Its the weekend, A/C wasnt getting cold, called the GEO Thermal service. They are closed on the weekends. Luckily the wife found & called Air Factory Heating & Cooling. They were open. Total time to get the AC running was about 45 mins.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I called eight companies to start the process of replacing my entire heat and air unit. Of the eight this company returned my call third and was the only one that came out and gave an estimate the same day. Bill (the owner) was so knowledgeable about the systems and took the time to educate me on what he would do and why. A few others returned my call and gave a rough estimate quote over the phone based on an inspection report I sent to them through email. I called Bill the same day (Saturday) and told him I wanted to use his company. He told me he could do my installation on Wednesday and that’s when it happened. His workers were considerate and professional and he came on site several times throughout the day to check the work, even climbing up onto the roof to be sure every bit of it had his approval. I wanted a specific ecobee thermostat and ordered that myself. It didn’t arrive until Thursday and he sent a technician to change out the thermostat as soon as I let him know it arrived. Then he stopped by and gave it one final stamp of approval. Three of the original companies that I called returned my call while Bill was already doing the installation.Please do yourself a favor and use this company. Don’t waste time like I did calling around trying to find a better price. There is no better price! The service and quality of the equipment are all top notch. This company definitely lives up to the five star rating.

These people are the real heroes. The owner, Bill Allen, came out himself, and made our a/c run better than it has in the last 2 years, which is really impressive since it’s on its last leg!

We needed someone last minute to fix our air. Not only did Bill say he could come and inspect what was going on, he also put aside what he had personally going on and showed up within an hour. He was upfront about prices and what we needed to repair. He kept us updated on what he was doing next and how much it would cost. I like how we were never having to guess how much money out of pocket we would be spending. Service was excellent, attitude was excellent and so was the price. Will definitely use again and refer to other ppl.
