Convenient location. It is always busy but they have enough check out lines to accommodate the crowd. Their shelves are well stocked. They offer many items that other stores do not. The prices are a bit more expensive than other stores but their customers service is tops.

The first thing I do on Wednesday mornings I check my Publix App and see the next ad for the week ahead. I love the bogos cause it less than other stores. It such a pleasure to ask someone where I can find something cause youre treated like a VIP. Its like they say where shopping is a pleasure

Very nice store my wife has just gotten out of the hospital Thursday and today the Dr called in Rx for her and they filled it in less than twenty minutes.which is great And very helpful employees in the pharmacy

Bakery was great though i dont like to browse too long, i buy way too many sweets. Off to the deli, sub was good, and had to get the fried chicken. Yum. All was great.

I called in the bakery inquiring about a cake well the lasy was asked to repat herself and she instantly got an attitude. Thats not customer service or shopping with pleasure.

Publix is the nicest store we have in the state of Alabama always clean always friendly staff someone is always greeting you and offering to help you put your groceries in the car, the produce section is amazing, this is my favorite grocery store! And kudos to the manager he or she did an excellent job at training with staff theres no waiting in long lines when the Store is getting crowded they open registers not like Walmart where youre standing in one line for 45 minutes!

This is a great Publix to shop at. The store is clean and the cashiers here are always friendly. Whenever theyre not checking a customer out, they stand at the entrance to their checkout lane and welcome customers who are finished shopping to come checkout with them. Publix also has the best produce and this location is no exception. No other supermarket can hold a candle to them when it comes to beautiful fresh fruits and vegetables.

I love shopping at publix. They got food that you cant even get at other groceries store and the bakery is the best I always order me red velvet cake my favorite but the dessert are good too. 😋😋🙂

Usually, Publix is 5 stars for me. This visit was somewhat of a disappointment. My family ordered 2 whole ham subs. When the deli rep took out the bread to cut them open, they crumbled like cookies. One, she had to dispose of because it was just too crumbly and raggedy. The other issue was the ham had a lot of fat around the trimmings. Not used to seeing it like that. Finally, although the bread was already hard and crumbly, we requested the ham be placed in the toaster. We requested this since its never a good idea to eat cold ham. We went on to check out so we could go to the car to enjoy it (traveling through back to GA) but once we bit into the subs, they were cold, not warm, not luke warm. Cold. My husband went ahead and ate his but my daughter and I decided to order Marcos for hot pizza.Anyway, the deli clerk was pleasant. At least thats how she appeared to be and thats what counts.

It was a great experience, just like Publix, always clean neat organized. There was a man putting out produce early that evening and I had my hands kinda full, so he ask me if I needed a shopping cart. so Publix way. Thats very impressive, and it kind of service you dont get anywhere else.

7.17.2021-I love me some Publix. However, I’m finding that this location is sometimes, not the Publix way. An online order for 50 pc chicken was placed in the deli on Wednesday. On Friday received a call stating they can’t fill the order because “we are busy on Saturday”. Isn’t that why you pre-order?Then it was stated that she was just now printing the online order that, was placed on Wednesday, out on a Friday that and was due on Saturday. Deli agreed to accept the order. I arrived to pick up the order on Saturday. Pick up time was 1:30. I arrived at 1:33. I thought I got the order without incident (so I thought). As the cashier scanned my item, a girl from deli swooped in grabbed one of the two boxes and went back to deli. She didn’t say anything. A nice young gentleman watching the front end stepped in…He said I believe they gave you the wrong order. I stated that may be correct but shouldn’t she have provided an explanation to me and the cashier? So we are all looking puzzled at this point. He escorted me to customer service and I waited. I remember the girl standing behind me in deli was there to pick up a chicken finger order last name Pickney and apparently I was given her order. The young man was very diligent in handling the situation (he gave me his name and it fails me right now). Also, the young man in the deli that gave me the order, seemed to be new. I watched another guy deal with him in a frustrated manner. I know it’s Saturday. I know you guys are busy. However, hands down Publix has the best chicken in the world so on the weekends just be prepared, be professional and be nice. I will continue to shop there because it’s still a pleasure.😁

I like this location and the one in Gardendale. Both still carry sushi in their meat department. Makes it easy for quick seafood fix during the week or weekend. Friendly experience and service in both also.
