They seem to carry quite a bit of different products. Pretty much anything you might need or want if you have a pool or a hot tub. I had several questions and the salesman seemed to know how to answer all of them! So thats a bonus! And I even found a side table tray for my hot tub! Very cool!! The prices seed very comparable also! I will definitely be back again! I even signed up for there rewards program.

Always busy, especially at the beginning of the season and especially during covid. But the employees work super hard to get to everyone and help out. Everyone seems knowledgeable and is friendly. Be patient, you may have to wait a bit for help

Theyre really fair..go the extra mile..even if your reciept says your past the return period they do whats right anyway. The manager Tom is great!

I have spent years buying chemicals and trying to level out my chlorine, pH and everything else.NO MORE! Pools & Spas will create a profile for you, with your pool size and type, and when you bring in a sample of your water, theyll print out instructions on what you need, the order to apply it, how long to wait... EVERYTHING! I was so happy, I no longer have to spend my weekend trying to understand pool chemistry.

Horrible experience. Purchased a pool on the 26th of May. Was told everything would be delivered by the 4th of June. Got a call today telling me they dont have everything I need to setup the pool and might not have it for at least 4 weeks. Unbelievable. I do sales and I never promise my customers something I do not have. Also when I called on the 4th I was told I need to first pay remainder of balance which I paid in full on the 26th. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They are in a good location with lots of supplies. However, during my last two visits, they didnt have what I needed in stock or it was at a different store. Cashier and staff readily available.

The Rochester Hills location has the experience and good customer service. Not so in Berkley. I was looking to buy an item that cost $119 on sale, but Rochester Hills didnt have it in the color I needed. They reached-out to the Berkley store who said they had one in stock in that color. I drove there only to run into the same very young arrogant staff another reviewer experiences. A young salesman tried selling me a really beat-up display item as new for $10 more than the actual new item in Rochester Hills. I turned that down, and asked if he would order me a new one but the salesman refused. The kid was really upsetting me, so I asked him to walk away and that I wanted to speak to a manager. My request was refused because the manager was on the phone. I try to do business with family-owned stores first versus the big box stores or the Internet, so I tried to save the deal by negotiating for the heavily used display model. That resulted in the young salesman ordering me to leave their store. Really? Fine. I went home and ordered it online for $94. To bad the young staff has no clue about business or customer service. TI have to wonder of they like so many other brick and mortar stores will soon all be standing outside out of their jobs after that location closes and blame it on the Internet? Customers turning to the Internet is an effect of poor customer service and an arrogant, entitled attitude by the stores staff, which is the real cause.

We used them a few years back (2014/15) and found an educated staff helpful. Just went in this past week (July 2017) and discovered a bunch of kids that know little to nothing and make it up on the fly. Boo... I can go to Meijer or Target, pay a little less and Google for advice. Disappointing. Im the kind of guy that will pay a premium on your products if youve got good advice. Bummer... Ill miss the knowledge.

I am so frustrated with Pools & Spas A Go-Go. I purchased a winterizing chemical kit and a pool cover per their recommendation for my 28 x 16 swimming pool. I was told the cover was 30 and was designed specifically for my pool. I covered my pool with it at the end of the swimming season 2014 only to find later that it had ripped and allowed crude to get into the water turning it black. I took the cover back and it was replaced with a 32 cover but the water had already turned black. I asked for a replacement winterizing kit was the manager smiled at me and said no. I left the store without argument but vowed not to return.I found out from my neighbor recently that he too had to return (2) covers for his pool and he was told that they had received a bad batch from their supplier.Im frustrated. All of the years Ive frequented this store I have never received poor service.Unfortunately, I now will be frequenting Leslies pool supply for all of my pool needs.
