Worked with Alex today to get our New to us Rogue. Was a great guy and made the experience very easy and low stress. Car was priced fairly and fees were much less that at most other dealerships.

Had a pleasant purchase experience with my BMW. I do not know the name of my salesman as he had to leave during the transaction. Had an issue with check engine light. They promptly checked it out. No fault codes showed up and the light went off. That was approximately 30 days after purchase. I was told by the service technician that if it came back on to come back and he would further diagnose. It came back on last night as well as another fault light so I came back this morning I was told no, they won’t look at it. This was the salesman from whom I purchased the car, the one that had to leave during the transaction. He argued with me regarding the fault code saying that there’s no way should be that. I said I am fine with the fact that it may or may not be that I’m just asking for your service check with the car? Into way it’s been too long since you bought the car, it’s been 80 days now. I said to him that I was not trying to get something for free I was happy to pay for the diagnostic I just thought it best to come to the place where I bought the car as they probably know more about it than someone who’s never seen it. Bottom line, halfway through the sale, customer service walks out the door with your salesman.

Never buy a vehicle from this guys they are a bunch of crooks. They will sale you a lemon and they will lie to your face that there is nothing wrong with it so try to avoid buying any thing there at any cost . go buy it somewhere else. No one that comes to any car lot is a mechanic so we have to rely on the salesman to be honest with us and to know what they are selling you. So in this case it was the owner the salesman.The owner and his mechanic looked at it a week after we bought it. Because we told him we were having problems with it so he ask us to bring the SUV to him . they kept it for 2 weeks. They had a chance to be honest and tell us the problem with my SUV but no the owner and his mechanic did not come clean about me having a bad engine . I had to take it to a Cadillac dealer to findout the the engine was bad. So the lesson here is to go to a use car dealer that actually cares And is honest to his customers and has a good reputation.

DO NOT BUY HERE! Dishonest business practices. Called twice about a 2018 Chevy Spark to ask if there are any issues. Told them I was driving an hour and a half to view the car. I asked if there were any issues. They said no. I showed up started the car up and a check engine light popped up. I asked what it was and he acted like he had no idea. Drove the car to the shop and after 1 minute said it is awaiting an appointment at the Chevy dealership to be fixed and walked inside. I walked back inside to politely tell him that its bad business to say everything is fine to a customer when there is clearly an issue. I took time off work to come check out the car. He basically told me to leave barely taking his eyes off the paperwork he was pretending to do. I would caution anyone to shop here. As is means buyer beware. If I were you I would avoid this place. I look forward to the owners response to this which I am sure will be very sincere.

Owners a con artist at best, dont go here, if the price seems great, its too good to be true. When I got my mustang, the tires had been flipped too hide the absolute rubber bands that were on it, the transmission was hanging just enough for me to get it home. Countless other things, Im an idiot. Dont be like me.

Beware of this car lot. I wouldn’t give any stars! I am a certified auto technician and was brought in one of the cars that they sold to a customer of mine. I inspected vehicle and found there were multiple misfires(which I repaired), check engine light for o2 sensors and really concerning valve train noise . My customer took the car back to have them as I advised and they told him their mechanic looked at it and said there is nothing wrong with it. I called them to explain what I was hearing and the manager proceeded to interrupt me and ask for diagnosis sheet(which was faxed to them), then hung up on me. As far as the o2 sensor codes all they have to do is replace them, but they think because they clear the code it’s fixed. I think this just shows their mechanical abilities. Mycustomer dropped the car off a couple days ago and everytime he calls to see if they are going to fix it they hang up onhim. This isn’t the way to do business.Update:My Customer called the car lot to see what was going on with this situation and he was told that his car was repossessed and he wasn’t getting his down payment back. There were countless problems with the car When I inspected it but it is a buy here pay here lot, and my customer was aware he was going to have to repair all of those things. This car will have catastrophic engine failure because they have no mechanical knowledge at all. DO NOT BUY THIS CAR! They are nothing more than crooks!

Great place , I went to over 10 places that day to buy a car, I was in real need of a car after hitting a cow, and I test drove atleast 5 cars at each lot to see what kind of products they had opened the hoods and checked things out and let me tell you alot of beautiful trash cars out there. I got to say this place was great. Most honest place out of them all every car I test drove ran great and started up just fine. The salesman was very informative. Worked with my budget and car payments where exactly in range. I would most definitely be returning to get another car soon.

My name is Tisha Richardson-Turrell. I have purchased a small car lot from Legend Auto. My first car was a 2010 limited addition Volkswagen Jetta great car no problems. My second car was a 2008 BMW 750i great vehicle no problems. My third car was a 2010 Lincoln Navigator XL excellent vehicle no problems. My fourth car was 2010 BMW 528i excellent car no problems. Today I am purchasing my fifth car a 2013 Cadillac CTS4. Mathew and his staff are wonderful and takes very good care of me if I have any issues Mathew jumps in and take care of it right away.

Worst place. My daughter went her to buy a car. They sold her a lemon and did not disclose the problems. The car has a slow coolant leak and the windshield washer fluid container is broken. (Did not check because it was a sunny day and the window was clean). Also they provided a VIN report from another vehicle. We did not discover this until she went to register the car and the VIN was different. I called the dealership to inform them. The dealer, said all sales are final, and did not want to work with me to resolve the issue. I would give 0 stars but I had to choose one.

My experience at Legends Auto sales may be isolated but from what I observed, I feel as though one must really be informed and prepared before purchasing a vehicle here. This was my worst car buying experience. I was very disappointed that I ended up in such an unreliable vehicle. The vehicle broke so soon after purchase that I had to rent a car because I had to go out of town. I did have to go into the premises and announce to whomever would listen as far as employees go, that I was not going to be the victim that I already was. In other words, I meant that something was going to have to be done. Getting stranded the first day I drove it ,simply was not acceptable. I was clear that I was willing to do my part but they were going to have to do as much as I was going to have to do as far as money and repairs. Six months later Im sitting here with a $10,000 debt for the vehicle I can no longer drive because I trusted Mark when I would bring up many issues. I was told this was a Kelly-Moore Paint fleet vehicle which perhaps it was for the last couple of years before it was sent to auction. However it is unknown whom operated this van prior to Kelly-Moore. Auto check records show it is a leased vehicle its entire life. I was not given an option to take the van to be inspected by someone of my choice. And when it was time for me to test drive it, they had to charge the battery and put gas in it, I had to take the secretary along with me. I am 64 years old, I dont need a chaperone. I was given a key with no fob when I actually saw Mark do a remote start with a fob that I never received. The radio that was installed had the removable faceplate that I never received. Mechanically this vehicle was literally rode hard and put up wet. It is useless and unsafe. Was told the battery was good which its dead. Said he fixed the cracked overflow to which he did not and that stranded me. I had to get the oil pressure issue repaired as well as have a new overflow tank with proper tubing installed. Even though he did say he changed the brakes they are squealing again as if theyre no good. No transportation after purchasing less than 7 months ago and owe $9500.00!

BEWARE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Should not be allowed to sell cars. Criminal. I flew in from Chicago. They picked me up from Airport with car I was buying. There was a crack in the dash board. I asked the guy about it and he said he didnt see it. I was in the car for 5 seconds and saw it. Went back to dealership to chat and do paperwork. I noticed the Key Fobs were not working properly unlocking and locking doors. They said it was batteries. That I would need to buy some. So I did on my 16 hour trip home. I had the car for 2 days and noticed the car was having to be jumped every morning after keeping it locked over night. I called back, bypassed sales guy and manager and spoke with Service guy who remembered the car and the problem. He slipped up and admitted it was a Computer problem called the Kessy Unit. A 4 thousand dollar fix! I spoke with the Manager and he said they would compensate me or have it fixed. He ran me around for 1 month and ended up doing nothing. This is my first review EVER! Stay away from these people they are Criminal. This was a 4 thousand dollar fix.

I had a horrible experience with Legends Auto Sales. I bought a Jeep Cherokee for my son. The salesman told me although it was a used vehicle, it drove great. He neglected to tell me that it had a cracked block. We didnt discover this problem until we were on our way home and the dealership was closed. We called Monday morning and the salesman laughed and said that it was too bad. So far they have done NOTHING to correct the situation. We consulted a lawyer and he said that when you purchase an as-is vehicle, the dealer still has to disclose a major mechanical defect. I am very disappointed with this dealership and I DO NOT recommend anyone buying from this place. They will lie to your face and then do nothing to help you. We are now pursuing legal action.

My wife and i talked to a salesman on the phone seemed eager to make a sale, so we drove the 100 miles down to Bethany. To make a long story short the vehicle had several issues starting with the mirror falling of during test drive. The heated seats dont work. The radio turned on and off at will. The heater blend doors didnt work among other things. With my background as a mechanic these issues spell out trouble. When asked to negotiate the price the salesman laughed and said whats wrong with the car while holding the mirror in his hand. Bottom line if you buy a car from these guys you will be an idiot and wish like hell you never step foot in their establishment. they are sorry excuses for salesman and give all others a bad name. I would not recommend doing any type of business with them. I will be reporting to BBB.
