I went to the store to buy scrubs for my daughter. I give this place 2 stars because the young worker was super sweet and was very helpful! However, the manager was horrible- she was acting as if i was stealing 😡 She didnt help at all and When i asked her a question about the sizes she answered with a lot of attitude! And in my opinion a manager is supposed to set an example 😏

Don’t shop at this store.. FALSE ADVERTISING! They advertise 30% off Carhartt but they inflate the MSRP so the 30% off is just under the MSRP that is listed on the Carhartt site. When I asked about it I was told “they are just employees and they can’t do anything about it”. Going to the store was just a waste of time. You don’t get 30% off Carhartt! I would have been fine with paying retail price for the item but not from a deceptive advertising policy from this store! Buyer Beware!

I work for a screen printing company and we just had the pleasure of working with this company. First off, they have the absolute worse customer service our business has ever seen. We had opened up an account with them last year because we had a client that was wanting some products from them. The client ended up not ordering. We never ended up sending an order to Rugged Outfitters, but did have the account open with them. We ended up trying to place an order with them about a month ago and have never had so much trouble and treated with so much rudeness and disrespect. Each person from our company which is 3 has had the opportunity to talk to the pleasant people who work here. Not one of those people care to talk to them again. One customer service rep from Rugged Outfitters asked our purchasing agent if she even knew how to spell? What reputable company treats customers like that. Then when our manager got on the phone to Pam. She got so frustrated with her that she asked her if she even wanted to help her at all, because she didnt act like she did. They told us repeatedly that we did not have account with them despite the fact we did. They eventually realized we did have an account after a few days of trying to fix things and then they informed us that the reason why the order was delayed was because our first order needed to be $200. They informed us ours was not. We asked them why when we first placed the order we were not told that. It took us over a week to get that information.out of them. They refuse to receive any type of order unless it is through email. Even when we tried to talk to them to see if they had received the several emails we had sent them, they were giving us grief over talking to them, refusing to because they Didnt take orders over the phone. Our company is based on customer satisfaction. You cannot possibly work in the field of personalization of clothing and items for people and have attitudes like this. We try our best to be understanding and helpful to our customers and we kind of like to receive the same back, especially when we are wanting to give a company our money. They did not act like they wanted it very badly. We are a huge screen printing company, so not doing business with them wont hurt us, but their type of customer service will eventually hurt them.

Good quality shoes for work and boots and clothes for work they they carry Thorogood and Irish Setter work shoes and boots which are very good top-of-the-line

We are an ASI company - and moved our business over to them for Carhartt - shipping and processing was forgotten and the order got messed-up - they didnt tell the truth, and customer service was horrible. Their service made me look bad to my customer. Stay away - if they offer a cheaper price - there is a reason - they bring no value.

Never received a package ordered from this seller via Amazon. When I messaged to find out where the package was I received no response, explanation or apology. They simply issued a refund. I would have preferred the product I ordered. Lousy service.
