I went on a Saturday afternoon and the quality of the food was bad. I ordered nachos and the nachos tasted old, my daughter ordered ice cream with gummies and the gummies were so hard she couldn’t eat them. The quality of the food was so bad I just tossed everything out. On top of the quality , the service they provided was so slow. The cashier was on the phone and had people waiting on her to cash out. She didn’t even greet the customers. I don’t recommend this place save your money.

Its a great place to have Mexican snacks elotes queritos Aguas frescas and for the kids ice cream!!!

Had the tortas combinadas and the mango chile paletas here. Food was extremely delicious (the tortas were big enough for two people and the paleta had huge chunks of mango in it!) and outdoor seating available for us to enjoy. The man behind the counter was friendly. Very worth the price and eating here made my weekend!

Wow this place is great. The proportions they give you are crazy. You can satisfy your sweet tooth with smooth icecream and gummy bears to chips with hotsauce and cheese. I love this place. Lost a star bc I couldnt speak the language and my server seemed upset about it. Need more pics🙂😂 the customer behind helped explain what I was asking for

The service could be a little faster but they are always busy what i usually go for is yogurt and a elote they are good. also have tried there ice cream would reccomend as well. prices are average and there hours are good they close late.

Bad customer service . I called to ask a question about the RASPADOS they sell and one of their employees said they didn’t sell raspados and after a few second of silence on her end she hanged up. She could’ve literally asked someone or looked at the menu she clearly doesn’t know what they sell. 😂

Terrible Service!!!! I always go there to get a Chicharrón De Cueros and I know how big and how much they always put on it so this time i went a young skinny girl with a Michoacana Mask on made it for me to go, and I did not realize until i got home that she put HALF of what they normally put and barely like 17 cueritos and the rest was the salad that goes with it! Like wow really!!! And when i called to talk to a supervisor she was no help either and said she couldn’t help me at all! Like wow way to go customer service huh! Don’t go here I know I won’t ever again. Rude and disrespectful, I paid for good service and good food and I got neither.

I ordered something over a hour ago I still haven’t got it... I haven’t been contacted or been told anything anout my order. I’ve called 7 times and no one has answered. Worst services ever. Never again. Addition - when I did finally get my order it was amazing ! So if your in a rush don’t come here BUT if your not and want some great banana splits then this is the place to go!

The place is great but definitely needs a new professional, not to mention friendly manager (short skinny Hispanic with glasses) She is so disrespectful and not welcoming. She should also learn how to respect the employees.The food and staff servicing you is great! Just management needs to be changed or trained.

Ordered for delivery, horrible!!! I ordered 2 banana splits. They arrived melted. More like milkshakes. Not only that, the only thing that was in them was the bananas and ice cream. Ordered vanilla ice cream and what i got was definitely not vanilla. If your prices are a little higher than average the least they could do is get the orders right.

I ordered a small elote I got half of Mayo. Correct me if I’m wrong but if you order for pick up why question it & tell me to just come in to order umm hello? When I go to pay I have to repeat the card number multiple amount of time & they have the nerve to say I forgot a number. Then I say cash & they can’t make my order until I pay inside ....they really need to get it together I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Way to overpriced for the attitude given.

I WAITED MORE THAN 45 minutes for 4 things 3 corns and a cup of fruit they had my food just sitting there while everyone else got there food. & they got their 20 minutes after me and I seen them order like 10 things on the menu. I went 3x to ask them they ignored me. I understand it’s busy but it shouldn’t be that busy for me to wait 45 minutes for little things!!!I always come here I love this place but I’m highly disappointed after today I’m not sure if I’ll ever come back.

Terrible service. Very disorganized when taking and giving orders. They take your credit card inside and don’t give it to you till they complete your order. They will not take your order in person and only over the phone. The phone line is always busy and constantly put you on hold. Will never come here again.

Plus the tortas they’re delicious 😋 even through this pandemic they’re doing a great job of bringing your order to your vehicle! So convenient!

So delicious! We always go and get a sack of palletas to keep in the freezer. Then grab something to eat on the walk home. I live their natural yogurt with ALL the fruits. My special treat...mangonada! Sweet, sour, spicy, cold heaven topped with a chamoy stick.😋 I havent tried their Doritos locos, but I heard its amazing. You gotta get here!

Worst service ever the girl on the phone said someone will come out to receive the payment she had ask me what car am i in and i told her. had me waiting outside for 30 min untill i told the girl coming in and out ive been waiting in my car for 30min she goes back it comes out and said we havent received any payment if u want i can take the payment now and wait another 15min like really smh

The price went up like crazy ! I just bough a milkshake not too long ago and it was $5.24 pNow their $8.12 plus taxes for the small one. I’m sorry but that’s crazy and I noticed all the food went up the price .Tortas was $7.25 now it’s $10.25.It’s just too much money.

I am very disappointed in the increase of the Paletas. They went up from $2.20 each to $2.40 each which is 20 cents more for each plus they are charging 25% tax which is incorrect and wrong by law. The total for one Paleta is $2.95 . They need to correct this big error and lower the price. That is robbery and not right.

Open late. Note that there is a line that forms at the counter and they go in order. Workers here are pleasant and actually care about the quality of what you ordered during preparation. They also care to make sure it is presentable before handing it to you.

Have had several friends try to apply to work here only to be told they only hire women. Over the phone they just hang up on you if youre male. Wont support discriminatory businesses like this. Good products but service is extremely slow.In my opinion they need more personal cause theres a few employees vs long line.I used to be an every day customer but when I see a long line I just walk away (bet Im not the only one) cause that mean at least 45 min to get some and like I say product is good but no that good to wait almost an hour. Specially with many michoacanas around the area with better prices.

Im very disappointed this is the second time I have ordered a large frut coctel an paid for it and they send me the medium one, on the notes I specified that I wanted the large one and told them about what happened before and they did it again I tried calling them they just dont answer this is wrong specialty when you are playing.

This is my go to place when I crave yogurt. I dont mind driving long distance to get here because they have endless selections of fruits, snacks, and ice cream options. The evening crew are always friendly and quick however the morning crew Ive come across few times they tend to be rude and give you an attitude. Overall aside from morning service sucks this ice crem shop is definitely worth a try.

They have pretty good food and even a place to eat said food, the one little problem is the wait time but other than that its a great place for something quick to eat.

I dont know what they put in their ice cream (Im sure its low cal and really good for you!) but it is the best ever! As you can tell from the name this is a Mexican spot, not a Baskin Robbins, and the variety seems to reflect the Mexican culture. My favorite is arroz con leche, ice cream with rice!

We always come to this Michoacána is my favorite but unfortunately last week I got a corn in the cup and it was awful. The cheese was completely melted and tasted disgusting. When I took it back to get it changed they refused to change it and manager wouldn’t give me my money back. Definitely not getting any more corn in the cup from here anymore. Be careful what you get because they don’t even guarantee 💯 satisfaction.

They always have a lot of people at this location, honestly makes me feel rushed. Other locations make you exactly what you order in a nice timely matter here they take too long to take your order. I honestly think its too overpriced for how they treat you. The girl was a little confused about my order. And I just asked for cheese cheetos with an elote in the bag.

Biggest one we have ever been to! Huge variety of paletas, ice cream, drinks, fruit cups, &snacks! We love this place! It will get super crowded with lines out the door and down the street, but totally worth it! Theres parking in front, on the side, &across the street.
