! NEVER AGAIN!

Couldnt find two of these joints at Lowes. Albeit smaller HD compared to others, it has all the handy bits

Why is it that the Home Depot staff are always so friendly and willing to help unlike Lowes staff. I prefer to shop at this Home Depot over Lowes Mainly because of staff interaction. If you need questions answered for your project this is the place

Tried getting some electrical supplies I needed, big mistake. Employee help is virtually non existant, & in the slim chance you can find someone, theyre practically brain dead, no one knows anything. A corpse is more helpful.

DO NOT GET CARPET FROM HERE!!! We had the worst experience. We had one company come out and take pictures of our rooms and told us what furniture needed to be moved. We received a quote and decided to go with it. About a week later we received a list of what was needed to be moved. We followed everything to a tee. The day of carpet installation was a nightmare. We had 4 rooms to get carpeted. 2 guys show up at 2:30pm mind you without masks on and they start speaking to each to each other in a different language. Then they start taking pictures and left and sat in the van. Someone called us and told us that we had excessive furniture in the rooms and the clothes hanging needed to be removed. We did not have excessive furniture at all. Then they told us if we wanted it done we would have to help move furniture. My husband, myself and daughters spent our day moving furniture. Then someone else called to have us help move the furniture back in. They were still working at 8:30pm when another van pulled in with a lady looking for her crew. We had just had our walls painted and they were knicked and scratched badly in places. The next day the carpet people called and asked us to not fill out the survey until they come to a resolution and then offered us a 150 dollar gift card and told us the marks on the walls were already there. Do yourself a favor and don’t get carpeting here. They offer extremely poor customer service and poor on-site service.

The 2 guys loading things into cars were awesome. The woman working the checkout outside was miserable. Terrible customer service!

They had the white duct tape I was looking for. Also have a good selection of engineered flooring products to choose from.

I rent the pick up truck today the price is very good and it was brand new car but inside was dirty(

The store is a little compact but this store goes above and beyond for its customers and still manages to carry just as much inventory as the bigger Home Depot’s. The staff here are what make this Home Depot the best in the Pittsburgh metro. And trust me I make almost 6 Home Depot trips a day as a general contractor.

Im only giving customer service 5 stars who was very kind and helpful but as for the gentleman from lighting was no help very unprofessional seems to me that he didnt want to help or was unhappy you lost out on a over 400.00 sale I shall never return

Awful experience. Their website shows that they have tons of lumber. You go to the store and their lumber section is blocked off with pallets of other store products just sitting there that you cant even get to the limited amount of lumber they do have in the store.

Average by Home Depot standards. No offense but if you are looking for plants and outside stuff, just go to Lowes. Anything else and Im still sold on this.

This is a smaller Home Depot. Do not expect to find the entire array of construction materials you might be looking for. Otherwise, for the basic homeowner, it has almost everything you need.

Its a home depot do you really need a review of a corporate Giant? Well aperntly you do cause your here so here you are.The bethel park home depot is like co.paring a get go to giant eagle. Yeah you can get what you want there but sacrifices will be made. Every time I try to make my trip there they are always short. The small size does not offer any charm. Just flat out annoyance when I realize I will have to go to Lowes or the Bridgeville homedepot after.

Really great service from Connie Jo who answered our questions about mini blinds . She was confident in her knowledge so we were confident in our purchase from her. She custom cut the blind for us in no time .

As far as big box home improvement stores go, this Home Depot is nice. Inventory is a bit smaller than most stores due to its size, but the staff is super friendly and they take much better care of their plants in their garden department than other Home Depots Ive been to.

This location is in a great location right across from Market District. They have a very friendly staff, yet sometimes its difficult to find someone to help you if youre not sue where something is. Additionally, when they have their outdoor gardening center open it can be a nightmare with traffic as people line up to get mulch. But Ive always found the store to have good inventory available of the products Ive needed.

Our bathtub cracked, it was purchased at Lowes, should have never cracked like that shortly after purchase. Continued to crack, needed something right away until I could get it replaced. I very nice man helped me find something to fix it & told me what to do. 😊

Good Home Depot. Everyone at this one seems knowledgeable. Just make sure you get the right part out of the right bin. They are not always stocked properly

Went into this enormous Big Box store to find an item they advertised, online, that was in stock and available for purchase. Searched the store for almost a half hour trying to find it, had absolutely no luck finding it, and not one person working could answer my question on where to find it. Quite disappointing.

They had the fiberglass entry door that I wanted for a reasonable price!!!

The delivery service they use is awful. The two guys they sent were complaining about how heavy the refrigerator is and refused to set up the refrigerator even after we asked them too. Very unprofessional. Please find a new delivery service!

I have been looking for an undermount sink to fit my 24 cabinet with a depth of 6. I have looked every where and talked to a bunch of plumbing shops. No one could help me. I talked with Gary and he was so helpful and so pleasant and patiently found what I needed. He saved the day!

Ill be honest...I hate box stores in general, and this Home Depot is smallish, but close to me, and it is convenient. If I have a choice in the Bethel Park area though, Im going to a local Ace Hardware or Lowes over this place

I visited Home Depot the day after arriving from South Africa with lots of excitement to visit this renowned chain store. Honestly it did not quite deliver to expectation. Tool brands and ranges not that impressive although RIGID is a superior quality brand.

The store says they have your item but when you get there they dont have it bad management!!

Dont always have everything youd need, but do have most of it. And I always get in and out quickly, which is a huge bonus.

Usually the customer service is good, however today, Thursday, Jan 9, 2020, was an exception. The paint desk took 30 min to take our paint order despite there being two employees behind counter and one customer ahead of us. Once we have our order, it took another 30 min to get samples done and only because I asked and it seemed like he forgot. When I asked for a small tray to carry my paint sample bottles in he said “we don’t do that”. When I told him everyone else has done it since I’ve ever come here he said “well they’ve changed things here and we can’t find anything.” Then in another department, we asked an employee where to find something and she just shrugged her shoulders and said she works in merchandising.(!)

For starters the website said a particular dryer was available at the store for pickup. I tried to call to make sure unfortunately they were busy and couldnt answer. We took a ride to get said dryer. Unfortunately waiting 20 minutes to find out this was wrong. Even spoke to a manager about the website. I showed him it was showing in stock. Need less to say we went down the road to Lowes and purchased a dryer we didnt have to wait for! What a sale your company lost out on.

Always great service and pricing at this location. I would recommend to anyone that is looking to take care of some home updates and repairs.

Was shopping for perennials for my balcony. Even through this COVID19, The Home Depot was well organized as far as the publics safety is concerned. Customers as well as the personnel kept their proper distance without any problems. It was a pleasant shopping experience to be out after so long in isolation.

One set of doors say Opens 6AM, one set of doors say Opens 8AM, online says Opens 7AM....hard to tell what time the place opens. Im at Lowes right now . . .

Home Depot is great. But something about this one is weird. The layout is a bit confusing at times, compared to a larger home depot.

This branch of Home Depot in Bethel Park have good workers like Jess and Jake or is it Jeremy, who work at customer service and I am writing this strictly in appreciation of these two associates as I do not really know the store all that well. What I do know if it gets my raving approval and a major thumbs up!!!

I purchased a refrigerator for my son in law for Christmas. The refrigerator box was damaged ar pick up but the sales clerk assured us the product was not damaged. Sure enough after lugging it home, the front panel was dented. We contacted the store. Terrible customer service experience. Told we had to return the original purchase by UPS. UPS would pick up only outside the front door which required us to move the refrigerator up a steep flight of stairs so it was easier to return it ourselves. We had to then purchase a replacement refrigerator which turned out to also be damaged. Throughout this process the sales clerks were rude and uninformed. Home Depot Bethel really needs to clean house. Worst consumer experience ever.

In and out the way I like it

I ordered a grill online to be assembled. I picked it up and the first time I used it the lighters wouldn’t ignite. I called to return it during the COVID19 situation and explained to them the grill continues not to light on one side and I need to return it. My husband who had the truck to pick the grill up went out of town to Oklahoma for the summer for work and I have no way to return the grill. They wanted me to rent a flat bed to return the grill for the return or exchange. Why would I rent your equipment to return your broken item???Thanks for the hassle Home Depot! I’ll never buy another item in your stores again! Lowe’s will forever have our family’s business. They are kind and they actually care about their customers! Also, Why would I want to touch your flatbed during this crIsis??? Is it sanitized???

Most employees are pleasant but it doesnt make up for the inconsistent competence on display with every visit. Sometimes its waiting 40 minutes for somebody in the door department to figure out how to work the door ordering software. Other times, the wrong SKU is on a paver and what should have been a quick online order and pick up became a 30-minute search. And thats not even to mention the at least three employees who are wearing masks but under their nose and what I can only assume to be a show a protest against safety regulations. Rolliers up the road has a smaller selection and slightly more expensive prices but I respect their professionalism enough to continue to use them as my first go to

It is a smaller store, but you can find everything you need for basic house projects. Only exception is the garden center. I was looking for bushes and shrubs but selection was not so great. Lowes has better selection and plants they carry seem to be fresher. Employees are helpful.

Came to this specific location in need of a chop saw, and I luckily found a discounted one right upfront of the tool area. Talked with some very helpful managers, and they got me the saw for a fair price. I was very pleased with my visit to this location!
