I brought in a mans tailor made Italian Suit...they looked for it on the racks and it was gone.It worth about $800.... Gone not even on the inventory. There inventory as i was there to pick it up!!! Just beware, keep a close watch on your reciept/ inventory. The blonde headed manager, with a smug look was not any help!!!

I am thankful for Camille (who usually works in Walnut Creek), her kindness and patience. She is why I will continue to shop at Labels!!! She is definitely a keeper management team!!!

You really dont need to buy labels anymore at full price with great places like Labels Luxury Consignment around. This store is fabulous; two levels (downstairs is clothing and accessories, upstairs is shoes) and helpful, friendly staff. If youre on a budget (like me), but love your Burberry, Theory, Gucci, and Prada - definitely hit up Labels.
