We just moved from AZ to OK I came out about a week and half before the big move and rented a storage unit. Curt took me and showed me all different sizes and I took a 10X20 and thought that would be good. But when we got there with the Penske truck I was not for sure went and talked to Curt and he had a 10X30 come available that day he was so awesome in helping me get the transfer done. It was a very hot day and we had drove 6 hrs and unloaded to a tiny house and we where fried. Curt has been nothing but polite and helpful. I would recommend the Morningstar storage to any and everyone. Thanks Curt for help making our move easy.

I found exactly what I needed storage wise. Mr. Curt Gipson walked me around, showed me several different units until I figured out what would work best for me. Super friendly and helpful.

The two gentlemen that I have met so far (Mike Ward and Curt Gipson), have been super helpful and very nice. They answer ANY questions I may have and they are very personable. I always feel very comfortable and confident when I am in the office, and know that they are going to take care of me.

Curt excelled at making the entire process simple and straightforward. I feel like my property is safe here.

MORNINGSTAR selected a unit that was the best size and location for my needs. They arranged for me to pick up my ID card, lock and key at my convenience. The items were in a cute orange reusable bag! Nice touch.

Kurt was courteous over the phone and even in the office especially when a rude customer came in. He remained calm and then helped us to get a storage unit. What he quoted over the phone was what we got once we got there. The storage unit was clean and he showed us how to use the key. I would recommend Morning Star Storage Unit.

This facility is top notch. The customer service is amazing. The manager, Curt, went out of his way to ensure our moving day went off without a hitch! I highly recommend this storage property. When you add in the free use of their moving truck, it is by far the the best value for storage in Bethany.

My daughter and her boyfriend had a storage building here. Both of their names were on the storage building together. We drove 3 hours away and rented a truck to get my daughters belongings Her boyfriend had removed her name off the storage building and the company double locked the door so that her key would not work. She had the code to the front gate but her key would not work. It was a nightmare. We had people there to help move. We arrived about 6pm in the evening and found this out Called the after hours service they said they would send someone right out. An hour and half later while we were all still waiting called back and thats when we found out her name had been removed and that they were never going to send anyone out to open the storage. The home office told my daughter that her name had been removed two days prior. Curt the manager had seen my daughter come in and pay every month. He finally did call her that evening and told her they do not do after hours told her the home office didnt know what they talking about and he would not come out and unlock anything since her name was not on storage....her papers she signed of course were in storage. Pleas do not rent from Bethany storage. This was her and her childrens belongings. We had to have the rental truck back the next day 3 hours away total nightmare...they were very un professional...her boyfriend had gone to Houston to take a job he called the next day and they ooened the lock.

This is a great storage facility with wonderful management and staff. They are very kind and informative. This storage facility offers good prices and tremendous services and great supplies for moving and storage.I think having a moving truck to use to move into storage units is a service that is not available with other storage companies. I love the fact that Morningstar gives to charities. We have been blessed.

This is a very clean facility. They have all the moving supplies you need at a very low price. Their storage units are very clean and reasonable. The management and employee Shadra are wonderful people. They are very kind and donate to charity. Its great to see a company that cares about people to give back to charities. Look no further if you are moving or need storage. You will not regret using this facility.

So good, Im getting a bigger unit!Ive had my unit at Morningstar in Bethany for almost a year. No troubles at all during this time. The front office staff is friendly, even checked my unit (both by camera and walking out to it) when my son thought he forgot to lock it. He has forgotten in the past, and weve never had a problem with anyone bothering it.Ive had a smaller unit at a different storage which has had lots of problems. (You can tell a lot just by how clean the area is kept.) Just got a bigger unit with Morningstar and am moving all my stuff into it; Good-bye to the other place. Morningstar in Bethany has earned all of my business.Thank you!

I figured when I started using morning Star for my storage needs that they seemed ok but my storage ceiling caved and everything in my unit was ruined the desk attendant showed much sympathy and assured me if there was anything I needed to let him know..... This wonderful man who has been with morningstar over 10 years can around checking on me as I couldnt stop crying..... This man was very nice giving me things to help out showing me around and giving me advice I truely love the ppl here..... I have been assured over and over the Kirt the manager would contact me with a gate access code and filing insurance form which Im still waiting on other than that love love the ppl and service

All though I didnt get a storage there, they offer use to a moving Van.

They raise their rates every 6 months but do nothing to improve safety or cleanliness. If you ask them why, the answer is its the cost of doing business. I call BS on that. It’s more like the cost to stay in business without doing anything to improve.

We got the storage unit we needed, it was plenty big enough, it was clean, and easy to get to. We had plenty of room to move our van around to load and unload our storage unit. The people were all very friendly whenever we went inside. If you are late, you have the option to pay a fee, which increases the later you are. If you are really late, they block your access to enter until you come inside, and theyll even put another lock on your storage unit, so thats just a heads up for ya. Of course once we went inside to take care of it, they unlocked it, and it was no big deal. The gate codes are a bit hard to remember because theyre pretty long, but I guess that just makes it more secure.Over all, we had a very good experience here, and I would recommend it to others, and we will use them again if we need another unit.

A lot on inside s*** goes on this location. Yet they are programmed to give you the necessary proper treatment in order to capitalize on their profit.

The staff was super friendly and the facility was clean and I feel safe leaving my items in their storage.

BEST STORAGE FACILITY EVER!!! After tons of calling around, I needed a moving truck and with Uhaul $1 per MILE charge I wasnt about ready to go that route. After comparing prices and locations, I took a gamble with a lesser known company but still large enough to have mutiple locations. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE! They have a moving truck with their info on the side to use FOR FREE, which I was able to earn next months rent free thanks to their referral bonus. The facility is 24 hours and the staff is so nice, friendly and understanding (especially when the snow/ice storm slowed down my moving process). Even after I moved in, I realized the unit I chose was too small so I was able to transfer to a larger unit with no fee. If you dont go with Morningstar storage, you made a BAD decision.
