Just wanted to share my purchase experience with berwick Hyundai and a special shout out to Shannon from the sales team. Initially just made an enquiry phone call about the palisade, it quickly turned into an actually sale. The customer service provided by shannon was not just outstanding, she exceeded all of my expectations by giving accurate advice, turned an interstate purchase simpler than local purchase. In comparison to the experience I had with castle hill, she had shown what the others were not able to provide. Together with her manager, gave me offers I could not refuse for my used car, and gave me an excellent deal for the palisade. Due to having such a good experience, I bought an additional i30 from her. With such great experience, she always took time to answer my questions, and provided step by step instructions on how to register 2 vehicles from new. Was passing through the other day whilst on holidays and stopped in to talk to the service department about my car and get their advice and found them to be very friendly and gave me their honest opinion which I appreciated. Would highly recommend them and wish my local dealer was as easy to deal with as these guys.

I called up today asking for help on my car that needed updating so my car-play would work on my newer iPhone. I was told that wasn’t the issue when i knew it was. I was told they can look at it for $150 per hour.Went to another Hyundai they knew what i was taking about straight away. Fixed it for free. Very disappointed in the knowledge and customer help from berwick Hyundai

Recently had my car in for a service and Matt was super helpful and knowledgeable, talked me through everything that needed to be replaced, and even offered me a loan car when my car had to stay overnight. Will always continue coming here, such great people and service.

I bought a car here at the end of 2019. The dealers were incredibly professional. I felt they were genuine and they weren’t sleazy like some dealers can be. I had my car serviced here recently and I was absolutely blown away. Complementary vacuum and car wash; minimal waiting time; car ready the exact time it was meant to be; really friendly greeting when I dropped her off, and I was immediately recognised when I picked her up. Top notch sales and service, and great cars too for what it’s worth!

Got my first car here, it was very comfortable experience. Sales got in touch very quickly after I expressed interest. The inspection was great, not pushy at all, the whole thing just went very smoothly. After a month and I realized I couldnt find my car Jack, gave them a call and the lady replied to me on where to look and theyre happy to replace if I couldnt find it. Excellent customer service.Only minor issue is that they dont really clean the glove boxes that kind of area, I got my car with someone elses blood test result and they have no record whether my car comes with the Jack or not.

These people are in the business of counting their stock not selling it, in the end they were being so tricky with pricing that I had to leave and find another place to buy! (Btw I left, and secured a car with another dealership whom were outstanding with their service and tried to help every little bit in securing a deal with me) whereas Berwick Hyandai just couldnt even be bothered. I suspect counting their stock is much more interesting.

Dealt with Meho in new cars, found him by far the easiest to deal with out of any of the other dealers we visited, there was no pressure and in fact we bought the car from him even though it was a bit more expensive than another dealer due to his customer service

My sister Bought a Hyundai Kona, and it wasnt long before I came looking for one of my own.The car all but sold its self, it was quiet, a very smooth ride. easy to get in and out of. I love the extra features it came with that other car dealerships wanted you to purchase as an add on.On top of that I was just in time for the end of financial year deal with 5 year service and 10 year road side assistance provided.After 2 weeks for driving it around I am fully prepared to say this car lives up to its title of ace small SUV

Bought a car recently from Berwick Hyundai, Aug 2019.The salesman was well presented, informative and competitive with his pricing.At handover, he detailed numerous things about the car and setup the Hyundai link and stereo system.I recently returned for the 1500km service. The service team slotted me in at very short notice and returned the car, vacuumed and washed.No hesitations in returning to Berwick Hyundai or recommending friends, one already purchased a car.

We had Dayle Filliponi as our sales man, from the moment i walked in the door to the afternoon i drove out in my new car, he was fabulous.We loved how up front and honest Dayle was.Then we had Lucia to help us add on accessories and she was amazing, good fun and such a happy person.we are looking at buying our 2nd car from Dayle and Lucia as our experience was so easy and relaxed.

Cars are good but Worst service everWent to do the 40k Service for my 2016 TucsonThey told me it is scheduled to do the 60k service without any freaking reason.I asked what is the difference they told me that they will not change the air and cabin filters which should be changed as per the book and because of not changing it they will charge me more than the quotation I have from HYUNDAI website so if they did the 40k it should be for $275 and changing all the filters but to do the 60k service without changing all the filters they will charge me more which is $405.so I told him that I will not do the service Id rather do it myself and then the service advisor started to be very rude, so I left.

Helpful dealer and fantastic car so far which is our first fantasy car and we are so happy with the carThe only thing that have made us upset was the change of 5 warranty just a few days after we bought the car to 7 years.Poor my husband tried to buy the car to surprise me for our 12 years wedding anniversary but no one told him that he is going to miss this offer.We have called their office but they said the deal starts from 1 October. And our purchase was just a few days before this deal.According to Hyundai website, Applies to new petrol or diesel passenger, SUV and iMax vehicles that are ordered and delivered between 1 October 2019 and 31 December 2019 (offer period). Hyundai reserves the right to change, supersede or extend these offers at its discretion.The question is If Hyundai does reserve the right to change this offer, would not be a good customer service to give us opportunity to not miss this offer, only because my poor husband wanted to make his wife happy? To be honest, I really do not know to be happy for this fantastic present or be shameful or very very bad luck person.By the way, thanks Hyundai Berwick for your service. I just wanted to share our bad luck purchase

A mate bought a brand new i30 here and the service was phenomenal. Mtg mate was very nervous making the purchase of a brand new case and despite an issue with the car on the way home everyone was super helpful and had the problem rectified ASAP free of charge.Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the guy we were dealing with but hopefully if you read this youll remember the group of us. You are an asset to Hyundai and Ill definitely be back if I ever want to buy a new car.
