Let’s be honest!I don’t see why we as consumers continue to support “this” beauty supply. It’s 2 fairly young people who run the store and they are always rude especially the young lady (the man is okay) but I continued to come if other places are closed but today they locked the doors at 7:20 and I know they close at 7:30. Yes, I do see they hire and don’t discriminate but it doesn’t compare to the horrible customer service. The owners should be disappointed.

I had a terrible experience with this store. When I got there every thing went as usual they followed me around when I saw the product that I wanted I asked if they had it in my color. The young lady that was helping me said shed get it and meet me at the register, she was nice. I continued shopping and when I was ready to check out there were two packages the manager asked which one it was so I asked the young lady who helped me and she pointed out the package, I asked her if that was the one I picked out she said yes. Its important to know that I couldnt be sure myself because they dont trust their customers enough to let them hold the metchandise so I had to rely on her, so I checked out and left. When I got home I saw it was not the right metchandise wrong color wrong brand all wrong. Now I know they say all sales are final, but certainly not if they gave me the wrong merch. So I went back and told them they sold me the wrong one. The first thing they said was no returns. I said even if youre at fault? Because they dont trust their customers I knew I would have to prove I was given the wrong merch. So I simply said the girl that helped me can tell you thats not what I picked, but she wasnt there. So I asked if he could call her, he(the manager) proceeded to tell me he thought I was lying and I just didnt like what I bought. Ive been a patron of this business for a while now and Ive never brought anything back. So to be called a liar in front of everyone was embarrassing enough. He kept trying to tell me I couldnt get my money back which isnt what I wanted . I wanted the correct merch and I wanted to pay the difference. He said wait so I can only assume he called the girl because he came back out and said he was taking it to the register. As I was paying the difference he proceeded to tell me he broke the rules for me that he wasnt supposed to take anything back so I said this was a special circumstance because he sold me the wrong thing, he said I should have looked at it. My question is when? if u cant hold it and they normally just hold it up without taking it out of packaging,it would be hard to see what youre getting in that case , nevermind she didnt do that she took it straight up front. So he told me after I gave him my money I couldnt come back there. Not that I would ever want to because I already felt uneasy giving money to people who dont respect the community they serve. So I wont be going back. My dignity is worth more than hair.👎

I love this place! It’s fun to run around and see what I want . Everytime I leave I just want to come right back!🙂

This place sells expired products and needs to be reported. I don’t know if I’m coming their at the wrong time or what ...but their product have a very sour smell when you open them. even the lip glosses there are ALWAYS expired. I haven’t received a lip product that WASNT expired. All of their lipgloss are expired.

Great customer service the Young lady that helped me was wonderful I bought 2 wigs lol

Not the best customer service at all I visit beauty supply stores frequently definitely at the bottom bottom with customer service and prices. Wont waste my time or money

My daughter bought a wig but when she got home she realized that the young Lady brought up the wrong one when she took it back they were horrible to her we will never go again they want our money but have terrible service. 😡😡😡

Great place to shop for hair, and supplies. With extremely nice workers who greet you before you walk in the door, and ask if you need any help when you first walk in.
