This has to be the worst company in Illinois they never repaired my garage door they caused more damage to it and try to charge me for they damage they did they refuse to use there own parts and just prefer to use hands and hammers to bend everything in place it is impossible to get in contact with anyone with in management they use all google numbers so it’s impossible to react anyone all I need to replace the spring and cord they try to say I needed a new door and started to damage the tracks and yank the cord and also backed into my back year fence !People please don’t use this company I’m uploading pictures if you see the gentleman I n the photo please ask him to leave he will cause more damage to your garage door pictures take on 6/14/21

One of the torsion springs broke on my garage door in the morning. They came as quickly as they could and replaced it. Great customer service! I actually called several companies and Berwyn had the best rates, but what sold me is that the person I talked to on the phone took the time to explain their processes and pricing. Berwyn Garage Door Pros did an amazing job fixing our garage door. We had just bought our house and for some reason one of our garage doors was not shutting and needed someone to come out ASAP. They were able to come out that morning and they were even an hour earlier than when they quoted. The technician came out and was able to solve the problem in about 30 minutes was not the cheapest 30 minutes but got it fixed which is all that mattered at that point. I highly recommend them if youre looking for a new garage door or affixed to your existing one.

I called Berwyn Garage Door Pros mid-afternoon and they were able to send a technician same day, which is stellar! Jeff was very friendly, professional, efficient, and gave us options and costs for either repairing our motor or obtaining a new one. He was prepared to do whichever option we chose. We decided on a new system and Jeff installed it and gave us instructions for using the remotes & wall button. He furnished us with the owners manual, warranty info, & safety information. Berwyn Garage Door Pros installed our garage doors a year ago and we received the same excellent service that time as well. This is a customer-friendly company with excellent and professional technicians.

Berwyn Garage Door Pros is an excellent company to call upon if you are in need of garage door maintenance & repairs. I contacted Richard early this morning to repair my garage door and within one hour, he was at my door ready to repair it. How many companies can you call upon to come to your home and repair whatever you may have, and that company has all the parts in his work truck ready to go..not too many these days. I was charged $500 for an estimate. My neighbors garage caught on fire and damaged the siding of my garage. Needless to say I didn’t use their services. Pricing is outrageous!
