My bank told me they could exchange my currency, but then when I arrived, they said they were misinformed and it is not a service they provided. So I came here. I placed an online order and my currency was available within the hour. The woman who helped me was so kind! Exchange rates were the best I found besides going directly through your bank, so if you can’t do that I definitely recommend this place. I see negative reviews saying they’re not great rates but they are transparent about it and definitely cheaper than doing it at the airport or in the country you’re traveling to.

Great customer service!

This place is definitely my go-to location for money exchange. The rates seem fair, the representative is pleasant and friendly, and its reliable and fast . Some monies need 48hrs to retrieve, but thats reasonable. Ive been coming here for at least 10yrs and have always had a good experience.

Much better than exchanging at the airport which can get super costly. Besides, nothing like landing in a foreign country with their currency on hand! I received great customer service and it was incredibly quick to walk in, purchase my foreign currency using my debit card, and walk out. Will never exchange at the airport again!

I am not pleased with the service that I received from Mike. I believe he did not prioritize my request. First, and understandably, he told me it would take two days to get the cash exchanged after I told him that I was leaving in three days. After that exchange Mike said he would call me, he didnt. I called and spoke with a very apologetic Dallas and was told that the money would not be there until tomorrow, after I leave. I feel like Mike did not provide stellar customer service and I will not go back there again.

Save your money and change your money at airport currency exchange. Rates are far too high and the exchange rates are shady.
