My experience with William has been truly disappointing.Bought a used VW through him at the end of June 2020.Before picking up, when I raised the issue of A/C smells, TWICE, William said it was only some moisture in the system, run some heating and it goes away.I trusted him but only to find out I was mugged.Check out this filthy pollen filter taken out from the vehicle yesterday.When I showed this photo to him, he said he couldnt do anything because I already had it fixed at another mechanic.Not even an apology.Also refer to the email from him with threat of legal actions.

Recently my wife and I were in the market for a low kilometre, small car to replace an accident damage car. We looked around the usual private and dealer ship sources and came across a neat 2016 C12 Nissan Pulsar at Lexus of Berwick that compared very well with other private sellers - better kms, better condition and price was competitive.We contacted the dealership and made an appointment to view and test the car. We were assisted by Rick Felix, a wonderful representative of Lexus of Berwick; he really looked after us with technical questions and willingness to fix one or two minor issues with the car. Where to start with this place... Cannot think of a single positive thing to say.We purchased a second hand vehicle from Lexus of Berwick. It all started out fine with the sales manager speaking highly of their service and the “Lexus experience”. But we were only to find out the hard way what that experience would be.They advertise finance is same day approval, we got our approval 4 days later with no apologies or explanation for the delay.We requested to pick up our newly purchased vehicle at a time that best suited us (within their opening hours) but yet we were told we can only pick it up when it suited them.We were then only given one key, and told the spare key would be sent to us via mail, it took them 3 weeks to send this upon us having to contact them frequently to speed it up.We then find out the car we purchased DID NOT have all the safety features that were advertised and the ad was actually false. We requested the car be returned after a hard fought battle for anything else which left us out of pocket.It all just went from bad to worse from the moment we stepped into Lexus of Berwick with nothing but lies told to us from start to finish.My advice, DO NOT shop for a car here. Especially second hand as the treatment you receive is second best.
