I was really only there for the laundromat, but its always well kept, and very clean. Its a very chill atmosphere, I dont worry about my things being taken while Ive got my back turned. The store always seems well kept and well stocked. The clerks are very kind and helpful.

Just went through the drive thru for the first time. Jaden was so helpful and quick. I will definitely be driving thru more often!

Refused to accept my expired ID even though renewals have been pushed back until June 2021. That would have been annoying enough, but she actually got sassy with me over it. After sharing my experience with others, theyve all said the same thing; the staff at this location are rude and they refuse to go there. I also refuse to go there ever again after my experience. Unfortunate because hit n run is a great convenience store, and since I recently had a baby, being able to take advantage of the drive through service is a great help to me. The Alton locations have wonderful staff and I never had any problems there.Went to QT across the street and didnt have any issues with my ID, and the man working the counter was super nice, so thats where Ill be taking all of my business now that Im a resident of Bethalto.

This is a great store. I love the Hum Dinger. All the employees are nice and friendly and they are always competitive with their gas price.

This place is a staple. Drive thru service. Known for their fountain sodas. Voted best fountain soda and service in Metro Area.

Some of the workers there are rude as hell. One lady keeps telling people that they cant come and use the restroom even if they are buying stuff in the store. The same lady wants to stand in the store and tell people how to take care of thier kids on a personal out of work related events. On several occasions she had said something to my oldest daughter about my younger daughter. She keeps taken personal life events to work with her and telling other about it. On 4-19-2016 she told my youngest daughter that she could not use the restroom after buying a pack of gum. She had a problem with my kid because she is not friends with hers . Shes always rude to all three of my children when Im not around, I dont go in and say anything because of working with the publica it is unprofessional to do so. It is also unprofessional to say something when you are working at the time as well. I have family that work in that store also and this lady so always complaining to her about thinghs that happen at our kids school with them. She has been given my name and number so we can take care of this when she is not on the clock , she still choose to run her mouth about my younger daughter so no we will not be going back to that store either. I know when I worked there you left your personal life outside the door before your shift started. Thats how it should be.

Quick and easy drive through for a snack or drink. Pumps at this location seem to malfunction frequently.

You guys need to get it together. How is the the worst location I have ever been to. If your pay at the pump is down, then you should not be requiring customers to guess at amounts to authorize. Glad theres a QT across the street.I wont be back to this location. And I go twice a day to Washington. Worst experience Ive ever had at a hit n run.

Prepaid for gas and the pump wouldnt do anything. Went back inside and they claimed I it pumped and refused to give me my money back.

The laundry mat sucks , triple loader goes round and round for 3 minutes before it fills up with water, the few dryers that work dont really get hot!!

They dont have a free air pump who charges for air
