I was visiting the UPS store and saw Beltone next door. I walked in because I needed a tip on my hearing aid. Wow! To my surprise they replaced the tip and cleaned my hearing aid. Free of Charge!!! Will visit again. Great Customer Service!!

The Beltone at Bessemer, Alabama is one of the best ones I have been by far. I took my dad to get his hearing aids looked at. Joseph was kind a d patient enough to answer all my dad’s questions. You rarely see this nowadays, it was refreshing to see that kind doctors still do exist.

If you are having problems hearing other people the TV or just every day sounds you need to visit the great folks at the Beltone hearing center at Parkwood.Wayne Tuck will give you a hearing test that will let you realize just how much you don’t hear. He along with Cheryl can get you a set of hearing aids that work for you ,they work with your insurance and along with their reasonable prices make the trip enjoyable.In addition they are two of the nicest people you will ever meet it’s a pleasure just to talk to the two of them, they make the hearing aid experience a joy. They take care of all the paperwork and details you leave hearing sounds you didn’t realize you were missing they are a plus to the Beltone Family and make you feel part of the family.
