My husband rented a Bissell carpet steamer. The rental price was affordable. And we were satisfied with the end results. Our bed room carpet came out super clean. Were definitely renting it again.

Happy to say they carry Craftsman tools. Visited specifically to replace a 18.8 V Craftsman drill I had for over 5 years. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Ace is the place for helpful hardware folks!

Went in to have some keys copied. They have a nice selection of specialty key blanks to choose from, along with a variety of keychains. Thankfully the staff member making the copies was nice & extremely patient as I kept changing my mind - before he started on a key. Every copy worked perfectly!The cashier that day happened to be bristly, but was fine.Have shopped there before, received knowledgeable help, & will be back.

They dont know how to make a key 4 times they try i went else were.

Excellent customer service, the young cashiers seem to know the store well. however, it is always too packed when I want to come in. Seems they’re more packed when they’re open later.. I might have to take a break from coming here. The store is not big enough and they definitely do have way too many customers at a time then they should.

I walk into any Ace that the customer service is far and away better then anything you usually get at big box stores. This store had what I need, I called ahead to make sure and was greeted by a person not a machine when the phone was answered. Support these guys, good place to shop!

I know its not a radio shack but if I would think theyd use some hardware to dial in that radio better. Its all about hear when I have to go in for parts. Great place for odds and ends, and they fix screens and windows.

Ace Hardware has always been my go to hardware store. As it was for my father. They are always living up to there expectations. Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks... Esp. when it comes to helping me find exactly what I need. They take the time to kindly remind me of the things I commonly forget. So I Dont have to make extra trips back and forth. The Best part. Every time I come up with a creative idea for a new project. They are always there to get me through it. Regardless of how knowledgeable I am, or am not. This is where there extra mile promise comes in handy. So if I or anyone I know is looking to make an extra copy of a key, repair a window, or grab top of the line paint at great prices for spring cleaning. I send them to Ace Hardware. No doubt!

Service in back or store is excellent, very helpful and chatting, like when they ask about your day. The older lady in front seem to be bother not so polite, but at least she knows the store.

Very helpful with finding things and much quicker than big box lines these days. Priced right too.

Ace Hardware starting middle of September around the 19th they will no longer accepting utility payments so if, you have to pay in cash you could ask at Ace if there is a nearby payment center or pay on line or mail a check for payment. Good Luck.

Its a small hardware, they are helpful. If your looking for drywall or any large item call n make sure they have it.

Excellent service

Ace has always been a place where i shop for over 10yrs even though they are a little high price but it works for the convenience but this time they have let me down hard; I needed my window frame fix so I sent my son who is learning Challenge and they charged him over $30 to fix it. It took them a month and a half to return the window and all they did was glue the window to the frame and nothing was fix or replace as they charge me. I was charge to replace panel, end caps and spline but all the did was glue and nothing was chance on my window it was returned with no end caps, hole on the frame with a black tape over the hole but because I complained I got $3.40 back. So, the manager looks at it and she will fix it the right way and call me back and said no I don’t have the frame we can’t do anything for you so again they did nothing. I took my window but I’m not going back to them.

It was weird. One guy was just weird. I cant put it any other way. Im not sure if he was being friendly or condescending... The older check out lady was not friendly at all. She was actually rude to the guy in front of me. Besides that, the place was clean and well stocked. I got in and out in minutes. The guy that helped me was friendly and courteous... Update: after several visits, the weird guy is friendly weird. The guy that helps is really friendly. And the check out lady is a robot. An unfriendly robot. Over ten visits she has remained completely aligned to her programming. Word for word, inflection for inflection... and I think the same outfit.

So I used to work at a hardware store when I was a kid, and I know how it works. Berwyn Ace Hardware is a model of great customer service. I called ahead to see if they had what I needed in stick, and the girl on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful. I biked to the store and as soon as I walked in a young gentleman immediately asked if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for and he led me directly to the part and told me about my different options. Great hardware store. Berwyn Ace is worth all of your business.
