My husband and I went into the Berkeley location this morning and was never greeted (no good morning, no if you need help let me know) or acknowledged. We left and not a word was spoken by any staff member to us during the entire time we were looking around. No one looked up from their desk/monitors to say anything or help.We were in the market for a slab for an island and countertops, and were hoping to get help to place an order.9/29/21 UpdateI wanted to update my review with 5 Stars! We went to All Natural Stone in Burlingame and we were pleasantly surprised with the great service we received. We worked with Sherri Jarrett and got the A+ treatment. We purchased our slabs from All Natural Stone and are more than happy with the results. Sherri made sure that the veins on the island matched the waterfall sides.Definitely the WOW factor.

I went into All Natural Stone to pick some tiles for my bathroom. I was promised that they would send an estimate and availability. Never heard back. Decided to go with Floor & Decor instead. I am happy with my decision.

They have no time for you if your not spending BIG money. I stopped in to see about getting more of something I bought long ago. The sales gal was rude and dismissive. There might be some of what Im looking for at another location but she couldnt be bothered to check. Couldnt be bothered to get my number to get back to me later. Couldnt be bothered to give me information so I could look elsewhere for it. Very snobby shop!

Thank you Tom and Import Tile Co.! Thanks to your expertise and patience in explaining the pros and cons of real marble versus porcelain tiles - my contractor and I were able to make good choices. We kept having to go back for more supplies and Tom was always there for us. He took to time to show us different options, and to come up with solutions. I will recommend you wholeheartedly and be back when were ready for our second bathroom and kitchen.

Highly recommend Import Tile. Over the past year I was helped by several great staff members but ultimately Stacey stepped in as I made my final choices for three rooms. I was remodeling a small bathroom and needed some ideas. They were very helpful and had the tiles I needed for my project. I remodeled another bathroom a few years ago and was very happy with the help I received. If I need tile or suggestions Import Tile is the place to go. Very satisfied!

I selected tile and placed my order 6 months later. The tile was being discontinued so I got a great deal. Import Tile held the tile for a few weeks until I needed it.I was also happy with the help I received selecting grout. The staff have a lot of experience and that was a real benefit for me.

Weve bought tile for serious projects before, with good results. Today, we bought some decorative remainders in the bargain basement. We got a wonderful bargain on some Italian fancy decorated bars. Eva at the counter was especially great.

Very creative and helpful staff. Wide selection of tile at various price points. Larger places may offer more choices but Import Tile offers top quality and up to date options.

At first, I was a little put-off by the personnel here...it seemed as though they didnt know I had even walked in the door. However, once I was asked if I needed assistance, I quickly realized that they are so, incredibly 100% tuned into the customer they are working with that they might, too easily, seem unaware. The service I received was so detailed and so individualistic. The sales people seemed to genuinely care about my project and went to great lengths to find what I needed, precisely. Since I was the one doing the sourcing for my project, not my contractor, I had a ton of questions and worries. All of which were kindly, patiently and expertly addressed. So, if you can be patient with waiting for a salesperson to assist you, you will not be disappointed. MY ONLY SUGGESTION TO IMPORT TILE: get one of those cheesy take a number machines to help customers know they WILL be helped and that the line is more clear.

Import Tile has a wide and beautiful selection of diverse materials. Their establishment is a pleasure to walk through. Their people are good communicators, and the service is very professional.

Good selection, pricing and very helpful employees ... when not swamped with customers. Go on off hours. Many long term employees with helpful advice IMO.

I came in with a specific budget and extrodinarily little time. The saleswoman who helped me (Marti) was incredibly efficient, gave solid design advice and was never flustered by the time crunch. I had to come in again (due to an error on my tilers part) and worked with Stacy and Bobbi and they were also fantastic, really knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Import tile had a great selection and the service cant be beat!

I just purchased some real pretty terra-cotta tiles and am about to lay them.Their service is very good. The guys are knowledgeable and friendly. They also have a wet blade tile saw out the back that I used (for free) to make some cuts. Check out the bargains in the warehouse - I picked up some half price saltillo tiles back there!
