I love this store because the cashiers are always friendly and seem happy to be there. Jan has been there for years and is very helpful. The manager, Mr. Brown, is very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Its as cheap or cheaper than Home Depot and Lowes if you use the $5 off and 20% coupons they send frequently if youre a member of their rewards program. Youll also earn rewards and a $5 coupon on your birthday. So much nicer than walking half a mile in a big box store.

The people that work there are great. The prices not so much. I use to shop here for the convenience of not going to the big box stores. I would gladly pay the convenience fee, but last time I went in they want double the price as the competition. I started thinking, Westlake ace is just a big box store that pretends to be a small town local store. If they were that at any point, they are no longer.

I started at Lowes for larger sized hose clamps, who advised me to try Home Depot, who told me they could order them. This is an item that when you need it you cant wait for it to come in, especially with the current shipping issues. I went to ACE hardware, they knew exactly what I needed, and had plenty of different sizes in stock.

Went in for camping propane cylinders, a shower head, and replacement bulbs for Christmas style lights. We were greeted by a man who obviously didnt want us in the store . When I asked for propane he informed me they were sold out. Asked for Christmas light bulbs and he quickly pointed out the fact that its February and that they put that stuff away in January. So we proceed to sweep the store to see if we need other things while heading toward the shower heads. I walked past a door to the back and whats the first thing I see in plain sight?? Christmas lights.. Then I see the man who tried to tell me no lights and he says Hi guys , welcome back. We never left the store.. Needless to say , I wont be shopping here again

They always have what I need.. with wonderful customer service. Ace is the place.

So helpful and friendly,.if you cant find it they will find it for you. No young inexperienced- really dont care to be here guys here. So I went back two days in a row. Not in my side of town, but was worth the extra distance. And thank you Terry. The seniors appreciated your expertise.

I’ve always liked Ace Hardware. They’ve got most of what you need and plenty of goodies you didn’t know you needed. This store is no different. The lines do get a bit long, but that’s the only downside I experienced at this particular store.

Great selection of merchandise but a little over priced. Usually if you cant find it anywhere else they have it. Very pleasant employees and staff very courtesy of your needs

Worst customer service I have ever received from here today. Been going here for years. I came to get a key made. When another customer walked in they took him before me to make 10 keys. Then a worker needed a key, I’m standing waiting. Then she lets the man jump in for another customer. As if I want a waiting customer. Very upset and will be contacting management. Treat your customers better. P

Went to rent a rug doctor here. I was next in line and DAN refused to wait on me next until I get the line down. After 20+ years if coming here...DAN just caused this Ace to lose a customer. Good work DAN.

I have always loved this hardware store. Great customer service, to start. But one of the things I really love is that if you need just one bolt, youll get it there, and a rep will gladly help you find anything you need. I love the way they treat their customers and Ive been shopping there for years, literally. When you visit, be sure to sign up for the rewards card. Youll be glad you did. Not only will you earn extra savings, but you have a record of everything you have purchased there. So convenient if you happen to lose your receipt! 😉

Not the largest selection of items but they got a few of anything you might need. They treat you right and help me when I need help. Very clean inside and plenty of parking outside. Perfect for when you dont want to spend an hour getting something small and just wanna run in and out and back on my way. Thanks....

Overall a good experience. Was shopping for flowers to put in front if thre house. Selection was good and quality is superb. Id say about average for pricing. Low selection of garden size containers. Either real expensive or low end plastic. Bit still happy with what we purchased.

I normally visit another Ace, but was in the neighborhood, so stopped for a few parts needed to complete a project. From the moment I was greeted walking in the store until I left I had great customer service. As I walked toward the hardware section I was greeted by an associate that asked if he could assist me. I told him my need and he took me directly to the components I needed. He was very nice and helpful. The checker was kind and asked if I found everything I came in for. I cant say enough about the way I was treated. I often go to the big box stores, but will make Ace my go-to place for all my hardware needs.

Home Depot carries a lot of common items, but if I need an oddball screw, or other piece of hardware that Home Depot doesnt carry, Ace is definitely the place to go.
