After being inundated with phone calls that the prescriptions are ready...they were not. Showing up to pickup ended up trying to clarify the problem. Reschedule to pickup in 3 days, still not ready. Promised in 45 minutes, still two prescriptions missing. So unprofessional. This was our second month from transferring due to our pharmacy closing.....transferring away. No choice. 👎🏿DO NOT RECOMMEND

It has been a week since I first called to transfer my medication due to me moving to the area an I told them multiple times I needed the one prescription because I was low on it, well now I have been out of said prescription for days an still they have yet to fill it even tho it was transferred. I do NOT recommend this pharmacy.

They call you and tell you your prescription is ready and then you drive there, waiste gas and time to have them tell you dont have it..that happens a lot..many this happens to

Came in to buy a drink, self checkout machine was going crazy because there was a piece of paper stuck at the automatic coupon reader. i didnt know what was going on at the time with the machine, the girl at the register came and help me.

I have been waiting for more than an hour for my second covid dose.. Ridiculous..

Do Not Go To The Berwick CVS pharmacy. I was told my prescription would take 30 minutes it was more like 80 minutes. And having to listen to the women working in the pharmacy gossip and bad mouth the previous costumers was terrible.

I normally never shop at the CVS in berwick, but I was in town and I decided to stop in. I was in need of candy for a fundraiser for an event this weekend honor someone with cancer. I had my bag that I always carry on me. It has my keys, my wallet and my cellphone. At this put of my shopping the women at the counter didn’t take her eyes off me. I made my way I little further in the store. Instantly, the women yelled at me and told me that “We make customer keep there bags in the front of the store.” I replied with “well that’s not going to happen as it has all my money in it.” She continued to give me attitude. At this put I threw the stuff down and told her that I’ll take my business somewhere else then. I understand there’s probably a problem with thief in the area, but there’s another ways of handling these kinds of situatioand. I will no longer be a customer of CVS. Thank you the women working that night for judging a book by its cover.
