Ive been searching for best price vehicles online and saw this dealership had the make/model I was looking for at a very fair price. I called and worked with Juan who was AMAZING to deal with throughout the entire process. So much so that we live in MN and flew to Milwaukee to buy the vehicle sight unseen based on the trust and repour he and I built. Needless to say, the vehicle was as advertised a good experience all around.

Everyone here was super awesome and accommodating plus just generally down to earth/friendly. I had a unique situation because I’m from IL so even though it took a couple weeks to find another bank to finance me and finish all the paperwork while dealing with all the days off from the holidays they held the truck with a small down payment. They’ve gone above and beyond what I ever expected from a dealer and I’m definitely a satisfied customer.

Bought an 08 Camry a while back. Came from Waukegan to test drive it after speaking to Cruz about it. Got there and drove the car, absolutely nothing wrong. The owner was able to give me a discount and I was a very satisfied customer. Its a packed lot, so parking will be a slight hassle, but besides that I was happy with my purchase.

I got a great deal on my car... although I did all the work! Salesman were what you expect, the mechanics however I wouldnt trust. They said my rear brakes would be replaced,, good thing I took Shop & knew they did Nothing. Otherwise it was Car Guru & myself.. So know your stuff before you go. I felt like I was being Overlooked they had more important things to do then sell me a Car.

Salesman came off nice, talked about a fridge he had to fix, helped other customers as they came in. I waited patiently through all this nonsense only to be told that the carfax isnt accurate they wouldnt even try because the reputable bank I was going through wouldnt finance it because they would run the cars history. Waste of a morning.

I called the day prior to let them know I was driving 4 hours to look at a vehicle and they sold it 20 minutes before I got there. Would give 0 stars.

I had a really bad experience going to bargain town motors! i went to look at a vehicle and nobody really showed me any interest! maybe they thought i didnt have the money, but little did they know i had $7,000 in cash, so i left. came back a week later to see if anybody would acknowledge me, they did but once i told them the car i wanted they were very rude when i just simple asked them if they would take $300 less than what they were asking. if they truely couldnt do that, all they had to do was be nice about it, but both men including the BOSS was incridibly rude and unhelpful! i would not suggest buying a DAMN thing from them>!! they act like theyre too good, but little did they know i wouldve paid the price they were asking if they had not been RUDE! maybe they should worry about actually selling cars instead of trying to fit TOO many cars they KNOW they cant afford on their lot! i couldnt even test drive the car because it was packed in, they told me to call a day ahead so they could pull it out! what a joke, those people arent trying to sell cars.! fix ur damn attitude and MAYBE you might get some money!
