To prevent disappointment, I expect the worst and hope for the best. I rarely leave reviews. KC (store attendant as he identified himself) exceeded my expectations regarding, “hoping for the best”. Defective vape replaced without question. I’m not used to smoke shops exceeding my expectations which left me pretty much speechless. I highly recommend this smoke shop.
