They have always done a great job. They never try to overcharge or suggest work that doesnt need to be done. They have actually saved me money a couple of times by figuring out what the actual problem was when my dealership could not.

Recently I have been going here for all my car maintenance! The convenience and affordability is amazing! I’ve gotten my oil changes and breaks repaired here so far. Took my VW beetle in here for overheating. Charged me $200 to test it saying it had a blown head gasket and wanted $2000 to replace the head gasket. I towed it to dealer who replaced the water pump and said the head gasket was fine.

Honest and fair repair. Called me several times with updates and questions about previous repairs done to my vehicle. Owner spoke with me directly.

My vehicle broke down and I had a tow service take it to Winners Circle to have it checked out on 11/2. They determined that the crank position sensor was bad,contacted me, and I authorized them to install a new one,they also advised me that my front fuel tank was leaking at which time I asked for a quote and proceeded to also approve them to replace the tank while it was in for repair. Received truck on 11/6 after repairs were supposedly complete. Upon receipt of the truck I asked the tech if he was sure that the new fuel tank would not leak he assured me there would be no leaks well guess what it leaked/leaks. Drove truck up until 11/6 when truck broke down again. Had it taken to Tri-County Diesel for diagnosis this time. Tri County determined that the new cam position sensor that had just been installed had failed. A new sensor was installed. I went back to Winners Circle to speak to them about the integrity of the parts they installed on my vehicle and was told by tech they couldnt look at it for a couple of days. There didnt seem to be much sense of urgency to help me out more like well get to it when we feel like it. So overall not very impressed would suggest finding a shop with a little more education in customer service.
