I was informed on everything I needed to know and was also taken by ride to my storage unit and shown my space and how to lock my unit to secure it would not be broken into or left not properly locked. I rented my storage unit over the phone. It was easy and hassle-free and the lady who assisted me had a very professional demeanor and was extremely knowledgeable; she was able to answer all of my questions with ease. The paperwork was emailed to me and when I got to my storage unit there were no issues. I didnt have any problems getting in and my unit was just as I had expected in terms of size, cleanliness, location and temperature. I am a happy customer who would definitely recommend this location of Life Storage to anyone who needs to rent a storage unit.
