Really happy with our new tied into the house, shingled roof pergola and new concrete by PMH - They were on time, well scheduled and very communicative. They went over the top to make sure we were happy with the project and were quick to take care of our questions or concerns. We highly recommend as they are masters of the craft. We love our custom privacy pergola! There was a communication issue at the beginning, but it was quickly addressed and rectified. Everyone weve worked with on the project has been super helpful and a genuinely nice person. Once the materials came in the construction itself was fully completed in less than 24 hours! We even kept the scrap lumber and made planters. Well definitely contact them again for future projects.

PMH pulled out old bushes and planter beds around our pool, poured concrete in those areas along with the new concrete pad for the pavilion and fireplace that they also put in. Our back yard looks like an oasis now and we cant wait to fully utilize it this spring and summer.Nathan Martin came out (to Shawnee, they serve a large area in Oklahoma) to help us with ideas and give us a free quote. Then we did the 3D rendering to give us an idea of the project, and the final product looked so similar to the 3D rendering.We had a few issues that came up along the way but they always got them solved for us and wanted the project to be done right. We ended up with a beautiful finished pavilion that we are so happy with. There werent surprise expenses along the way either! Thank you, PMH. Were so pleased with our back yard.

PMHOKC did a great job with extending our patio and adding a pergola, fireplace, and brick bench; we are excited to have a comfortable outdoor space to enjoy all year round! All of the contractors were considerate and hard working, and they left the job site clean each day. The communication from project management could be a little more consistent and timely, and we did have to correct a few things during the project, but overall, we got exactly what we wanted and are so happy with the finished product. The craftsmanship of both the outdoor fireplace and the pergola is exceptional; the fireplace is a real showstopper and the half-pergola looks amazing and is extremely functional.

The company was very friendly and helpful. It took a little time to get everything ironed out and I felt uncomfortable at first with the lack of consistent communication and how long it took to get someone actually to my house to help confirm measurements and plans was not great. However once the ball got rolling I was very happy with the service. The crew that actually installed the pergola was top notch and I could not be happier with the end result and how efficiently and helpful they were. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors and the finished product speaks for itself.

Great design for our small space! Be proactive with your project meaning initiate communication to keep all on task. There were many moving parts on our project and connecting all who were involved proved beneficial.

Our pergola turned out perfect. It makes our evenings very relaxing and private which is exactly what we wanted. It was the perfect touch to our patio and we will definitely use them again in the future.

The process from start to finish wish great. The people were all extremely friendly and the finished product is just amazing. A showpiece of our backyard!

Our pergola and deck turned out great. My only complaint is some of the cedar used for the hand rail is pretty rough and has splinters. Mentioned this to the person who did the final walk through, and his answer was I should have brought that up earlier. Well when all I see is a big pile of wood, I’m not sure what pieces are used for what (on top of one day the wrong supplies were delivered so those were picked up and new materials brought again). Also the hand rails were installed the last full work day, so by the time they were up the project was pretty much complete. My original project manager no longer works for the company, so really my only direct point of contact was the sales person. I never really got weekly updates per their website, as I had to reach out most of the time to see what was going on. I enjoy the end result, but had a view issues that warrant only 4 stars.

We are enjoying our new patio so much!! PMH made our backyard an enjoyable place for our family to spend time together. Once the project was started, it was finished quickly. We will definitely use PMH again!

We had PMH build a pergola on our new house and we couldn’t be more impressed with them from start to finish. The entire process was easy and efficient, and everybody from the sales team, customer service and the construction crew were all friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The materials they used were extremely high quality, and the final product looks better than we had expected. They recommended tying the structure into the roof and I was very skeptical but they explained the process thoroughly and did an awesome job on the execution. We’re now using them for a hot tub install and plan on using them again for future projects. They have done other pergolas in our neighborhood as well and the quality definitely carries over from job to job. If you’re looking for a company that has great communication, easy to work with and provides excellent services and products, then I’d definitely recommend PMH.

PMH did a great job. We hired them to for turn key project including stamped concrete, pergola, electrical, gas fire pit and even bought a hot tub from them. They were very professional and always showed up on time and did what they said they would do. PHM did an awesome job! They did everything that they said they would. We had gotten 4 different bids and they were the best. Jason was very responsive and helpful. PMH did a great job on my pergola install at a fair price. I had a unique install that was over a hot tub and close to some utility lines and underground cables and they handled it perfectly. I was a little worried going into it but it turned out great and none of the cables were disturbed. I recommend them if you need a pergola and plan to use them again myself.

Very good experience with PMH. We added concrete, pergola, gutters, and had electrical work (added ceiling fan to pergola and a plug in for outdoor tv). We got three estimates from different companies, and PMH was able to meet out needs best. Work was done in a timely manner. We had a lot of rain that caused delays, but communication was handled nicely. We put half down once we decided to go with PMH. We were told 6 weeks from that point to have it completed. Even with the rain and rescheduling, we had our wonderful, upgraded patio in the time frame we were told we would. We really appreciated that, as we were really looking forward to enjoying this new space. This was our first major project to our home like this. We are so happy with the work that was done. Our patio is just what we had hoped for and would recommend PMH for sure.

PMH did our outdoor kitchen. I went with them seeing their reviews and pictures of the ones they have done. I want to start off and say that the end result turned out nice. But we sure did have many hiccups from start to finish. Even though you are spending thousands of dollars it seems like their bigger projects were more priority.For me customer service is biggest thing when working with construction companies. My job started with sales rep kept changing prices and not responding to emails. From there the communication of job plan changed hourly if not daily. One person would send something and then another would send something else that contradicted the other.Once the job started with brickwork, it got half way done and then they said the measurements were wrong that the sales rep did and was in contract. Wasn’t measured out before the start. The pile of brick, trash, wood sat in my front yard for 2 weeks which wind blew the trash all over.The wrong granite arrived and luckily we caught it before they installed it.Appliances were back ordered and were delayed.Like I said in the beginning, the end result turned out great but the biggest thing is customer service when spending so much money with a company.
